Web form - Contact Us Form is not sending out notification emails

I created a very simple webpage myself, basically what it does is to tell customers that leave you email here and we'll let you know when we open.
This was my process:
Built the webform in Muse;
Published;
Added a new domain;
Configured the nameserver at Godaddy's side;
Came back to my Adobe Business Catalyst Admin Console;
Modified the webform a bit more through Site Manager -> Web Form;
Updated by hitting the 'Update' button;
Now, the Autoresponder Email is sending to my customers as described. However, I never receive anything that tells me 'Hey, a new customer just sent you an email and here it is.'
Anyone knows why? Is it because I didn't setup GoDaddy right? or if it's something wrong with the mail server since I dont have one? But my customers got the autoresponder email...Raaaaa I'm so confused.

If you log in to your business catalyst site, and select your webform, and click the 'notification e-mail' button, does it contain the email address you expect?

  • Sharepoint 2007 Workflow not sending out task emails.

    Im currently having an issue with our sharpoint 2007 farm. This is currenlty affecting all site collections in the farm.
    I have been troubleshooting this for this without any luck. The workflow get created and the person who created the workflow recieve a notification email indicating that the workflow has been created. The users that the workflow is assigned to however never
    receive an email notification. This was working fine previoulsy.
    1- I have checked the permissions.
    2. Timer service is running.
    3. Email server is up.
    I have checked the event log on the sharepoint server  and I cant find anything conclusive that can help me resolve this issue.

    Firstly, please check the setting of your task list, make sure that the E-mail Notification feature of the task list is enabled. Tasks-> Settings->Advanced Settings-> E-Mail Notification. Yes should be selected. You may also add a task manually
    to confirm that it works.
    Secondly, please check the outgoing e-mail setting first. You can set alert on a list to check whether SharePoint can communicate with the email server properly.
    Thirdly, you may check the status of your workflow. Just by pointing to the item that is involved in the workflow, click the arrow that appears, and the workflows. If the workflow run failed, you should also check the History List and ULS log.
    Fourthly, you may also restart the Windows SharePoint Services Outgoing Email service to find out the problem. Please open Central Administration -> Operation->Services on Server. Restart the Windows SharePoint Services Outgoing Email service.

  • Could not send out email...found out the real reason

    I use windows live mail.When I was away from home I could not send out any emails. When I called tech support, I was told because I was not at home using my DSL router. I mentioned that I could receive emails from Verizon no problem but could not send out. 
    The real reason was my anti-virus out-bound email scan. When I turned off this scan, all my outbound mail went out.

    The chances that it's a virus on your iPad or iPhone is very slim. Who is your mail provider? it's far more likely that your address has been spoofed and it's your mail service that has been compromised not your iDevice. I know my Yahoo mail was hacked and people in my address book received spam mails that I didn't send.
    have you changed the address on your e-mail account?

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

    Most of the people on these public forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here. I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post.
    If you aren't receiving the reset info to your rescue email address (how long ago did you request it, and have you checked the spam folder as well as the inbox ?) then you could try clicking it again and giving it an hour or two to see if it then arrives. If it doesn't then you can try contacting iTunes Support or Apple
    e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security

    I can not receive or send email from my Iphone.  Microsoft had server issues, says it is fixed but still can not send or receive emails.  Anyone else having this problem?

    When we subscribe any entry by click the "Subscribe to This Entry".
    Normally, it should automatic send a notification email to the subscriber
    when this entry had any changed such as reply or modify. But we tried use
    this function on different users accounts but all of us cannot received
    email notification. This function is very important for us as we had some
    discussion folder which will have some discussion topic need to repsonse
    immediately in the folder and we don't want to check it frequently on each
    hour / each minutes to found out any update or reply on those discussion
    entry. Could anyone can help me to solve this problem? Thanks
    FYI, we can send email when entry submitted properly so we assume our email
    server configuration setting should be normal.

    Thunderbird will not send or receive email in Windows 8.1 unless I re-install it. The next time I open Thunderbird it is again broken. So, I have to repeat the un-install / re-install process. Currently I am using Version 31.0, but this was happening the the previous version as well.

    That really sounds like anti virus scanning to me. Try rebooting your machine into safe mode with networking and see if it works correctly then.

    It seems that my router does not send out a signal...
    I did update to the latest fimware, all security like MAC, key, firewall etc are disabled, ssid broadcast is enabled, so there are no restrictions no more
    LAN intenet connection is no problem, that's the way i work now.
    When i scan with the linksys wireless network monitor V.1.09, i cannot trace the router, neither with xp and the integrated wifi card from my notebook.
    However just a few times the router flipped on the network monitor, but when i tried to connect , it didn't work : no association with acces point...duh....
    A few seconds later he was lost again...
    I also tried all channels even auto settings.
    I do not know what to do or try for the moment to make the router send out his signal.
    Anyone any idea or had the same problem ???

    Hi…I think you have already tried everything on your router, now uninstall the wireless card WLAN utility and reinstall only drivers for your wireless card, through found new hardware wizard. Or you can even download the latest drivers from website and install them.
