WebLogic 10.3.5 on Windows Deployment issue
I receive this error deploying a simple JSF 2.0 ADF Web application:
[09:36:15 AM] Weblogic Server Exception: weblogic.management.DeploymentException:
[09:36:15 AM] Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.adf.share.weblogic.listeners.ADFApplicationLifecycleListener
Installed on Windows 7 64bit
I've:
- installed wls1035_win32
- installed the ADF Runtime (11.1.1.6.0)
- created my domain (adf_domain)
- created a managed server (ADFServer)
- set nodemanger to run as service
- started the admin and started ADFServer
- I went into the /em and applied the JRF template to the ADFServer
- I then downloaded Sherman patches (14582286, 14582309)
- Ran patches in opatch
- ran WLST script to upgradeADF('C:/Oracle/WlsStandalone/user_projects/domains/adf_domain/')
output => Target Library "[email protected]_2-0-2" to JRF "AdminServer
Target Library "[email protected]_2-0-2" to JRF "ADFServer"
- I restarted the AdminServer and ADFServer and tried to deploy the application and it still gives me the same error.
Any suggestions?
I've tried both ways. When I deploy using the console it does allow me to deploy it but goes into "NEW" state.
When I try to start the deployment it gives me this error:
weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [Deployer:149003]Unable to access application source information in 'C:\Oracle\WlsStandalone\user_projects\domains\adf_domain\servers\ADFServer\stage\testStandAloneWLS_Project1_testStandAloneWLS\testStandAloneWLS_Project1_testStandAloneWLS.ear' for application 'testStandAloneWLS_Project1_testStandAloneWLS'. The specific error is: [Deployer:149158]No application files exist at 'C:\Oracle\WlsStandalone\user_projects\domains\adf_domain\servers\ADFServer\stage\testStandAloneWLS_Project1_testStandAloneWLS\testStandAloneWLS_Project1_testStandAloneWLS.ear'..

Weblogic 8.1.6 auto re-deploy issue
Platform: Win2003
Weblogic App Server: 8.1.6
Set for Deployment Mode
I have an issue with a new WL app server install. We are migrating from a Win2K server to a new Win2003 box.
On our Win2K box, with WL not running, our original build script will compile a WAR file, then copy it to the WL /applications folder(overwriting any pre-existing WAR file). Then the script will start up WL, and WL will immediately recognize the newer WAR file and re-deploy it.
I'm seeing different behavior on own new WL app server. I've installed WL 8.1.6 in Deployment mode on our new server and configured it as the original server (to the best of my knowledge). However, for some reason, when I run the build script on the new box, WL will not recognize the new WAR at startup, so it is never re-deployed.
The only way I can get WL to recognize the new WAR file is to run WL before I copy the new WAR file to the /applications folder. Then WL will recognize the new file and deploy it just fine.
Does anyone have any idea why my new WL server won't recognize the newer WAR in the /applications folder at startup?
Thanks,
DarrellIt looks like a bug, enter a support case for it.
It looks like it might have been introduced in 8.1.3 with a bug fix that
to avoid multiple redeployments at server startup for CR134767.

UPDATE!!
I failed to mention that our working Win2K box was running Weblogic 8.1.2.
I've compared the behavior of 8.1.2 and 8.1.6.
8.1.2 will always recognize a newer WAR file in the \applications folder at startup. However, 8.1.6 will not.
This appears to be a bug in 8.1.6. Can someone at BEA please investigate?

BPM engine deployment issue on Weblogic server
Hello,
I read all threads related to this issue, but I am getting mad.
Yesterday:
I have successfully deployed BPM 10.3.1 + certified WLS 10.3.0 on Linux Redhat + Oracle
I have successfully created a BPM configuration with the BPM Admin configuration wizard.
I could successfully access to BPM workspace admin and BPM workskape.
Today:
I have restarted weblogic server and BPM, the engine is not starting, with an error raised in another thread. Below is the most detailed message:
[EJB:011025]The XML parser encountered an error in your deployment descriptor. Please ensure that your DOCTYPE is correct. You may wish to compare your deployment descriptors with the WebLogic Server examples to ensure the format is correct. The error was:

My server is not connected to the Internet, and will probably not. But it could not access the internet yesterday (before restart) neither...
a reply to another thread says that a patch coprrects this issue. which one is it? please note I cannot download it from the server... I have downloaded all public patches for WLS 10.3 for Linux (ZIP files), but the BSU tool refused to detect them... how should I proceed?
Thank you for your help
HervéHi,
I have downloaded weblogic from oracle downloads 2 weeks back. i thought all the patches would be installed?? But am facing the same issue when deploying engine ear..
Do you think I need to install the above patch ???
A month back I downloaded ( might be by March) Weblogic. I was not facing any issue. But with the new download am facing the issue.
Kindly suggest.
Thanks,

Windows Deployment Services Issues
i have a Windows deployment Services server running , and at the same server i am running dhcp as well as dns server. the network series is 10.241.0.1 to 10.241.0.105 , questions:
Q: if i want the dhcp server to offer ip address in the network of 10.241.1.1 is it possible or i need to take the dhcp server in the network series of 1.
Q: sometimes there is a problem in wds , the client pc says no dhcp proxies were offered, how do i resolve that ?
Q:While entering the scope in the dhcp server, the dhcp server says the IP is overlapped or invalid ip address, any solutions ?
Q: i have multiple operating systems to deploys via network, so how is that possible , should i create a new image group or can i add the images in the same images and will it ask during the startup ? i tried by adding the other os to the group , the first
os gets booted and installed but when i select the second operating system says, wdsclient error, no dhcp offered , , , , and so.Hi,
According to your description, I list your questions and the suggestions for each question as bellow:
Q: if i want the dhcp server to offer ip address in the network of 10.241.1.1 is it possible or i need to take the dhcp server in the network series of 1.
If there are 2 network, 10.241.0.1/24 and 10.241.1.1/24, and you want the DHCP server (which is belong to network 10.241.0.1/24 ) to provide DHCP service to clients on network 10.241.1.1/24. You may configure a DHCP relay agent on network 10.241.1.1/24, in
order to forwarder DHCP messages between clients (which are on network 10.241.1.1/24) and DHCP server. Detailed information about how to configure DHCP relay agent you may reference the link:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd469685.aspx
Q: sometimes there is a problem in wds , the client pc says no dhcp proxies were offered, how do i resolve that ?
On the client which says no DHCP proxies were offered, open CMD, type “ipconfig /all” and hit Enter, check to see if it obtains the correct parameters. If not, type “ipconfig /release“ and “ipconfig /renew” to renew IP address.
Q:While entering the scope in the dhcp server, the dhcp server says the IP is overlapped or invalid ip address, any solutions ?
On a DHCP server, you can create only on scope for a subnet. If you have created a scope from 10.241.0.1 to 10.241.0.105, with subnet mask 255.255.255.0, then a scope with network ID 10.241.0.0 can’t be created. You may use
Exclusions to resolve this problem. If the problem still exit, please provide the scope and relate parameters you want to add, and the exiting scope you have already added on the DHCP server.
Q: i have multiple operating systems to deploys via network, so how is that possible , should i create a new image group or can i add the images in the same images and will it ask during the startup ? i tried by adding the other os to the group ,
the first os gets booted and installed but when i select the second operating system says, wdsclient error, no dhcp offered , , , , and so.
You must have a working DHCP server with an active scope on the network because Windows Deployment Services uses PXE, which relies on DHCP for IP addressing. Make sure that your DHCP implement is working and let us resolve the above 3 problems first. Besides,
you may reference the link for detailed information about Windows Deployment Services Getting Started Guide:

any suggestions?
Thanks,
PWhich version of EPM you are using?
If it is V11.1.1.3, I had similar kind of issue with FDM module. I was getting Server 500 error while trying to access FDM application URL and got it resolved with following steps. You can try same solution with Essbase.
The issue was - EPM System Configurator copied the wrong WebLogic IIS plugin on the Windows 64-bit operating system.
To work around this issue:
1 Stop IIS from the following place:
l IIS Admin Service*
2 Copy iisforward.dll from: EPM_ORACLE_HOME/…/wlserver_10.3/server/plugin/ win/x64/iisforward.dll*
to: EPM_ORACLE_HOME/DOMAIN_NAME/VirtualHosts/iisforward.dll*
3 Copy iisproxy.dll from: EPM_ORACLE_HOME/…/wlserver_10.3/server/plugin/ win/x64/iisproxy.dll*
to all folders under: EPM_ORACLE_HOME/DOMAIN_NAME/VirtualHosts*
Hope it helps :-)

Workaround the issue immediately by removing the "ns1:" qualification on the operation for the binding.jca entry in the composite.xml and redeploying.
For example:
From:
<binding.jca config="BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL_invoke_3P.jca"
operation="ns1:BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL"/>
To:
<binding.jca config="BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL_invoke_3P.jca"
operation="BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL"/>

Windows Deployment Services will not start
After advertising a image to my remote client computer I receive this error:
PXE-T01: the specified file was not found
PXE-E3B: TFTP error - file not found
PXE-M0F: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM
I logged into the server and noticed the "windows deployment service" is not running. I tried to start the service and it failed to start. I then checked the "Site System Status" log and noticed there was a "Critical" message for the PXE service point role,
and a "warning" message for the management point role.
On 8/16/10 for the PXE service point role I see this critical error: PXE Control Manager detected PXE service point is not responding to pxe requests. The error is 16389. Possible cause: pxe service point is not started or not responding.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
Thank youThank you everyone for your patience and assistance. I have resolved the issue after double, and tripple checking everything. The problem was that the boot images (x64, and x86) were not pointed to SMSPXEIMAGES$ distribution which is the server share. I
pointed it to the Server only. After pointing to both the share, and the server all works fine.
So the initial issue with the deployment service not starting was to uninstall WDS, and the PXE option in SCCM. During the troubleshooting I accidently deleted the SMSPXEIMAGES$ distribution point from the boot image which caused another issue after resolving
the windows deployment problem.
Hope this helps the next person that has this issue.
The solution exists already in the link that I gave you, see the point N°5 :)

Hello everyone,
Give you a little background on the hardware/software which we are running to do a Windows 8.1 Deployment, we have an VM of Windows Server 2008 R2 with Windows Deployment Services installed and configured correctly. For the boot image it's a Windows 8.1
WIM and as for the Install Image we have a base image of Win 8.1 with all drivers installed for an HP EliteBook 8540w , we Syspreped and then capture the image using the W2K capture on PXE to capture and upload the image to the server. This is where we first
ran into the problem of connecting to the server and had to inject the lan drivers to have network connectivity. After the image was uploaded to the server, we thought to try and run a deployment of that image on an identical laptop. PXE boot into that Image,
it asks for domain credentials which are accepted it begins the installation process and fails at "Windows installation cannot continue because a required driver could not be installed"?
We just set up client logging on the server and it is useless it just says that the driver is missing, but what driver is missing? There are thousands, which one?
Another forum has this issue: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/4cf0b378-09d0-4e0b-bc6e-3d898b668f98/during-deployment-windows-installation-cannot-continue-because-a-required-driver-could-not-be?forum=w8itproinstallHi,
Please first check the solution here:
Error: Windows installation cannot continue because a required driver could not be installed
http://support.brainwaregroup.com/kb/article/AA-00702/0/Error%3A-Windows-installation-cannot-continue-because-a-required-driver-could-not-be-installed.html
Also, please try to find out Setup logs from the client computer, and we can see the details in the Setup log:
If the failure occurs in Windows PE before the disk configuration page of the WDS client is completed, you can find the logs at the
X:\Windows\Panther folder. Use Shift+F10 to open a command prompt, and then change the directory to the location.
If the failure occurs in Windows PE after the disk configuration page of the WDS client is completed, you can find the logs on the local disk volume at the
$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther folder. The local disk volume is usually the drive
C. Use Shift+F10 to open a command prompt, and then change the directory to the location.

Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro deployment issue
Hello. I am having a deployment issue with Adobe Acrobat 9 using Altiris. I create the rip which is bassically an image of the install. My facility has pruchased 50 seats for this software so I know we are covered for the users that we have to use this software. The issue that I am having after I make the rip, and deploy it to a machine it asks for the CD key again in order to use. Am I having an issue with my installation or is Adobe put some kind of security into their software so that when you try to make a rip of the installation is asks for teh CD Key again after the install? Is this an issue that can be resolved?
SOLUTION:
The issue was somehow related to DPI (START > Settings > Control Pannel > Display > Settings Tab > Advanced button). Eventhough the DPI was set to normal, I switched it to LARGE, restarted the machine, logged in after the reboot, changed it back to normal size, restarted again, logged in once more, checked the Printer Preferences and PRESTO --- a properly displayed window. -
Weblogic Server 6.1 as Windows NT Service
Hi All,
I am running Weblogic Server 6.1 as Windows NT Service with one WAR
Application Deployed in Production Mode.
My machine is on Windows 2000 Application Server. I am facing a very strange
problem with the setup.
Prob 1 :
Sometimes the service unexpactedly terminates ( I ve got the log in
Event Viewer of Win2K saying that myserver service has been terminated 2
times....) !! Can anyone explain why it is terminating like these ? what
could be the possible reasons ?
Prob 2 :
When i see the logs that are generated i found that the WAR Application
is continuously getting re-deployed and I am getting Deployment Exceptions
for the same WAR files that i couldnt be deployed. This is happening
automatically , I am not re-deploying the app.
What could be the possible reasons ? Can anyone explain this behaviour ?
Thanks in Advance.
Bhavin RaichuraHello Bhavin,
Are you sure you are running in production mode? Because production vs
development mode is controlled by a parameter in startWebLogic. However,
startWebLogic doesn't matter when you run it as a service. The startup
parameters are set in installNTService, from where they go directly in the
Windows registry.
We found out that it matters what the timestamp of the packaged file is,
compared to the time WebLogic started. For us, when the timestamp of our
.ear file is earlier than the time WebLogic started, it does not want to
redeploy. Maybe your timestamp is in the future or something??
There are two reasons why you will see "service terminated unexpectedly".
(a) If you stop the server yourself from the admin console or through the
command line, the beasvc process exits, but Windows doesn't expect that, so
it complains. Windows will not complain if you stop the service through "net
stop <service>".
However, there is reason (b), when the beasvc.exe process crashes by itself.
We occasionally experience that (WebLogic 6.1 sp1) and we don't know why
either. The only clue is in the weblogic.log file, where the last entry was
something like: NT Performance Pack, I/O error, FD 3456.
If you solve your #1, I would love to hear about it.

Hi Kumar,
Thanks for the reply.
Well, the size of WAR is not very big, but that needs many other jars inthe
classpath to get executed.
I suppose the prob # 2 can be solved by Disabling Auto Deployment of
Applications from Console > Mydomain > Application and uncheck thecheckbox
but I am not sure.
But what is wrong exactly with the setup ? This works perfactly alrightwhen
Weblogic is not running as Windows Service.
can web.xml and weblogic.xml or config.xml be helpful to you in
understanding the problem ?
Thanks in advance.

I can help with #2.
If your war file is not that big, can you send it to me? I will take alook at
it.

Windows Deployment Services "the specified image file is either invalid or corrupted"
I'm trying to add images to a virtual server running WS08 R2 but the only type of images that get accepted are the vista x86, nothing else works,
I tried the following image files:
windows server 2008 R2
windows server 2008 x64
windows 7 x64
windows 7 x86
windows vista x64
and always the same error: "the specified image file is either invalid or corrupted"
the machine configuration is as follows:
Virtual machine on Hyper-V 2 (host is WS08 R2 Enterprise)
2048 MB RAM
25 GB free diskspace
running these roles:
AD
DNS
DHCP
WDS
hope someone can helpWas a solution for this ever found? I am experiencing the same issue with the following setup:
I am having an issue with a virtualized Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise blue-screening any time I try and add an install image through the Windows Deployment Services mode.
Server:
Lenovo TD200x – 3822-43U
Dual Intel Xeon E5530 CPU’s
Installed Memory: 28.0 GB
Two raid arrays.
Array 1 – 500 GB Mirror – hosting Windows 2008
R2 Enterprise running Hyper-V
Array 2 – 1 TB RAID 10 – hosting Virtual Machines
and Virtual Hard Disks
We have the latest firmware update installed on this physical machine
Our physical server is the Lenovo TD200x machine. On it, we are running Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
Within Hyper-V, I am running a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise domain.
Virtual Server 1 is a domain controller running Windows Server 2008 R2. It is configured with roles of: Active Directory Domain Services, DNS,
and DHCP.
Virtual Server 2 is a member server running Windows Server 2008 R2. It is configured with the role of: Windows Deployment Services.
The error is occurring on Virtual Server 2. After everything is installed on this server, and it is setup as a domain member and has the Windows
Deployment services role added, I go through and ad a Windows 7 boot image within Windows Deployment Services with no problem. When I go through and try to add a Windows 7 install image, however, during the creation of that install image, the Virtual
Server 2 pops up an error that reads:
Error occurred while trying to execute command.
Error Code: 0x80070002
After this, the system will immediately blue-screen and reboot with a STOP 0x000000F4 Error
I have tried using various Windows 7 DVD’s and even using the Windows 7 ISO file, mounting it as a drive. All with the same results.
I have erased the virtual server and recreated it with the same results. I have removed the entire domain and recreated both servers with the same results.
I have setup the physical box as a Windows Server 2008 R2 domain controller and added the Windows Deployment Services role and did NOT have any problems
going about it in that manner. Therefore, the issue lies within running this in a Virtualized server within Hyper-V. -
I'm having issues installing starting the WDS server service on Win 2008 R2, this is happening on multiple (all 2008 R2) systems on this domain so I'm beginning to think it's either AD or network related, in event viewer I get the following error.
'An error occurred trying to start the Windows Deployment Services Server.'
Error Information: 0x0906
EventID : 257
single domain, single forest, 2008 R2 functional level, both system are virtual plugged into same vswitch on a flat network.
any ideas what might be the issue? I've never had an issue getting this working on many occasions before today and I've come to many a dead end looking at other articles thus far...
With WDS tracing enabled I get the following error information:

get it working again is:
1.
Install WDS Role (using defaults)
2.
Make the following registry change:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\WDSServer\Providers\WDSPXE\UseDhcpPorts = 0
3.
Run the following command line to initialize Windows Deployment Services:
wdsutil /initialize-server /reminst:D:\RemoteInstall
4.
Run the following command to enable the DHCP port registry setting
wdsutil /Set-Server /UseDHCPPorts:No /DHCPOption60:Yes -

Conver weblogic Admin server to a windows service
I used the following scripts to conver weblogic Admin server to a windows service :
SETLOCAL
set DOMAIN_NAME=Sayesaman
set USERDOMAIN_HOME=C:\jdev11.1.1.6\user_projects\domains\Sayesaman
set SERVER_NAME=Sayesaman
set WL_HOME=C:\jdev11.1.1.6\wlserver_10.3
set WLS_USER=weblogic
set WLS_PW=weblogic110
set PRODUCTION_MODE=false
set MEM_ARGS=-Xms512m –Xmx512m
call "C:\jdev11.1.1.6\wlserver_10.3\server\bin\installSvc.cmd"
ENDLOCAL
after running these scripts the windows service created successfully and running properly .
but the state of all web application is failed and even I can't deploy any web application and I get the following error :
Class Not Found : oracle.dms.wls.DMSServletFilterr
Please help me to conver weblogic Admin server to a windows service correctly .
Edited by: 950222 on Aug 1, 2012 2:46 AMRequest you to share the entire stack of error.
Meanwhile,I would recommend that you deleet the existing service created and re-create the service by following the below steps:-
1. Create a text file
%MIDDLEWARE_HOME%\user_projects\domains\servers\AdminServer\security\boot.properties
Add the following lines
username=weblogic
password=
Important to Note:
a. If this step is not performed you will see the following generic error when the Admin Server is started in " background mode " via an MS Windows Service.
BEA-090403 Authentication for user weblogic denied
This error occurs because, by default, startup of Admin Server interactively prompts for the weblogic username and password. If the password is not supplied the error is thrown.
b. As soon as you start the Admin Server the username and password values in this file will be encrypted. Be sure to stop / start the Admin Server as soon as possible to ensure the credentials are not exposed for longer than necessary.
2. Create a command script called installAdmServer_Service.cmd which has lines like
SETLOCAL
set DOMAIN_NAME=ClassicDomain
set USERDOMAIN_HOME=C:\middleware\FMW11g\user_projects\domains\ClassicDomain
set SERVER_NAME=AdminServer
set PRODUCTION_MODE=true
cd %USERDOMAIN_HOME%
call %USERDOMAIN_HOME%\bin\setDomainEnv.cmd
call "C:\middleware\FMW11g\wlserver_10.3\server\bin\installSvc.cmd"
ENDLOCAL
3. For troubleshooting / debugging purposes it is helpful to redirect standard out and error to a text file. Although most information is captured in the AdminServer server log files, you will not see all standard out and error when the server is started via a MS Windows Service (unlike when you start an AdminServer from the command prompt using startWebLogic.cmd). To redirect standard out to a text file, backup and edit installSvc.cmd and change the line at the bottom of the file so it include the -log parameter e.g
"%WL_HOME%\server\bin\beasvc" -install
-svcname:"%DOMAIN_NAME%_%SERVER_NAME%"
-javahome:"%JAVA_HOME%" -execdir:"%USERDOMAIN_HOME%"
-extrapath:"%WL_HOME%\server\bin" -password:"%WLS_PW%"
-cmdline:%CMDLINE%
-log:"C:\Middleware\FMW11g\user_projects\domains\ClassicDomain\%SERVER_NAME%-stdout.txt"
4. Now run "installAdmServer_Service.cmd". The Service should be installed, it will have a name like ""beasvc %DOMAIN_NAME%_%SERVER_NAME%" e.g
beasvc ClassicDomain_AdminServer
The Service "Startup Type" will be 'Automatic'. Just like any other MS Windows Service you can change the 'Startup Type' to 'Manual'.
Start the Service. The Service will come back fairly quickly to say it is started. The actual time taken for AdminServer to start and reach a state of 'RUNNING' will be longer - perhaps two or three minutes. The state of the server can be monitored by reviewing the stdout txt file.
Notes:
An alternative to the boot.properties approach to specifying the Admin Server weblogic username / password is to add the following environment variables to your wrapper cmd script - installAdmServer_Service.cmd
set WLS_USER=weblogic
set WLS_PW=manager11g
The beasvc utility encrypts the login credentials and stores them in the Windows registry.
This is one of two possible methods for avoiding the username/password prompt when a server instance starts. The disadvantage to this method is that changing the username or password for the server instance requires you to delete the Windows service and set up a new one with the new username and password. Instead of this method, you can use a boot identity file. With a boot identity file, you can change the login credentials without needing to modify the Windows service.
Create a MS Windows Service for a Managed Server e.g WLS_FORMS
Important to Note:
1. The ADMIN_URL value should reference the AdminServer hostname and listen port.
2. The SERVER_NAME value is case sensitive. For example, if you are creating a MS Windows service for a different managed server such as 'wls_ods1' then the value needs to match the case of the server name otherwise the startup of the server via the MS Windows service will fail.
3. Be careful that there are no trailing spaces after each line in the command file - trailing spaces will cause the managed server to fail at startup. For example a trailing space in the ADMIN_URL value will result in the error
<Error> <EmbeddedLDAP> <BEA-171524> <Cannot determine the Listen address for the Admin server
3. Now run "installAdmServer_Service.cmd". The Service should be installed, it will have a name like ""beasvc %DOMAIN_NAME%_%SERVER_NAME%" e.g
beasvc ClassicDomain_AdmServer
The Service "Startup Type" will be 'Automatic'. Just like any other MS Windows Service you can change the 'Startup Type' to 'Manual'.
Start the Service. The Service will come back fairly quickly to say it is started. The actual time taken for the managed server to start and reach a state of 'RUNNING' will be longer - perhaps two or three minutes. The state of the server can be monitored by reviewing the stdout txt file.
Hope this helps!

Where is Support for Windows Update issues for Windows Server?
Where is Support for Windows Update Issues for Windows Server?
Windows Update keeps prompting to install an important update, KB2871690 and continually fails with error code 0x800f922
I ran all the fixes I can find, it still fails.
I also tried the manual install, fails.
Microsoft used to provide no charge support for Windows Update issues. They additionally offer online fixes for other versions of windows, but not server, and I can't find a forum.
I also cannot ignore the update, it continually prompts.
I ran the windowsupdate.diagcab and it continually states it fixes Windows Update error 0x80070057, by resetting windows update data store. It further states it fixes Problems installing recent updates.
But it doesn't. I've run it 50 times, and it says the same thing every time.
So there is no support for windows update, and no support for windowsupdate.diagcab.
What's the deal?I've done the SFC/ SCANNOW and DISM
here is the cbs.log
