Web pages in Oracle Application 12.0.6

Hello every one.. i am having a one problem.. i want to create the SSHR LOGGING report.. in which i want to show the list of employees how have visited the application... this is the following query :
SELECT
p.employee_number employee_number,
p.first_name || ' '|| p.last_name Name,
u.user_name Login_name,
u.email_address,
a.start_time login_dates,
u.last_logon_date,
tl.responsibility_name
FROM
FND_LOGINS A ,
fnd_user u,
per_all_people_f p,
fnd_login_responsibilities s,
fnd_responsibility t,
fnd_responsibility_tl tl
WHERE
u.user_id = a.user_id
AND A.START_TIME >'20-NOV-09'
and s.responsibility_id = t.responsibility_id
and t.responsibility_id = tl.responsibility_id
and s.login_id = a.login_id
and u.person_party_id = p.party_id
and tl.responsibility_name in ('JBL Employee Self-Service','JBL Employee Self-Service (CE)','JBL Employee Self-Service (JAS)','JBL Manager Self-Service','JBL Manager Self-Service (Admin)','JBL Manager Self-Service (JAS)','Notification')
and sysdate between p.effective_start_date and p.effective_end_date
and nvl(p.employee_number,'1') = nvl(nvl(:p_emp_no,p.employee_number),'1')
and to_CHAR(a.start_time,'RRRR/MM/DD HH:MM:SS') between :P_DATE_FORM AND :P_DATE_TO
order by
2 ,a.start_time desc
Now problem with this is that.. its not showing the rercord of the person.. how have visited the web pages in Oracle Application R12.. like we have Leave Management web page in this 'JBL Employee Self-Service' responsibility.. please help me that how and by using what table in can view webpages visiting data as well

  • How to deploy ADF page into Oracle Applications

    Hi Guys,
Is there anyway for deploying ADF pages into Oracle Applications.
Please share some links or information if you have any.
    Appreciate your help !!
    Thanks,
    VJ

You cannot run your ADF application  on the EBS web-server. You need to run it on weblogic or glassfish or tomcat. But you can call your page from the EBS. For this, just define proper "Function" in EBS that calls a jsp page. If you need to pass information from EBS to your application like USER_ID, you can in "Function" -> "Parameters" use $PROFILE$.USER_ID to get the connected user id.
You can also research AppsDataSource that you can define in weblogic , but it is more difficult

  • How to deploy a web service on Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.0.2?

    Hi everyone,
I followed the instructions of the following link to create a web service using jDeveloper 10.1.3.1.0 on Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.0.2. [http://st-curriculum.oracle.com/obe/jdev/obe1013jdev/10131/devdepandmanagingws/devdepandmanagingws.htm#t1]
The web service created was deployed & used with no errors on the standalone OC4J instance.
But my goal is to deploy my web service on Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.0.2.
So after several attempts, I was able to deploy it on the Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.0.2 but unfortunately I didn't know the URL needed to use the web service.
I tried the following link (http://192.168.0.91:18100/JavaWebService-GetDates-context-root/GetDatesWSSoapHttpPort) but also didn't work :(
I also tried converting to J2EE 1.3 and still not knowing how to access the web service.
    Please advice with a solution.
    Thanks in advance.
    Lana

Thanks everyone for your help :)
The problem turned out to be that Oracle application server 10.1.2 is unlike the others servers, it uses 2 ports:
    - port (19100) is dedicated for the console.
    - port (7779) is to view your applications.
So the URL needed turned out to be "http://acteos-109.beirut.acteos:7779/beanTest" instead of "http://acteos-109.beirut.acteos:18100/beanTest"
    Hope this info is useful

    Hey Ravi,
Thanks for your response. I am not well versed with Java. I am using Forms 6i to achieve this. I dont know what java code do I have to put in the custom directory.
The procedure I am following to call web sevice is as follows:
    1. Using the webservice URL(.wsdl URL) I am creating the Java class (web service stub) in Jdeveloper.
    2. Deploying this Java class into a JAR file.
    3. Then I am placing this JAR file in a directory which was spcified in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and CLASSPATH including the name of the JAR file.
4.Then I go to Forms 6i and say program --> Import Java Classes in my form, it gets the webservice java class and converts that java class into PLSQL packages.proc/func.
Can you please send me an example how you did this to my email?

  • Look and feel of self-service pages under Oracle Applications Manager (OAM)

    Hi All,
After applying patches for upgrading the HRMS module from 12.1.3 to 12.1.5, look and feel of self-service pages under Oracle Applications Manager (OAM) changed means Buttons not appearing in proper manner. and look of pages are not in proper manner. This is happening for OAM self-service pages only.
Current HRMS patchset level : r12.hr_pf.b.delta.5
    OS : RHEL 5.3 x86_64
    Any idea please....
    Thanks inadvance,
    Regards,
    900076.

You need to ask your DBA to delete the cached stylesheets in /OA_HTML/cabo/styles/cache/...
You will also need to delete your temporary internet files.
Once both and deleted, re-access the page and you will see the updated stylesheets.
(Note: individual users may need to delete their temporary internet files too else they will see an old version cached on their computer)
Explanation: In new releases Oracle may introduce new additional OAF components. Each OAF component is assigned a shortcode/id by browsers in alphabetical order and a stylesheet generated.
If a new item is introduced, the shortcode/ids will change. However if an old version of the stylesheet still exists it will apply the wrong style to the wrong component.

  • Opening a secure web page from oracle forms for credit card validation

    Hi All,
I searched for the topic in the forms forum but couldn't find a solution.
Requirement: As per some compliance, our application cannot do a credit card validation from our forms application, instead we need to use a java code which a third party will provide ,it's an iframe (they say, i am layman when it comes to Java, don't know what is it), but they say that, within your forms application you call our iframe do the credit card validation over there get a token of response back from us and use this token as a confirmation in your application.
Problem: I could not find a solution anywhere wherein i can call a web page from forms. Now, this web page should be modal, i.e. unless i close this page i cannot access my forms application. Please guide me if anyone has done that.
Secondly if i could make it work, how will i communicate with this external web page, like getting back some token value and use it back in my forms application. I am completely clueless.
As we are using Oracle designer for generating forms, we cannot use a bean type thing as designer does not have the bean-item type defined!
Appreciate if anyone could provide me pointers for a solution to this problem statement.

The simple way to do it is to use a PJC (java bean) + apache httpclient library..
If you have a webservice than you can use Axis library and wsdl2java to create java classes from wsdl.
also you can use httpclient library to simulate http protocol (request/response actions)..
(for example.. you have a credit card number.. you post this number to specified URL and then you parse the response from credit card validation server)..
Post here some documentation (specification) on how to call the credit card validation .. (maybe it's a secure webservice?)
Here you have a httpclient library documentation:
    http://hc.apache.org/httpcomponents-client-ga/tutorial/html/index.html
Also you can implement bean area in designer.. If you need help I can post here how we do it in our project..
also look here: Call webservice from PJC over https protocol

  • How to call a web Service from Oracle Applications?

    Hi friends,
I've posted this question on OA Framework forum , but may be it's more appropiated put it here. Sorry for do it again:
It's about how to call a web service from a Form or a .sql (via Request) in Oracle Applications:
Could you please explain here the detailed steps (with code example if it's possible) to invoke a webservice from Oracle Applications?.. how did yo do it...?
I've read differents posts here and the 33097.1 metalink note (by the way, the first recommended link in this note is broken...), but there are lots of theorical concepts and no real examples to see how/from where invoke the WS
I'll have to call one webservice (I suppose the customer will give me the interface implementation)...but I've never did it with Applications so that's why I ask you for all the detailed steps...
I work with Forms 6i, Apps 11.5.10.2 and DB 9.2.0.7.
    Thanks a lot.
    Jose.

    Hello Jose,
I did using java program to call BPEL web services in 11.5.10.
I pasted below the metalink note for your reference (Note:250964.1)
The idea is first write a java program to call the webservice (in my case it is calling an BPEL web service, so this may not help directly), test it.
Then port the java program as specified in the note, so that you could call your web service through concurrent manager scheduler.
    Is this ok?
    Thanks
    Arun.
