What is PROMPT(MESSAGE,[label]) significance in SAP BPC data manager

Hi All,
Do you know the significance of PROMPT(MESSAGE,[label]) of data manager dynamic script editor?
I want to generate a message using this prompt which should be dynamically able to resolve the category in the message itself.
For E.g. In Category dimension for property ID and member FC_CUR i need to check the property PRIOR_Forecast and retreive its member, say FC_SEP. This should be used in my message something like as depicted below:
PROMPT(MESSAGE,"This package will archive the data for prior month %PRIOR_FCST%")
but this command is returning
"This package will archive the data for prior month %PRIOR_FCST%" wheras, the actual desired output is
"This package will archive the data for prior month FC_SEP"
Could you please help me with this or any other TASK/PROMPT/INFO that i can use to achieve this?

Hi Siva,
The desired output message is to substitute the prior forecast dynamically.
In LGF file the code to fetch the prior forecast month is as shown below:
*SELECT (%PRIOR_FCST%,"[FC_CAT]","CATEGORY","[ID]='FC_CUR'")
I want to fetch this in dynamic script editor or make some variable that can be embedded within the message.
PROMPT(MESSAGE,"This package would archive the data for prior month %PRIOR_FCST%").
Could you please suggest any work around?
