If you are sure that userID 'ICMADM' does not exist in your system then please follow below procedure to create one..
1. Logon your system as user <sid>adm go to the directory where the executables are kept and call up
icmon ‑a pf=<instance profile>
2. In the next menu choose a (add user to set).
3. Enter the user name, then the password twice, the group name, the subject of the X.509 certificate (wildcards allowed, and it can be left empty).
User Name: icmadm
Enter Password: *****
Re-enter Password: *****
Group name: admin
Subject Value of Client Cert: CN=template,*
new entry locally created
4. Choose s (save changes of set to file), to copy your changes from the local buffer to the authorization file.
5. Choose q, to quit the program

Receiving the following messages by clicking on the Preview link next to the attachment:
Word Document : "Sorry, there was a problem and we can't open this document. If this happens again, try opening the document in Microsoft Word."
Excel Document: "We couldn't find the file you wanted. It's possible the file was renamed, moved or deleted"
PowerPoint: "Sorry, we ran into a problem. Please try again"
As suggested i even see the Application Log the 140 and 142 Event IDs for MSExchange OWA

Web Logic server 10.3.5 not running
I am starting the WLS from START-->All Programs-->Oracle Classic Instance - asinst_1-->Start Web Logic Admin Server.

You can't use .Mac that way. Either you do ordinary forwarding where you type web.mac.com/username into a form or you do CNAME, where you create a www CNAME entry pointing your personal name to web.mac.com. -

It is a round about way. But should work good on WEB. This is particular to MS things.
As you know you can use vb scripting to invoke all of this Ms things on WEB. So the trick is have a dynamic page called with your actual doc name as a parameter. Script and do whatever you want in this Dynamic method. And from within Forms call this Dynamic page using WEB.show_document( remember within Forms I can call any WEB viewable doc ). It should do the job.
But ( And that is a big but...)..
You need to take care of lot many things here.
You must have a app server which would support scripting like VB. And you must have MS OFFICE in the server . I understand this works best with 2000.
So finally it boils down to what I need and what I have. And Yes It requires a good effort.

JDev Integrated Web Logic Server fails
I'm a newbie with WLS. I've installed JDEV 11.1.1.3 in Windows XP SP3, and installed extensions for Webcenter.
Now trying to go through webcenter tutorial, I arrived at point where I'm trying to run a small application,
but nothing works. I've searched and searched the internet for clues, help, and tried multiple things, but nothing helps.
First, I get the warning message

and then when I disable all the network connections for these IPs, just to see if this would help,

but for the trial version which SAP has provided there is no TOMCAT server in that
and when i check my Central Configuration Manager there is just one service (Server Intelligence Agent) running and if I see the details like manage server then no service of TOMCAT is listed there
Do i need to install TOMCAT separately bcoz my BusinessObject Edge Series server is working fine

We are seeing relatively frequent 30270 error messages - when check event logs often see them preceded by webi porcessing server stopped unexpectedly messages.
Have split the aps as per best practice and have 4 webi processing servers ( 2 on each node)
Any thoughts?

I can feel like few of the heavy webi reports in your environment causing webi processing server down.
1) first we need to find which reports are causing the issue.
2) Enable monitoring to know the failure status of WIPC by email
3) Try to enable audit and capture the reports which are consuming more data and running when WIPS moved to stopped state
Then you will come to know the report with help of audit .
I have noticed the similar issue and noticed few reports which are retrieving more no of records and More no input cantrols in the report caused WIPS down. -
**CRM **Web Application Server Pop-UP
Hi All,
I have created CRM system Object. Connection tests are succesful. I have assigned some CRM roles to to a user. When I click any role, it displays iviews also. But when try to access those iviews , it is displaying a Web Application Server Pop-UP to enter WAS username and password.
can any one tell what could be the problem? and how to solve it.

Ravi.you dont need to change the BSPs login method.
you have to maintain WAS host, WAS path and WAS protocol in the system definition.
WAShost: <your wasserver>.<domain>.com:<port>
WASpath: sap/bc/bsp/sap/
WASprotocole : http/https
also make sure that you log on to portal using Fully Qualified Domain name. (http://portalserver.domain.com:port/irj)

I want to know whether I can configure Office Web Apps server to edit Excel documents on a SharePoint Foundation 2013 site.
I came across a TechNet article that states that "When used together with SharePoint Server 2013, Office Web Apps Server provides updated versions of Word Web App, Excel Web App, PowerPoint Web App, and OneNote Web App".

What is the diffrence between Adaptive Job server and Webi Job server?
In my BO server we didn't have Webi Job server but we are able to schedule the webi reports successfully.

Installing Office Web Apps Server 2013 fails with app-crash during install.

I am trying to install Office Web Apps Server 2013 with SP1 on Server 2012 R2. The installation gets half way through then crashes (it just says a problem has occurred).
The Event log only contains the message:-
MsiExec.exe version .5.09....
Faulting module name: Kernelbase.dll

Office 365 instead of Office Web Apps server?
We don't have an Office Web Apps server deployed. We'd really like to share Powerpoints in Lync with the full user experience, but we don't want to install a standalone server just for Office Web Apps since we wouldn't use it for anything else. We
use Office 365, is there a way to use an FQDN from Office 365 and point to that in topology builder as our Office Web Apps server? We area always loading PowerPoint from the cloud anyways. Is there any way to get around installing a stand alone

Office Web Apps server not working externally
Hopefully someone with a functional OWA server can help. When my users try to share a presentation, whiteboard, or poll as an external user or to an external user (coming through Edge), the content fails to share and this error occurs:
"We can't connect to the server for presenting right now"
The server functions internally fine and content shares perfectly. The OWA server has a certificate from an internal CA and it is published through a TMG reverse proxy. When I hit the discovery URL, it works fine and triggers the reverse proxy
rule. However, when I try to share content, it does not hit the rule.

Looks like the external lync clients can't connect the office web app server. So please check if you publish the web office app to internet correctly.
