Web IC Sales Order ERP Integration (Workcentre IC_SLO_ERP)

System: CRM 2007 s4 and ECC 6
I have integrated ERP Sales Order within my Web IC aplication.  I'm able to create ERP orders from within the CRM based Web IC using the work centre IC_SLO_ERP.  I can save the orders and the orders are saved to SAP ECC without issue.  i have enabled Accesories, Coss selling, Top N List and Up and Down selling functionality as well.  All of these features are working without issue.  When i create a new order for a customer it shows the dates of the last three orders for this customer and as i add products it enters the details of the numbers of items of those same products in the last three orders and the average.  In the order history i can see the previous orders and can drill into these to see the pricing, doc flow etc.  it all works as expected
what it doesn't do however is list automatically the products that were ordered in the last three sales orders with this customer and the number of items ordered in each within the order as a proposal.  I believe i have maintained the config for this as required.  It also does not display a PPR that i have manitaned for this customer.  There is no product proposal dropdown available either from which to select.
Do the features listed above work as standard using the CRM 2007 system integrated with ECC 6.0?  Why is there no product proposal dropdown available as standard?
Regards
Eddie

Hi Paul
Just realised that the following Badi's were not activated:
Interaction Center WebClient > Business Transaction > ERP Sales Order > Business Add-Ins
Technical Names
CL_ERP_PPLB_BADI
CL_ERP_PP_BADI
Once these Badi's were activated the Product proposal dropdown was poulated
The standard Last 5 dropdown value now works and populates the order
The listings dropdown does nothing - i get a message "No listing proceedure found" - so need to sort that out
The Top N List drop down also does nothing - i get a message function start - function end but nothing added to my order in terms of line items
One other thing - i have maintained cross selling on some products but when i add these i can only see the cross selling details at the line item - no link appears in the C-Sell column on the order.  is that not whats supposed to happen?

  • How to save a document on Web Ui Sales order screen after pressing Print

    Hi All,
I am tyring to save the whole Sales Order document from Web Ui screen and want to send this document by email.
But when I click the standard print button, it generates a html file but I am not able to save this file . Also there is no option to convert the whole file into pdf.
Do we have any way to save the whole Sales order from Web UI screen into a document ( HTML or PDF or any other format.)
    Thanks
    PG

    Hello
It is a little more complicated than that. For technical reasons, it is not possible to print from a BSP application, so the workaround is using print preview and a printing action.
[SAP Note 1323062|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1323062] and related notes explain this better than me. Also you can find important information in [SAP note 616762|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/616762]

  • Help needed on the logic used to display ERP Sales order in CRM WEB UI

    Hi,
I have a requirement where i need to trigger an activity/workflow in CRM for orders that are created through ERP Salesorder functionality. In the workflow list, we need to give the order description and provide an hyperlink to the order number. on selection of order number, it should display the ERP sales order. To achive this in workflow, i am trying to understand the as-is standard functionality which is available in Agent Inbox search on ERP sales order. This search is getting the ERP orders and on selecting the order it is opening the ERO sales order page. I tried debugging the method GET_MAINCATAEGORY available in the component iccmp_inbox and in the view Inboxsearch. But couldnt really able to crack the logic how it is retrieving the ERP sales order from inbox search. Any pointers on how this is achieved will be of great help.
    Thanks,
    Udaya

    Hi Denis,
very good idea. I thougt myself about that workaround, but it is not really that for what I searched.
I mean the "SAP Query" is a really good standard tool, that are used by many customers. That is why think there must be a standard way to display the SAP Query in the Web UI without using Transaction Launcher.
But it seems that there is no way, except of the transaction launcher or by using an additional analyse system like SAP BI.
By the way do you know a Web UI compoment which enable the user to start reports like SE38?

  • Are ERP Sales Orders supported for B2C Web Channel Scenario in CRM 7.0?

    Hi Experts,
We are on CRM 7.0 with ECC 6.0 as backend system.
I just want to know whether the third party tax system (Vertex or Taxware) is mandatory for B2C WEB Channel implementation??
Without using a third party tax system, how can we configure tax for B2C web orders?
We have ERP sales order concept in 7.0. Will it support B2C scenario???
    Regards,
    vasu

    Hi Ram,
-- Tax is configured in ECC using conditioni technique. They are not using any third party taxware/vertex system for this.
-- R/3 pricing procedure is intended to use for B2C transactions in Web channel and the pricing procedure refers to tax calculations. Even in B2c also they want to continue with the ECC pricing procedure.
-- The Requirement is to have pricing along with taxes and freight in the webshop, so that the consumers can pay the total amount using credit card as it is only the payment method available in the b2c Shop.
in the document "CAUSTAX_4.0" it was mentioned that use of third party system is mandatory for B2C scenarios. The relevant text is copied below.
As of CRM 3.1 and above, SAP provides a solution allowing you to use SAPu2019s jurisdictional tax method to calculate taxes.
Note: The use of external tax systems remains obligatory for B2C scenarios. However, if you are calculating tax in other scenarios and do not use external tax systems, this solution is applicable.
The solution consists of customizing changes in both R/3 and CRM. Even though you must make some changes in R/3, the basic process of calculating jurisdictional taxes remains the same. In CRM, the Transaction Tax Engine (TTE) calculates tax and you must configure it for the jurisdictional tax method.
My question is can we configure taxes in B2c shop using ECC pricing procedure? If yes, please provide the high level process steps.
    thanks in advance

  • Any case study on using ERP sales order vs CRM Sales order in IC WEB UI

    Hi All,
Currently we have a requirement where in agent uses ERP Sales order functionality in IC WEB UI for creating sales order. Incase of any incompleteness in order or any pricing error an activity should get created and should get assinged to Back office guy(CRM User).
My approach is as follows, we will call a custom FM in CRM from the user exit associated with Sales order transaction, This logic gets executed on save of ERP sales order. This custom FM will create an activity in CRM and assing it to back office guy. Other approach is to use the IDOC linked to the VAO1 transaction which inturns calls the custom fm.
Can you please suggest if you have any better approach to this.
Recently we came to know that ERP Sales order has got limited functionalities. If some one has a case study doc on ERP Sales order vs CRM sales order pls give me the ref link.
    Thanks,
    udaya

    Hi Udaya,
Calling a Customer Specific R/3 Transaciton was quite easy in CRM 4.0 / 5.0 in the PC-UI Framework using Object Links. You can do that all by customizing and creating a custom method for a BOR Object in Transaction SWO1.
I think I've used CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to update the Document Flow. The subsequent activities where created by BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI. I've wrapped all that standard functions in a RFC enabled function module.
It would be possible to provide also a link in the E-Mail to the Manager but the client is using a Citrix environment to provide access to the Portal. But Outlook runs locally. So we decided to use the standard Portal iView to display the Alerts. When you fill the Alert Container with the elements OBJKEY_GUID, OBJKEY_BOR_OBJECT_TYPE, OBJKEY_CRM_OBJECT_TYPE, OBJKEY_METHOD and OBJKEY_LOGICAL_SYSTEM using the Function Module SWC_ELEMENT_SET that provides a direct link to the specific document too.

  • Sales Order Integration with e-Commerce Solution Venda

To all you gurus out there
My client is implementing the e-commerce solution Venda to process Credit Card Sales.
In all the posts and information I have read, there is a) integration required between the e-commerce solution
Q1 - Is the integration between e Commerce to ERP SD?
Q2 - The integration will create a Sales Order in SD with Credit Card Processing information?  I will need to configure the Credit Card Processing in ERP?
Q3 - My client wants to collect the credit card payment from the Customer at the time of order placement and not at time of delivery.  This creates the problem of how the pre-payment posting is created at time of Sales Order create.
Has anyone encountered this requirement and how was this resolved?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Lauren
I don't have experience with Venda, but I have worked on SAP CRM internet sales and home grown E commerce solutions, hence feel qualified to answer you.
Q1 - Is the integration between e Commerce to ERP SD?
Ans: Yes. Because orders created in the E commerce stores pass to ERP  via Middleware and hence both ERP and Ecommerce should have common master data ( customers, Materials, Pricing) and configuration, esp. Pricing procedures, partner functions, Availability/credit checks should be similar,
Q2 - The integration will create a Sales Order in SD with Credit Card Processing information? I will need to configure the Credit Card Processing in ERP?
Ans: Customers will create orders on your E-commerce site (Stores).  You can capture and validate the credit card and get authorization from clearing center etc. on the web itself.  Alternately you may just collect the credit card info from the customer and pass it along with the order to SAP where it will get  validated/authorized. However the order will come over to ERP  with credit card info and get fulfilled there.  So you need to configure ERP for credit card processing. Especially here:  SPRO/IMG/Sales and Distribution/Billing/Payment Cards and also in credit  and Riskmanagement (Forms Of Payment Guarantee).
Also I am not sure Venda takes care of Credit card processing with your bank/clearing house. Usually there will be one more vendor/software and integration with that is needed for both ERP as well as E commerce software (Venda).
Q3 - My client wants to collect the credit card payment from the Customer at the time of order placement and not at time of delivery. This creates the problem of how the pre-payment posting is created at time of Sales Order create.
Ans: This is standard process and both SAP and your credit card processing software I talked about will be fully geared to do this. What happens is that a pre-authorization is take at the time of order and it will be checked again at Delivery for validity and so on.

  • Material Description is not getting updated in IC-WebClient ERP Sales Order

    Hi Experts,
The issue is with ERP Sales Order  in IC web client.
    Scenerio:1
While creating the Sales order,  If we  enter a product  in Line Item 10 , which is  mapped (Product Type)  in both the systems(CRM&ERP) . It will take the description for that product correctly. If  we enter  another product  in Line Item 20 , which is   not mapped (Product Type)  in CRM system (only available in R/3)  the description of the previous line Item product (Item 10)  inherited to Item 20 instead of taking the description of Item 20.
    Scenerio:2
If  we enter  a product  in Line Item 10(as a first Item) , which is  not mapped (Product Type)  in CRM system (only available in R/3)  It will take the correct description for that product . And there is no problem for Second line Item, even though the Second line Item is not mapped (Product Type)  in CRM system (only available in R/3)
Technically  speaking :The Product which is mapped in both the systems is entered as first line item , this product description is copied for all the line items below (i.e 20,30,40) which are not mapped in both the systems. As and when we entered a  mapped  product in line Item 50 , It is taking the correct description of Item 50
    Kindly advise.

  • The IC WebClient profile does not have a component 'ERP Sales Order'

    Hi CRM Experts,
While creating the ERP Sales Order in web-IC
we have bumped into following error:
"The IC WebClient profile does not have a component 'ERP Sales Order'".
And also we are not able to see sales area data and Plant data in the drop down lists.
we have done the following settings:
    1) ERP Sales Order Profile:we have defined ERP Sales Order profile, maintained RFC destinatin and assigned document type to ERP Profile.
    2) Business Transaction Launcher: We have defined the Business Transaction Profile and assigned dependent business transaction.
    3) We have assigned the Business Transaction Profile to the Navigation Bar Profile.
Please suggest me regarding above error also let us know did we miss any configuration?
    Waiting for your valuable inputs.
    Regards,
    Sree.

    Hi Sree,
There is a setting needed for the IC webclient
    ERP_SALES_ORDER
you need to define ERP sales order profile and assign it to your ic webclient profile.
And the ERP sales order scenario can only be used with a ERP 6.0 backend system, at least.

  • Creating ERP Sales order with reference to CRM Service Order

    Hello all,
I am trying to create an ERP Sales Order from CRM. If Icreate the Sales Order manually, it is working correctly but, if I try to create the ERP Sales Order as follow-up document for the CRM Service Order, it is not working.
I have defined the Cross-system Copying of Transaction Types, byt the ERP sales order is not shown as possible follow.up doc from the CRM Service Order. Does anyone know if it is possible?
Additionally, I would need to create CRM Sales Orders in reference to ERP Sales Order. Is there any way to do it??
    Thanks in advance and Regards,

    Hi Oliver,
    Rajendra answer is correct.
The SAP Standard integration Scenario creates a ERP sales order for all the salesitems in the serviceorder.
Without items no salesorder is created in standard.
Maybe you could realize your requirement with own coding when you save a new service order or by button - click.
I realized something similar some weeks ago. One hind:  It is helpfull to maintain a ztable where you store which CRM serviceorder is linked to which sales orders.
    Kind regards.

  • Issue in creating Sales Order in CRM 7.0 IC WEB

    Hello Experts,
I am working on CRM7 and ECC 6 integration. I have configured Sales Order ( transaction type ZOR) in CRM. Using GUI the sales order is properly created in CRM and getting replicated to ECC without any issues.
I started configuring IC web UI, systematically followed C04 and C78 and completed all the steps including IC_BT transaction profile customization but inspite of this I am unable to create sales order in IC web.
I am geting error "No transaction type available for creating transactions" and if I go into details of this error it shows a page as follows
    Diagnosis
No transaction type is available when creating a transaction. This can be due to the following reasons:
u2022     No transaction type is available according to Customizing
u2022     The user has no authorization for the transaction type
    System Response
It is not possible to create the transaction.
    Procedure
    Make sure that:
u2022     The transaction type is set up in Customizing
u2022     The user has authorization for the transaction type
I have checked everything , nothing seems to be wrong. Can anyone advice how to resolve this issue
    Thanks and Regards
    Ambar

goto IMG where you defined the ZOR.  Select the ZOR and choose Channel on the left, is ICW Interaction Center Webclient a choice? or add it.
We noticed that once any transaction was set to an option, we had to set these for all transactions in the ICWC, ISA, Gui, etc.

  • Interaction Center Sales with ERP Sales Order

We are in the process of upgrading from CRM 4.0 sp 6 to CRM 2007.  We have been using the Web IC and Mobile sales for the last 4 years.  In our original CRM 4.0 implementation (which was developed by SAP) we were using the CRM Web IC to create orders with R/3 using a couple of BADI's.  We are currently using R/3 4.7 and have plans to upgrade to ECC 6.0 next year.  I was just rereading some of the documentation in the upgrade guide and came across the following line:
"The following software units are required for the Interaction Center Sales with ERP Sales Order scenario:
Mandatory:  IC WebClient with specific ERP Sales order viewset requires SAP ECC 6.0"
This implies that the standard Interaction Center Sales with ERP Sales Order functionality will not work in our current landscape and that it would only do so when we upgrade to ECC.  What options are open to us to get around this?  What is the technical reason why this functionality doesn't work with SAP R/3 4.7?
I can't imagine we are the first company to face this problem and I can't imagine everyone upgraded to ECC 6 - so what approaches have people taken to address this issue
    Thanks in advance
    Eddie

In the last 12 months we upgraded from 4.0 to 5.0 in CRM and went form 46C to ECC 6.0.
In your current landscape you can create orders in the ICWC where the order is created in CRM and replicates to R/3 4.7.     You have the replication scenarios X, Y, Z available to you.
Your other option is using the ICWC R/3 order screen where you basically are calling R/3 transaction VA01 and entering the order in the ICWC but the order entry in being done directly into R/3 via your ITS server.  Looks almost exactly like VA01 in the gui.  The menu bars are a little different.
The ERP order looks like other ICWC screens,  is very sharp and users wouldn't know that they are entering the order directly in ECC.  We have been using it about 3 months.  More Pro's than Con's, if you have user exits in MV45AFZ* the ERP order still uses them  (but t-code isn't VA01 if you have condition If statements around t-codes).
    Hope this helps,

  • ERP Sales Orders Types are not visible in CRM WebUI ! ! ! !

    Hi All
I am working on CRM 7.0 IDES, I am trying to create an ERP sales order but when I chose create ERP sales order a popup menu with no document types so I am not able to chose the Sales order document type, the CRM and ERP are integrated and the ERP sales Profile is maintained and assigned is there more settings should be done to make them visible?
    Regards
    Jacopo Francoise

    Hi Jacopo Francoise,
Check for the customization in Tr. SPRO path IMG-> CRM->Transactions->Settings for ERP Transactions maintained via CRM.
You should define the ERP sales order profile with your ECC system RFC details. Also read the documents available there.
    Hope this will help.
    Thanks,

  • Product Proposal in ERP Sales Order.

    Hi Guys,
We are panning to use product proposal (PP) in ERP sales order and we are facing some challenges to fetch Price and Availability in the PP view.
Does anybody integrated PP with ERP sales order? Please provide detailed steps if any.
Please share your experience and steps to integrate this scenario.
To obtain price in PP, do we need to maintain pricing in CRM?
For availability information in PP, do we need to connect to APO? or the gATP/Availability happens via ECC to APO?
Please shed some light on this subject.
    Thanks
    Shree

    HI Shree,
You dont have to maintain price in crm to get price in product proposals, pricing in ERP is enough for price to get populated.
For availibilty check for PP you have to maintain MRP type in material master for the products which gets populated in PP and have to maintain ATP Profile at item level.
One setting which needs to be maintained in crm is
goto spro->CRM->Transactions->Settings for ERP Transactions Maintained via CRM->Product Proposals->Assign Method schema to ERP transaction Type.
Here give the sales Org, Transaction Type and Method schema.
Please let me know if you need more information on this.

  • Documentation on Creating Sales Order using Web Services

    hi,
I can goto ESA Preview system using SAPGUI and create a sales order (using va01 transaction).
I tried to do the similar thing using the WebService (Create Sales order), but have lots of problems.
->Fields used in WebServices are not in sync with what would be if you use the GUI. (example u enter sales region, buyer id, ship address and the items for a standard sales order.
->There is not much documentation on what the fields in the webservice mean. (e.g. what is the difference between BuyerParty and BuyerInternalId? )
->There are no sample combination of values that work. (Belive me it would take hours to figure out right combination of values needed..)
    Any hints would be appreciated
