WebElements 2.4 on WebSphere

I have an installation of Business Objects XI R3 with the Web Tier installed on WebSphere. Step 2 of enabling pass-through HTML states:
Add the following context parameter to the Customizable options section of the web.xml file. Ensure that this context parameter is in the web.xml file only once or errors will occur in Invoice.
Then step 5:
If you are using XI 3.0 and another web server such as WebLogic, have your server administrator use the deployment console to redeploy the CrystalReports.war file as an application.
My question is which (of many) web.xml files need to be adjusted before redeployment?

Hello Jamie and Thanks for the post.
We did try that, but I think it may be an issue other than WebElements that is blocking us.
I kept researching and you are correct, the Crystal Reports was the deployed tool we had to use. Our installation did not go through the normal "automated" process, so we had to predeploy all of the java applets, then add them to the WebSphere box. This used .ear files. We had to change the web.xml file in the war file folder, predeploy the individual application, and then remove-add the CrytalReports .ear file.
Unfortunately we now know that process, but it was not the roadblock. We are looking further into our setup.
