What is the transparent table to get status date of a QN number ?

Hi all,
I have a requirement to get the date based on status of a QN number. For example, a QN number might have status as APNO ( No approval) then I approve with ok then It becomes APOK, or I can I approve it with refused then It becomes APRF. And when all the tasks are completed It becomes ATCO.
Now I want to get APNO date, APOK date, APRF date and ATCO date for the QN number. What is the transparent table I can get the inofrmation ?
Thanks in Advance,
Hung

- Current statuses are stored in JEST (OBJNR = QMEL-OBJNR) change log are in JCDS, status user profile in JSTO. Records are created in JEST first time status is set, when setting/unsetting a status a record is appended to JCDS.
- Don't forget to convert the status in internal status, and distinction between system (internal Innnn, conversion via TJ02T) and user (external Ennnn, conversion via TJ30T) statuses. Take a look at FM STATUS_TEXT_EDIT or STATUS_NUMBER_CONVERSION and STATUS_TEXT_CONVERSION.

Raymond

  • What is the Transparent Table for PO Delivery Date field

    Hii All,
    Does anyone know the Transparent table where the delivery date is stored for the PO line item. It's not in EKPO. Where is it?
    Thanks in advance

    Unfortunatly there is no diagram anywhere for the table relation.
    I usually help myself by F4 search in SE11
    You know e.g. table EKKO. So enter just EK* and press F4 to see all other tables starting this way.
    But in most cases when I search for tables that belong somehow together I use DB15 transaction.
    This gives me all tables that belong to the same archiving object.
    You can start there by entering a table name and search for the archving object.
    then you do it reverse and you get all tables for this object.
    (Unfortunatly SAP does not have archiving objects for any table)

  • What is the best way to get/change data in R/3 from external interface?

    Hi SAP gurus,
    I have a problem to know what is the best technology to access and maintenance all SAP functionality and data too in R/3 systems.
    Anyone know if connectors (.NET or JCO) are the only solution to manipulate all SAP system data or exist other way?
    One thing more, what is the best connector, with more functionality?
    E.g. The screen painter was made in C++ and is executed by user event in R/3 system, so would like to know if it's exist any way to do the same but replace the screen painter to another custom application?
    Regards

    Hello Vitor
    Not all functions and data are externally accessible. Only those business objects (e.g. like sales order, customer, material) for which BAPIs are available (transaction BAPI ) can be accessed via RFC.

  • What is the best way to get storage data for hard disk using REST api

    Hello All,
    Given that I have disk info for virtual machine/role from service management REST api (for example using
    GetRole) how I could retrieve container/blob related info for it?
    So I have credentials for service management REST API, I have OSVirtualHardDisk info, but I am not sure how to detect correctly to which storage account connect and than which container to use. Yes, I know that there is OSVirtualHardDisk .MediaLink property
    which contains storage account name and container inside of it but I am not sure it is good practice to assume about it format. Alternatively I have another solution - just retrieve all storage accounts from  Service management REST, then compare url
    of each account with disk's  MediaLink. And use appropriate storage account for further data retrieve.   But seem to me it could retrieve too many info.
    So generally I am trying to find correct way to join  service management REST api and Storage Services REST API for disks

    Hi,
    From my experience, your first approach is correct. The media link exactly points to the location of the blob. With the link, you can access the blob if you have the storage account key. If you want to extract more information, such as what
    the container is and what the blob is, you can parse the link.
      >> From my point of view it is bad way to retrieve storage account name and container.

  • What is the best way to captue current date and time?

    I got a field in table to capute current date and time...i am
    using SQL Server.
    field name datatype length
    enter_datetime datetime 8
    What is the best way to get current date and time and insert
    to table?.
    Is this way?.
    <cfset curtime = 'dateformat(#now()#,'mm/dd/yyyy')&"
    "&timeformat(#now()#,'hh:mm:ss')'>
    This way looks like time is not entered correctly.
    or any other better way?.

    > get current date and time and insert to table?
    You can use cfqueryparam
    <cfqueryparam value="#now()#"
    cfsqltype="cf_sql_timestamp">
    Or as was suggested, set the default for your table column to
    getdate(). Then you won't have to insert anything. Sql server will
    do it automatically when a new record is created.

  • What is the simplest  way to get a xml-file from 10g R2 -database ?

    Hi,
    I'm new in xml, there are so many tools to work with xml:
    what is the simplest way to get a xml-file from 10g R2 -database ?
    I have : 10g R2 and a xsd.file to describe the xml-structure
    thank you
    Norbert

    There is no automatic way to generate XML documents from an arbitary set of relational tables using the information contained in an XML Schema. Typically the easiest way to generate XML from relational data is to use the SQL/XML operators (XMLElement, XMLAGG, XMLAttribtues, XMLForest). There are many examples of using these operators in the forums You can validate the generated XML against the XML Schema by registering the XML Schema with XML DB and then using the XMLType.SchemaValidate() method

  • What is the source table for repository browser info?

    Hi guys,
    I need to create report for everyday's data refresh, mostly like what repository browser does. So what is the source table for repository browser info? I am in OWB 10gR2. Thanks a lot.

    I believe the runtime audit browser uses the views that start with "RAB" in the control center.
    But it would probably better if you used the Audit Execution views. More information can be found in the "API and Scripting Reference" document...
    http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B31080_01/doc/owb.102/b28225/api_2runviews.htm
    In order to get access to the Public views from SQL Plus using a schema other than the control center, I believe you need to grant the ACCESS_PUBLICVIEW_BROWSER sys privilege to each OWB user. Look at Note:434718.1 for more information.

  • What is the current  XI  job market status

    Xi Guys,
    I am an experienced Abap developer  with just rolled off my first successful XI project.
    For my next project I am really want to stay in XI arena and would not like to go back to Abap .
    I wish to ask you your opinion on - what is the XI current job market status in the US?
    I am hearing different things u2013 some are saying XI is not a good place to be, because there are not that many xi projects and there are too many xi consultants u2013 therefore if job is difficult to find, rate is low, slowdown etc.
    Others are saying exactly the opposite -xi market is very good and it is growing , so there are jobs...
    If first is true I would not like to waste time and effort. So your inputs as xi gurus will be interesting for me, before jumping to any conclusions.
    Of course more info like which exactly XI skills are in better demand and what are the trends now will be also interesting to hear.
    Let me know what you think and what is your experience.
    Appreciate your replies!
    Jon

    HI Jon,
    Your question is pretty interesting... Well WHO can tell the future...Only GOD...:-))
    Todays market is volatile. AS per current market situations we can just forecast about XI requirments, it may be right or may go wrong after few years.
    But one think I could assure you is if you have good knowledge then you can servive in any Market situations.
    Curently there are many XI consultants available but can you guess how many are of them XI experts...just few of them.
    If you see the previous developments in XI arena, then it will ndicate you that you should be updated with latest version of knowledge else you will stay out of the race.
    So before getting involve in XI, be sure that you are ready to  survive  in slag time of Market as well as enjoy it on on peak time.
    Tomorrow Market may get down or may be at boom for XI, but there will always be requirment for good XI knowledge
    Thanks
    swarup

  • What is the best way to get another object's method to update my GUI?

    package stuff;
    import java.awt.event.*;
    import javax.swing.*;
    import java.awt.*;
    public class Test extends JFrame{
      private static JButton ProcessButton = new JButton();
      private static JLabel jLabel2 = new JLabel();
      public static void main( String args []){
         Test f = new Test();
         f.setSize(500,500);
         Container c = f.getContentPane();
         ProcessButton.addActionListener( new ActionListener(){
                                     public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent e) {
                                        jLabel2.setText("Connecting to DB");
                                        //Connection connection = Tools.setUpConnectionToDB(url,userName,pwd);
         c.add(ProcessButton, BorderLayout.NORTH);
         jLabel2.setText("My Label");
         c.add(jLabel2, BorderLayout.SOUTH);
         f.setVisible(true);
    {\code]
    The method setUpConnectionToDB can take 1 - 10 mins to complete. By this time a user will prob have quit my app thinking
    it's crashed because it doesn't update the GUI with a progress status. :(
    What is the best way to get this method to update the GUI of the app which calls it?
    Something like  Connection connection = Tools.setUpConnectionToDB(url,userName,pwd, this);
    ie this being a reference to the GUI's JFrame is what I'm trying to use?

    A handy class to know about but not really what I'm after.
    I need the method call
    Tools.setUpConnectionToDB(url,userName,pwd);
    to be able to update a component ( The JLabel ) on the GUI
    Connection connection = Tools.setUpConnectionToDB(url,userName,pwd, this);
    [\code]
    method defn:public static Connection setUpConnectionToDB( String url, String user, String pwd, JFrame f ){
    //Why doesn't this code below modify the GUI on the calling App?
    f.jLabel2.setText("Setting UP DB Connection");
    f.repaint();
    Connection c = null;
    try{
    Class.forName("sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver");
    c = DriverManager.getConnection(url,user,pwd);
    catch(ClassNotFoundException e){
    JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(null , "Error loading DB driver");
    System.exit(0);
    catch(Exception e){
    JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(null , "Error connecting to DB, check config file");
    System.exit(0);
    return c;
    }[\code]

  • Is it possible to get the updated table records based on date & time.

    Is it possible to get the updated table records based on date & time in oracle.
    Thanks in advance.

    no, actually i am asking update records using 'UPDATE
    or DELETE' statement, but not insert statement.
    Is it possible?
    I think we can do using trigger on table, but problem
    is if i am having 20 tables means i have to write 20
    trigger. i don't want like this.Of course it's still possible, typically you'll find applications with a column LAST_UPDATE, probably a LAST_UPDATED_BY and so on column. You don't say what your business need is, if you just want a one of query of updates to particular records and have a recent version of Oracle, then flashback query may well help, if you want to record update timestamps you either have to modify the table, or write some code to store your updates in an audit table somewhere.
