Web Service  - ESR

Bom dia.
Necessito fazer duas integração (no Xi e no PI) com as seguintes configurações:
<-----(RFC) -
<---(WS)--->  integração no cliente A.
<-----(RFC) -
<---(WS)--->  integração no cliente B.
Sendo que a RFC é a mesma nos dois clientes e o também.
Na verdade tenho dúvidas referentes a migração de cenários entre versões XI e PI!
A dúvida é a seguinte:

Abs,
Henrique.

  • Using CE 7.1 ESR with ABAP based web services requires java development?

    Hi All,
    When developing a web service in ABAP, what java development must I do to make the web services available in an ESR that is located on CE 7.1?
    Thanks,
    Regards,
    Mel Calucin
    Bentley Systems, Inc.

    Hi Stefan,
    Someone told me that the difference between CE 7.1 ESR and PI 7.1 ESR is that to register the ABAP web service into CE 7.1 ESR you need to create EJBs and that you don't need to do this for PI 7.1 ESR (since ithe PI 7.1 ESR is ABAP based).  I didn't think that this was the case so I put this question in this forum to confirm this.   I am arguing to put in CE 7.1 because we don't need the PI 7.1 functionality.  This someone told me that we are more of an ABAP shop than a Java shop and that we don't want to develop EJBs whenever we develop ABAP based web services.
    Thanks.
    Regards,

  • Weblogic app server wsdl web service call with SSL Validation error = 16

    Weblogic app server wsdl web service call with SSL Validation error = 16
    I need to make wsdl web service call in my weblogic app server. The web service is provided by a 3rd party vendor. I keep getting error
    Cannot complete the certificate chain: No trusted cert found
    Certificate chain received from ws-eq.demo.xxx.com - xx.xxx.xxx.156 was not trusted causing SSL handshake failure
    Validation error = 16
    From the SSL debug log, I can see 3 verisign hierarchy certs are correctly loaded (see 3 lines in the log message starting with “adding as trusted cert”). But somehow after first handshake, I got error “Cannot complete the certificate chain: No trusted cert found”.
    Here is how I load trustStore and keyStore in my java program:
         System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.trustStore",”cacerts”);
         System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword", trustKeyPasswd);
         System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.trustStoreType","JKS");
    System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.keyStoreType","JKS");
    System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.keyStore", keyStoreName);
         System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.keyStorePassword",clientCertPwd);      System.setProperty("com.sun.xml.ws.transport.http.client.HttpTransportPipe.dump","true");
    Here is how I create cacerts using verisign hierarchy certs (in this order)
    1.6.0_29/jre/bin/keytool -import -trustcacerts -keystore cacerts -storepass changeit -file VerisignClass3G5PCA3Root.txt -alias "Verisign Class3 G5P CA3 Root"
    1.6.0_29/jre/bin/keytool -import -trustcacerts -keystore cacerts -storepass changeit -file VerisignC3G5IntermediatePrimary.txt -alias "Verisign C3 G5 Intermediate Primary"
    1.6.0_29/jre/bin/keytool -import -trustcacerts -keystore cacerts -storepass changeit -file VerisignC3G5IntermediateSecondary.txt -alias "Verisign C3 G5 Intermediate Secondary"
    Because my program is a weblogic app server, when I start the program, I have java command line options set as:
    -Dweblogic.security.SSL.trustedCAKeyStore=SSLTrust.jks
    -Dweblogic.security.SSL.ignoreHostnameVerification=true
    -Dweblogic.security.SSL.enforceConstraints=strong
    That SSLTrust.jks is the trust certificate from our web server which sits on a different box. In our config.xml file, we also refer to the SSLTrust.jks file when we bring up the weblogic app server.
    In addition, we have working logic to use some other wsdl web services from the same vendor on the same SOAP server. In the working web service call flows, we use clientgen to create client stub, and use SSLContext and WLSSLAdapter to load trustStore and keyStore, and then bind the SSLContext and WLSSLAdapter objects to the webSerive client object and make the webservie call. For the new wsdl file, I am told to use wsimport to create client stub. In the client code created, I don’t see any way that I can bind SSLContext and WLSSLAdapter objects to the client object, so I have to load certs by settting system pramaters. Here I attached the the wsdl file.
    I have read many articles. It seems as long as I can install the verisign certs correctly to web logic server, I should have fixed the problem. Now the questions are:
    1.     Do I create “cacerts” the correct order with right keeltool options?
    2.     Since command line option “-Dweblogic.security.SSL.trustedCAKeyStore” is used for web server jks certificate, will that cause any problem for me?
    3.     Is it possible to use wsimport to generate client stub that I can bind SSLContext and WLSSLAdapter objects to it?
    4.     Do I need to put the “cacerts” to some specific weblogic directory?

    I received a workaround by an internal message.
    The how to guide is :
    -Download the wsdl file (with bindings, not the one from ESR)
    -Correct it in order that the schema corresponds to the answer (remove minOccurs or other things like this)
    -Deploy the wsdl file on you a server (java web project for exemple). you can deploy on your local
    -Create a new logicial destination that point to the wsdl file modified
    -Change the metadata destination in your web dynpro project for the corresponding model and keep the execution desitnation as before.
    Then the received data is check by the metadata logical destination but the data is retrieved from the correct server.

  • How to consume a TIBCO web-service in SAP PI

    Dear All,
    I have a scenario to consume a webservice provided by TIBCO.
    A end to end scenario is configured in TIBCO (ws-TIBCO-ws). The WSDL file ganerated from TIBCO system is provided to me to consume in SAP PI.
    TIBCO generated WSDL will be in a format (Type, Service, Binding, Port, Message). For SAP system to consume a webservice, WSDL format should be (Type, Message, Binding, Port, Service). So i changed the format and imported into External Definitions in ESR and configured the SYNCHRONOUS end-to-end scenario(saop-PI-soap) in SAP PI. I have generated a wsdl from sender agreement and tested it using SOUP UI.
    In SOAP UI response it throws following error.

    Regards
    Koti Reddy

    Hi Koti - The soap action is case sensitive.
    What is the soap version of the wsdl?
    If you try to make a request to a SOAP 1.2 webservice with a SOAP 1.1 request then you may get this error too..
    to check the your webservice soap version - open the wsdl and check for the namespace
    SOAP 1.1 uses namespace http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/
    SOAP 1.2 uses namespace http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap12/
    source - http://forum.spring.io/forum/spring-projects/web-services/45083-server-did-not-recognize-the-value-of-http-header-soapaction
    please share the wsdl as that may help in providing you more information.

  • How to use WS-RM web Service from Session Bean?

    Hi all.
    Could you tell me the way how to call WS-RM web service(Staring BPM Process) from SessionBean?
    Our environment: SAP NetWeaver CE 7.2 SP3
    I do the following.
    I have created a BPM Process starting with Message Start Event.
    This Message Start Event was created by Service Interface(stateless and asynchronous) which was imported from ESR.
    I deployed this into my server and it worked fine in webservice navigator as a WS-RM WebService.
    But I can't call this webservice from SessionBean in EJBExplorer.
    I get the following error message:
    Caused by: This exception is wrapper of javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException. com.sap.engine.services.webservices.espba
    se.client.bindings.exceptions.SOAPFaultException: Invalid WS-RM message. There are no WS-RM headers within SOAP message.

    I created this SessionBean as follows:
    I created DCs for EJB and created SessionBean in EJB DC.
    I imported a WSDL file(WS-RM web service) from Service Registory and
    I created service clients and Service References.
    After that I implemented SessionBean to call web service checking with this help.
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce72/helpdata/en/44/4d2bb1c6b00597e10000000a155369/frameset.htm
    After deploying this EJB,I configured properties in nwa.
    Thanks

    Did you manage to solve this?  I'm doing something similar and seeing the same problem, although they're up to 7.3 SP7.
    Any help greatly appreciated.

  • Implementing Multiple operations in a web service in JCAPS 5.1.3

    Hi,
    I am using JCAPS 5.1.3 and have a requirement where in I have to implement multiple operations and expose them as a webservice.
    The complexity of operations is medium, they have to log the input message into database.
    In order to achieve this I have come up with two models:
    Model-1:1.Create a Business process in eInsight and use event based decisons and implement various operations.
    2.Create jcd operations in order to log messages into database.
    3.Expose the business process as a webservice
    Model-2:1.Create a jcd for each operation and make it Callable as an External SOAP web service.
    2.Expose each jcd as a webservice
    I would like to know which of these models gives better performance for the webservice .I see eInsight in earlier versions was low in performance.
    Please let me know if you have any ideas on this.
    Thanks in advance.

    I'd try the idea #1 first. EInsight performances could be an issue only for very CPU-intensive operations, but as you need to interact with a database usually this I/O is going to be the real bottleneck. Instead, you should avoid eInsight not mainly because of hypothetical performance issues but when you foresee the need to write very complex logic, which is much easier to code and maintain in Java within JCDs than in BPEL. However remember that JCDs exposed as WS need the latest ESR Rollup to work properly, if I well recall they were single-threaded in plain JCAPS 5.1.3.
    By the way, if your WSDL describes multiple operations you could probably implement them one by one by distinct eInsight BPs if you need to distribute them differently, you are not forced to use a single BP with event-based decisions, it is a matter of your taste and requirements. In my experience however in the past I had some annoying issues with WSDL exposing multiple operations and eInsight, hopefully those are gone with the latest Rollup but do some quick test yourself before betting all your money on it.

  • Web services SAP R/3 4.7?

    hello,
    Can I create web services with sap R/3 Enterprise 4.7 ?
    How can I do that? Do I need the java stack installed?
    Does enterprise services repository exist in 4.7?
    Thank you very much!

    Hi,
    I have never tried creating WS in 4.7.
    Please do goto SE37 and go to 'Utilities' -> More Utilities and see if you can see the create web service option.
    ESR will not be available in 4.7 for sure because it was introduced just few years ago from Netweaver Versions.
    The Technology stack on which 4.7 was built is generally refered as 'Basis' and where as SAP moved to 'Netweaver Stack' from 640 Version - This also clarifies that you need not install the JAVA stack and it is irrelevant for 'Basis' technology stack

  • Creatin Web Service in NWDS 7.0 to handle WSDL from PI 7.1

    Hi all,
    I created in PI 7.1 a service interface in ESR with following details:
    Name:                         iaBillerDirect
    Namespace:               http://corpintra.net/pi/CBFC_GLOBAL_SAP_APPL/BillerDirect
    used message type:  BillerDirectMessage
    Operation:                  iaBillerDirect
    In NWDS 7.01 I first tried to build a web service based on the WSDL of the service interface. But unfortunately, NWDS does not have any possibility to create a web service based on a WSDL. (NWDS 7.1 has - but not NWDS 7.0)
    So I created an EJB on my own. Here I created a java class "net.corpintra.pi.cbfc_global_sap_appl.billerdirect.BillerDirectMessage" which I used as Datatype for new created EJB "net.corpintra.pi.cbfc_global_sap_appl.billerdirect.IaBillerDirect".
    I added a business method "iaBillerDirect(net.corpintra.pi.cbfc_global_sap_appl.billerdirect.BillerDirectMessage billerDirectMessage)" to my EJB and created a web service based on this.
    (The class Biller Direct Message has the same internal structure as the message type on PI.)
    When I delpoy the Web Service to the SAP J2EE 7.0 I can test the web service successfully in Web Service Navigator.
    When I now create according objects in PI Integration Builder and send a test message via PI to the web service I get following error:
    An error occurred while processing the message security. Reason: com.sap.engine.interfaces.webservices.runtime.OperationNotFoundException Found 0 operation definitions using keys: Key name:'first-body-element-ns' key value:'http://corpintra.net/pi/CBFC_GLOBAL_SAP_APPL/BillerDirect'; Key name:'SoapRequestWrapper' key value:'BillerDirectMessage'; . See trace entry no trace for com.sap.security.core.server.ws.service.ServerSecurityProtocol (severity above PATH).
    Can you please advice why I get this error trying to reach the web service via PI? How can I fix this?
    Or is there even a good solution how to create a web service in NWDS 7.0 (based on Eclipse 2.1.2) based on a WSDL?
    regards
    René

    Hi Jurmann,
                      I m facing same Issue with WSDL , it is working with NWDS 7.1 and not with 7.0 ..
    can you help me this how to fix this issue..
    i need to create webservice in NWDS 7.0 version
    Thanks in advance

  • External web service provided by third party application

    Hi all,
    Hope to clarify some doubts on usage of Enterprise Service Repository. I understand that ESR is the storage of service interfaces that may be provided or consume by different systems in the landscape.
    If a business process is required to consume an external web service that is provided by a third party application on some web server, does the ESR stores the definition of the web service and provides it to the business process?
    Is ESR only a repository for service interfaces that would be implemented by the internal systems?
    Regards

    I was looking to confirm my understanding about defining external webservices in Enterprise Repository few weeks back. Though i did not get proper confirmation any one yet on this forum, here is my understanding,
    1. One can define the service interface for the third party webservice in Enterprise Service Repository for the purposes of keeping track of available services in the organization and also to provide some documentation about it for other developers looking to reuse it.
    2. One can also import the WSDL as external definition in to Enterprise Service Repository.
    3. We may not be able to generate proxies for these third party provided applications

  • Web Service Proxy error: "No operation found using soap keys"

    I'm trying to use the new tools, and having a little trouble. Not many results when searching for this error message.
    I have developed and deployed a new Java web service proxy using the outside-in approach according to the [help docs|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/EN/46/7f2fef88190ad3e10000000a11466f/frameset.htm] (PI 7.1 SP07, NWDS 7.1 CE SP09 PAT0000). Started with a Service interface in ESR, then generated a java bean skeleton into a new EJB project in NWDS, then wrote business logic and deployed.
    When I test the web service (with 3 different SOAP test clients) I get the same error, below:
         <faultstring>com.sap.engine.services.webservices.espbase.server.additions.exceptions.ProcessException:
    No operation found using soap keys [], [spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy]. InterfaceMapping Object class:
    com.sap.engine.services.webservices.espbase.mappings.InterfaceMapping mappings: {BindingQName=

    27e4d529:127632b5c52:-7ebb}.</faultstring>
    My service endpoint interface looks like this (unimportant lines removed):
    package nexeninc.pi.ll.spmat._100;
    @javax.jws.WebService(name = "SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy", targetNamespace = "urn:nexeninc:pi:ll:spmat:100")
    @javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding(parameterStyle = javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding.ParameterStyle.BARE, style = javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding.Style.DOCUMENT, use = javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding.Use.LITERAL)
    public interface SIISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxy {
      @javax.jws.WebMethod(operationName = "SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy", action = "http://sap.com/xi/WebService/soap1.1")
      @javax.jws.WebResult(name = "spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy_response", targetNamespace = "", partName = "spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy_response")
      public generated.SpmatJdbcReceiverProxyResponse siISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxy(@javax.jws.WebParam(name = "spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy", targetNamespace = "", partName = "spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy") generated.SpmatJdbcReceiverProxy spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy);

    (continued from above post)
    And my implementation bean looks like this (unimportant lines removed):
    package nexeninc.pi.ll.spmat._100;
    @SessionHandlingDT(enableSession = false)
    @AuthenticationDT(authenticationLevel = AuthenticationEnumsAuthenticationLevel.BASIC)
    @TransportGuaranteeDT(level = TransportGuaranteeEnumsLevel.NONE)
    @WebService(serviceName = "SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy_Service", portName
    = "SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy_Port", endpointInterface
    = "nexeninc.pi.ll.spmat._100.SIISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxy", targetNamespace = "urn:nexeninc:pi:ll:spmat:100", wsdlLocation
    = "META-
    INF/wsdl/nexeninc/pi/ll/spmat/_100/SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy/SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy.wsdl")
    @Stateless
    public class SIISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxyImplBean {
         @RelMessagingNW05DTOperation(enableWSRM = false)
         public generated.SpmatJdbcReceiverProxyResponse siISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxy(
                   generated.SpmatJdbcReceiverProxy spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy) {
              System.out.println("Starting siISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxy.");
    When we first created the new endpoint in NWA, we tried asigning a new name for both "Service Endpoint Name" and "In New Service", and we received this error.
    We then deleted the endpoint and created another new one, setting "Service Endpoint Name" to match the portName in the implementation bean: "SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy_Port", but that didn't work either. The only option we enabled in the endpoint was HTTP authentication: User ID/Password.
    My ejb-j2ee-engine.xml and application-j2ee-engine.xml are both empty (but they exist).
    I am new to EJBs and JAX-WS so hopefully it's something simple. All help appreciated!
    Apologies for the long (and wide) post.

  • SOA - real time proxy to web service scenario

    Hello Experts,
    I am working on PI but really very much new to the SOA concept.
    But i have to prepare document which explains about all steps that we need to follow (technicallly) for the SOA implementation.
    We are going to implement one Proof of Concept for SOA before going for the real project.
    Can someone please help me and tell me what all the things i need to do for Proxy to Web Service Scenario in PI.
    I hope i have made myself clear about it.
    Thanks,
    Hetal

    Hi Gaurav,
    Thanks for your advice.
    I have one more question and i tried to explore SDN alot but didnt get satisfactory answer.
    here is the situation:
    My scenario is like :
    .Net application = consumer
    ECC = Provider
    PI = broker
    SR = Publish ES
    I am using the Outside - In approach, where i am creating proxy structure in ESR and then creating/ Generating Proxy in ECC.
    I am exposing my Inbound Interface on SR, so that the WSDL is available on SR.
    Now the situation is, our consumer is asking data from us in different format.
    I read on help.sap.com that via PI mapping it is possible.
    But i am not understanding that consumer is using ECC WSDL to make a call, then even though mapping is there, how can they get response in their required format.
    They are even providing us their WSDL. I am totally confused that in one interface how come two different WSDLs can work?
    Or is there a way for this?
    I am even ready to use the same structure for my ECC which is provided by consumer, but then i dont see any outcome using PI.
    I also have question, that for standard service also, ECC Enterprise service structure is fixed which we expose, then using PI how can we provide consumers response in their desired way.
    I know that m asking this question again and again, but still it is not getting clear to me... might be m not understanding that how it works in SOA.
    If possible can you tell me the steps that i need to follow technically to develope this interface? so that i can get better understanding?
    Thanks,
    Hetal

  • External Interface in Proxy to Web service scenario

    Dear All,
    I have a scenario like SAP ECC >> SAP PI >> Web Service (3rd Party). I have got 3rd party WSDL and all related information. I need to know how to upload this WSDL to ESR and specify it as an 'Inbound Interface' in Reciever tab of the Business Service? I can successfully import the WSDL in External Definition but it doesn't appear in the pop-up for selecting the interface.
    I am a newbie here, apologizing if my question is too vague.
    Regards,
    Adil Khalil

    Hi Adil,
    if you are using business service it is not needed to create technical and business system.
    did you assign the interface or you are asking how to assign?
    check this
    Can’t find interfaces in the associated Business Component (Business Service)

  • Web Service consumer using ABAP-PROXY

    Hello,
    I want to test Web Service consumer using ABAP-PROXY . So I do what is explain in the weblog :
    [http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/Snippets/WebServiceconsumerusingABAP-PROXY]
    But when I execute the programm, the message : 'No valid source context supplied'.
    But, proxy and port are ok and activate.
    Can you help me.
    Thanks.

    Hi Jitesh,
    Thanks for the link.  I checked but did not find helpful info there.
    I have managed to make it work yesterday.  Two issues were identified.
    1. The namespace in the WSDL file imported into ESR as an external definition.  I need to create the same namespace in ESR before importing the WSDL and then import the WSDL into that namespace.
    2. The authentication method.  The authentication method in the IIS configuration of the .NET web service has to be set to Basic Authentication.  Then I set logical port of the consumer proxy in the OSAMANAGER to use Basic Authentication also.  So far only the Basic Authentication works in my test scenario.
    I am closing this question.

    Hello Experts,
    We are testing SAP CRM 7.0.
    In T-cd:sproxy in CRM system, the Software Component Version SAP CRM ABAP 7.0 doesn't show up.
    We'd like to see the web service definitions for CRM Service Processing,
    but can't find them such as "ServiceOrderCRMCreateRequestConfirmation_In"(described in ES Workplace)
    to create Service Order in T-cd:sproxy nor T-cd:SE80 Repository Information System>Enterprise Services>Service Definitions.

    Hi,
    You need to download SWCV "SAP CRM ABAP 7.0" in your CRM system from service market place. Also download PI content for SWCV: "SAP CRM ABAP 7.0" and import them in ESR.
