What dictionary to see how long a job has run??

Hi, all.
I would like to check how long a job has run.
dba_scheduler_job_run_details.LOG_DATE - dba_scheduler_job_run_details.ACTUAL_DATE
= the time a job has run.
Is this right?
Thanks and Regards.

Dear Chandra.
Thanks for your reply.
Have a good night.
Best Regards.

  • New update of podcast app, there is no way to see how long your podcast has been on go?

    When listening to a podcast and you want to see how long you have left, there is now no longer an option to see this?
    Your also unable to drag/skip to a part of the podcast easily

    @Christine – try the following ExtendScript (JavaScript):
    if(app.selection.length === 0
        || !app.selection[0].constructor.name === "Cell"
        || !app.selection[0].constructor.name === "Table"){
        exit(0);
    var sel = app.selection[0];
    if(sel.constructor.name === "Cell"){
        var tableRowLength = sel.parent.rows.everyItem().getElements().length;
    if(sel.constructor.name === "Table"){
        alert("All "+sel.rows.everyItem().getElements().length+" rows selected in current table." );
        exit(0);
    var numberOfRowsSelected = sel.rows.length;
    var indexOfSelectedRows = sel.rows.everyItem().index;
    var startRowSel = indexOfSelectedRows[0]+1;
    var endRowSel = indexOfSelectedRows.length+indexOfSelectedRows[0];
    alert(numberOfRowsSelected +" row(s) selected.\r"+startRowSel+" to "+endRowSel+" out of "+tableRowLength+" of current table.");
    You need not select whole rows, just one or a couple of cells.
    Then run the script.
    An alert message is telling you how many rows belong to the cell range you have selected and:
    which rows of the table are selected…
    A typical message would be:
    6 row(s) selected.
    3 to 8 out of 20 of current table.
    The script does some basic checks of the selection.
    If no cell or table is selected, it will just do nothing…

  • How to determine how long dbms_job jobs take to execute?

    I have a number of dbms_Jobs (snapshot refresh jobs created automatically by creating the refresh groups) and I'm required to determine how long the jobs are running to verify some timelines. I was hoping it would be as easy as recording the last_date and next_date frequently and when there are changes, use the delta to determine (since the jobs are supposed to be scheduled from the completion of the previous job) but this doesn't appear to be working. I created a simple job that just sleeps for 15 seconds with an interval of 5 minutes, and (next_date - last_date) is always 5 minutes. What I would have expected was
    Job starts at 00:00:00 (last_date)
    Runs for 15 seconds, ends at 00:00:15
    Scheduled out 5 minutes: 00:05:15 (next_date)
    In that example next_date - last_date would be 5:15, and knowing the interval was 5 minutes I could determine it ran for 15 seconds.
    In practice though the current next_date becomes the next last_date (as if the interval is being calculated when the job starts, not completes), so it always shows 5 minutes which is just the interval.
    Short of not using the default jobs, and just submitting my own to do the refresh where I add some logic to record the duration, is there a good way to get this information? I'm using 10.2.0.4.
    Thanks

    Did you check out the TOTAL_TIME column of the DBA_JOBS view?

  • How can I tell how long a request has been sitting on an execute queue?

    Is it possible to determine (in WL 8.1 and/or 10.3) how long an HTTP request has been sitting on the execute queue before being assigned to a servlet?
    Under heavy load, I'm finding that the caller times out by the time the servlet tries to write the response because the request has been waiting on the execute queue for too long. To prevent doing all the work to process the request, I want to be able to see how long the request has been waiting to determine whether it's worth processing the request.
    Currently I use the getExecuteThreadTotalCount() method in ExecuteQueueRuntimeMBean and assume that if the count is high, the request has probably been waiting for a while, but getting the actual time on the queue would be much better.
    Thanks.

    Further investigation and a bunch of speed tests later, I'm even more puzzled. Between 7 pm and 9pm this evening, download speed has been consistently at 112kb, except for the 1 in 10 occasions where it hits 1.5mb, for 30 or 40 seconds, before dropping back to 112kb.
    Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?
    thanks in advance

  • Can I see how long the longest entry has been in the sticky table ?

    Hi,
    I have a customer who has a possible issue with the sticky inactivity timeout on the CSS. At the moment we are using no timeout, just relying on the CSS to purge the entries.
    However, is it possible to see how long the longest entry has been in the sticky table. I can see the 'elapsed time' with the 'show sticky' command but this only shows 100 entries per time and not in time order ?
    Thanks in advance for any help

    Michael,
    You can use the command "show sticky-table" with L3 or L4 options, depending on what you have configured, then add ip addressing to the command, to focus down to where the oldest sticky entries are likely to be, but theres no other way. If your problem is having too many entries, configure a sticky timeout, as the default of 0 will keep then forever, or until overwritten due to the table being full. If the problem is sticky entries timing out too early, you can use the timeout parameter to increase their life, but the sticky table is limited to 32k entries.

  • Can I see how long an "away" buddy has been idle also?

    Hi,
    Is there a way for me to see how long an "away" buddy has been idle? It's long been a feature of regular AIM but I can't figure out if it's even available in iChat. A buddy may be idle for several hours when away, and it would be convenient to be able to see both idle and away status simultaneously. Please let me know. Thanks.

    I can tell that wasn't helpful so here it is... Using iChat if the person simply leaves their computer (doesn't post an away message) you can then see how long they've been idle. Otherwise if they post the default Away or their own custom away message it does not additionally show their time away or idle time. I know!!! it should though (unless their is an add-on application out there, which I haven't seen one that can make this happen)... iChat doesn't show this information in this case. Sorry.

    Don't know how long it would take to import that many photos but if you stopped import and ejected the card ther is something else wrong here.
    I would Force Quit iPhoto. Then Restart your mac. Then restart iphoto to see if any or all of your photos were imported. If they ae you're good to go. If they were not imported I would try importing fewer photos at a time and see what happens.

    Is there a way to find out how long my child has been playing with my ipad???  He has been getting up before me in the morning and in the evening he is super tired and I'm wondering how early he has been getting up????

    No way to see exactly how long the iPad has been used but you may want to consider using parental controls.

  • How can i run a executable right after a rman job has run?

    How can i run a executable right after a rman job has run?
    I have a rman job that execute every night. The backup is local.
    I want to have a duplicate of the backup on another machine.
    I want the executable to sync the directory to execute right after the rman backup.
    How can i do this using the job scheduler?
    Normaly, i would configure rman to run the backup on both location. But im having trouble with rman regarding this:ORA-600 [2103] on RMAN Backup to NFS mounted file system

    Hi,
    If the rman job is in fact a Scheduler jobs (appears in the dba_scheduler_jobs view) then you can create a second event-based job that runs after the rman job (and set the raise_events attribute for the rman job).
    Instructions are here
    Create Event based job
    Hope this helps,
    Ravi.

  • Report: How long the user has not logged into SSHR

    Hi experts,
    I am looking for a report, which showing me, how long the user has not been logged into SSHR?. Because some poeple dosn't work any more in the company, and the list should enable use to deactivate their accounts.
    Thanks in advance
    Mehdi

    The AOL signon capabilities are good and you'll find useful stuff in those links.
    If you're after something quick in SQL try this:
    SELECT last_logon_date, user_name
    FROM fnd_user
    WHERE trunc(last_logon_date) < trunc(sysdate) - 90;
    That will get you everyone who hasn't logged in for 90 days.

  • How long query took to run

    i ran some queries last week and want to know how long they took to run? Do you how to find out?
    Thank you

    Try out transaction code St03....
    before that make sure you check following option.
    RSA1> Tools > BW statistics option for infoprovider (select ODS or cube over which u r running query)
    - as according to some experts
    You enter ST03, select Expert Mode, then click on BW System Load in left frame.
    This should open another fram on the bottom left with a category called Analysis views. Under taht should be an entry for Query Run Times. You can double click on that or drill down to type of query - BEX, WEB, API, or ODBO.
    The results are at an InfoProvider level, then double click on the InfoProvider and you should get query level totals. You can NOT get the timings for a specific navigation from ST03 ( or ST03N - they're the same thing as long as you are on a recent enough version ).
    To get the timings of a single navigation - Use the info from RSDDSTAT (think they have new names in 2004s) or if you are loading the Tech COntent cubes you can query those.
    Another option is to run the query thru RSRT in Execute & Debug mode, selecting the Display Statistics Data option. After the query results are return, click on the green Back arrow and you'll get the query stats. The total OLAP time however includes any human think time if you need to fill in variables for the query. But you also get the DB, OLAP Processing, Front End times etc, which are good for comparison.
    ***pls assign the points, if info is useful*

  • How do I use Firebug with a website I created? I want to see how long each thing takes to load on the page. The server is very slow.

    I have created a website/blog with Wordpress. It appears to be on a slow server because it can't be opened or takes forever to open. A representative from Wordpress told me to download Firebug to find out how long each thing takes to load on the page. I downloaded Firebug but I can't figure out how to use it. Please advise.

    OK. You've kind of skipped over the reason why you want to go back five hours, but my assumption would be that you've made changes to a Pages file that you want to revert.
    There are two ways to tackle this. From Pages itself, open the current version of your document, and from the File menu, click Revert To, and Browse All Versions. You'll then be in the Time Machine interface for that file, and can browse back to the version you want.
    Or, outside of Pages, you can select the file (or the folder it was originally in, if you've since deleted it) and enter Time Machine from the TM menu (it sounds like you've already tried this?)

  • Timing how long a frame has been active

    I am trying to time how long a frame as been the active
    frame. Once the frame is displayed, if the user doesnt press a
    button to move to another frame after 6 seconds, the movie should
    jump back to the previous frame it was at. I think the setInterval
    function would be correct to use here to time the 6 seconds, but im
    not sure how to clear the interval after. Here is my logic, (i know
    this isnt correctly coded..)
    If a button was pressed before the 6 seconds has elapsed,
    then it would not jump to frame5, i think.. but im not really sure
    if this will work for what i am tryin to do, and if there is a
    simpler way. thanks for any advice

    onEnterFrame does NOT execute once when the frame is entered
    (despite its name). it executes repeatedly (ie, it starts a loop)
    starting when the frame that contains its code is entered and
    continues until the timeline to which it's attached no longer
    exists or a delete onEnterFrame is executed.
    in addition, you should always precede your setInterval()
    statement with a clearInterval(). especially, when your setInterval
    is attached to a frame. it's almost guaranteed that you'll have a
    mess on your hands if you use the code given by madmac, unless you
    add that clearInterval().
