Webi Report formatting.

Question

Hello Experts,
I have an Query to display the report in the folllowing format.
*BP Number   |         Name         |   Product Category |     Amount1   *
1234                      ABC                UCORD                       500
1234                      xyz                   CELLE                        300
5678                      BLR                 UCORD                       200
7777                      DVM                CELLE                        300
I want to display the report only when if the first product category is UCORD and second Product Category is CELLE for the same BP number.I dont dont want to display any other records apart from this. i.e last 2 records i dont want to display.

Shiva,
Can you build prompts on Product Category and BP Number in your report (back in the Edit Query mode)?  If that is not possible, then you might look at the previous() function, seeing that BP Number "1234" are both present, you can build a local variable that does this:
v test =if([BP Number]=previous([BP Number]);1;0)
Then next, on your report in Edit Report mode, you can add a filter using v test where it is equal to 1, thus reporting only rows where the lead BP Number and subsequent rows with the same BP Number match.
