Weird behavior on the colors

Question

Hi,
my sql script is to show order performance using the image. When I ran it from sqlplus, it return <img src="#WORKSPACE_IMAGES#yellow.gif" > from the result. But when I ran it from apex, it displays color red "red.gif". what's wrong?
Here is my script:
