What are to conditions to move to Lightroom CC even if I already bought the upgrade for LR6?
Hello all,
I upgraded my LR5 to LR6 but looking at the mobile functions think about moving to Lightroom CC. Is this possible without paying the full monthly price? can I get refunded from my upgrade?

you have the purchased (not subscription) version of lr 6 (as an upgrade to lr5).
if all that is correct, then when you start your lr 6 installation you will be prompted for the lr 6 serial number. if lr 5 is not installed you will then be prompted for your lr 5 serial number.
if you enter the correct number at the correct time, installation should proceed. -

Your initial post indicated that you had a CC subscription. That seems to imply that you have subscribed. If you hadn't already purchased Lightroom 6 I would suggest that you wait until you decide about CC. You really don't need both because the Lightroom program is precisely the same except for Lightroom 6 without the creative cloud has no Lightroom mobile capabilities. But I was only trying to help. -

It's a bug that needs fixing.Many thanks but that did not help. I have numerous movies in my ITunes account. I have downloaded a previously purchased film from my Icloud account onto my phone. Obviously, this takes up about 3gb of memory. I therefore, need to push this film back into the cloud thereby removing it from my device. The advice from the link you provided is to swipe the film and you will get a delete marker. You don't. When I go on videos and then films all I get is a list of films I have previously purchased on my ITunes account. I have swiped them every which way it is possible to swipe something but I still don't get a delete or remove button.

Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.
