WEBI Java Error when starting report form the portal
Hi when i'm starting a BO WEBI report out from the portal the next error is apearing:

try this solution oryginally posted by Craig Brandt in another topic.
Firstly make sure you have no old Java installs or 'add ons' lingering about on your system, check in programs and features (assuming your using windows 7) and uninstall Java completely. Check the add ons in IE and show: 'All add ons' - remove manually if required. Do a clean up of the computers temp files and cache. I used a program called ccleaner. Also check c:\users\<username>\app data\locallow\ and delete the 'Sun' folder. Then reboot machine.
- Install latest Java 1.7.0_51
- Go to Java control panel in windows control panel
- add the exception for your BOBJ server e.g. http://<SERVER>:8080
- click continue
- go to the advanced tab
- scroll down and tick 'use TLS 1.2'
- apply or OK to exit java control panel
- open 'Internet Options'
- go to the 'advanced' tab
- scroll down and tick 'use TLS 1.2'
- OK everything and close any IE windows
Now try again, you will need to enable the 'add on' when prompted on opening IE for the first time.
Also when accessing the BI Web I for the first time, I placed a tick in the 'do not show this again for apps from this publisher'

Error when running reports on the WEB
Hi,
I have been successful in deploying our application on the Web,
using WebDB listener, Developer Server, Report Server and JInitiator 1.1.7.18.
Now the forms on the web runs fine without any problem but
when I run Reports from Forms using RUN_PRODUCT built-in by passing parameters from Forms to Reports it generates this following error: REP-0081-Error During I/O operation and REP-0110: Unable to open file "<<file>>.html" scaba 14.
The strange thing about the REP-0110 is, it refer to a path that is not defined in my registry(FORMS60_OUTPUT,_MAPPING, REPORTS60_PATH,_TMP,_WEBLOC,_WEBLOC_TRANSLATED) and neither my physical directory in the directory mappings which I defined on the web server. (I refer to a the path mindpack4.1 and the REP-0110 refer to mindpack4_1)
Any help appreciated.

Libjvm.so error when starting reports server
I am running on SUSE Linux with AS Forms and Reports 10g.
I having difficulties when starting a new reports server that outputs to a display, and I would appreciate any suggestions as to how they can be overcome.
I am running on a single PC so have configured the system to use the namingservice.

Naming Service Started Sucessfully
after this
> rwserver.sh server=test_server batch=yes
> rwdiag.sh -findAll
This correctly shows the server.
However if I omit the batch=yes part of the server launch then the error occurs.
To set up the display I used
> DISPLAY=:0.0; export DISPLAY
and to verify that the display was okay I used
> xclock&
But
> rwserver.sh server=test_server
gives the following error

...I have managed to resolove this problem by updating the installed JDK. I installed jdk-6u6-linux-i586-rpm.bin (downloaded from http://java.sun.com/)
I then updated the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in $ORACLE_HOME/bin/reports.sh to agree with the installed JDK locations. -
Java Error when starting BI Publisher
I have installed BI publisher Trial 64 bit. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. The install seemed to go smoothly. When I try to start the BI publisher from the start menu, a java error comes up "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working"
Any ideas?

Errors when using LoadRunner with the Portal (eventQueue)

I'm trying to script up a basic load test of the SAP Portal using Load Runner HTTP/HTML protocol. I've dome some correlation but I'm finding the web_submit_data functions seem to be passsing garbage for the eventQueue (see below).

Error when loggin on to the portal
Hello all,
I am new to the portal and I need your help to figure out a proble I have. When I log on to the portal I get the following error message on some of the tabs (not all):
No user mapping defined for system SAP_WebDynpro_XSS
When I get this message I am prompted to enter user ID and password.
Does anybody know what I am missing or how to solve this problem?

You have a system with alias SAP_WebDynpro_XSS which is used to show you were webdynpro applications for ESS/MSS are.
This system is setup with authentication user mapping, but most probably the SAP_WebDynpro_XSS is running on the same portal, and it should have been SAP logon Ticket.
So either
1) Go and setup a usermapping for alias SAP_WebDynpro_XSS, should probably be your portal username/password, or the username/password of the system hosting the webdynpros (do this under useradministration user mapping)
2) Change Logon method the system with alias
SAP_WebDynpro_XSS from user mapping to SAP logon ticket

I have found what caused this problem. The browser proxy settings had to be adjusted to be skipped when using the URL for the application server.

I can install and run the HTTP server on a Pentium 3 and everything works fine. I move to a Pentium 4 and things are not working. I am aware of the bug in the just in time compiler (simcjit.dll) and have removed them. All other Oracle java applications seem to be working fine. When I attempt to start the Apache http server I get 7 pop up windows with the following message:
java.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.
You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.
It would be nice if it gave the location of the error log. It is not in the Windows Application log as I would expect. The Apache server does start but does not work. I guess Oracle does not support 8.1.7 on Pentium 4's. Has anyone out there run into this problem and come up with a work around?

Plz help- Thanks in AdvanceI found the resolution today. It appears that the service that runs was not started up correctly. As soon as we stopped and started the service, reports was running properly again.

regardless of the account that logs on I get the error "the following remoteapp program is not in the list of authorized programs: WordPad

Based on my experience on similar issues, this error may be caused by missing Host Records of the TS servers on the local DNS.
To fix this issue, please add the Host Records of the Terminal Servers into the local DNS and test it again.

clipboard.setContents( stringSelection, this );The method you are calling doesnt take the objects you are passing it (their types exactly) as parameters. Namely, I would say, the anonymous ActionListener. Do what youre doing outside the declaration of the ActionListener, inside the scope of the class you want this to refer to.
