That my friend, is a gen-u-wine NullPointerException. What it means, is that you're trying to use an object(reference) that points to null.
Observe:Object o = null;
o.toString(); // Voila, a nullpointerexception for your convenience.

as for as i have gone through the issue I have come to know that:
If you want to use multiple account assignment for a line item in PO then at that moment you will have to first press the "repeat on " button. only after that multiple account button will be active that is just before your "repeat on " button.
Steps:
1:Save your PO.
2:Go to transaction code ME22N to change the PO.
(Here you will firstly see that the multiple a/c assignment button is firsty gray.It will become active only after when you press the "repeat on" button).

Hello,
If you found that in your Airport Express log, then seems that can be caused (at least one option is:) streaming iTunes music through the AE.
Solution: Deactivate DHCP on the Express via the Aiport Management Utility, and fix it's IP and DNS settings to something coherent with your network. Save the settings to the Express, it reboots and your are done.
(If you continue monitoring the logs, the "Deauthenticated..." message above keeps on happening, but the Express now recovers fast enough so that iTunes never notices)
So just avoid DHCP if that is your scenario and all will come back normality.
Please let me know if all is OK after this.

Dear Arun,
The transfer rules transform and clean up the data from the PSA into ODS. Please check if you have correct data in PSA and transfer/update rules are correct.
Note:
It is also possible to schedule the activation of ODS object data and the update from the ODS object into the related InfoCubes or ODS objects.
The individual steps, including the ODS object processing, are logged in the Monitor. Logs detailing the activation of the new records from the existing request in the ODS object, are also stored in the Monitor.

I solved my RMAN backup slowness problem. But I noticed that during the backup process, it generated an error file in udump as

I think I need more investigation about this. I found two papers last night:

with a previous online paper mentioning to alter the maxservers of aio0. Although this is an alternative, I tried to increase the value to 300 (500 at this moment) and it does not seem to work. On other hand, with change of the disk_asynch_io, it will hinder the exp/imp pump. So I really don´t know what to say.
Apparently the disk_asynch_io needs to be FALSE in order to speed up the backup. just verified again, even with my maxserver=500 did not help.

What is the source of this Crawl Error `The item could not be indexed successfully because the item failed in the indexing subsystem`

Once in a while my full-crawl fails and stops working properly. The crawllogs show this error for all items crawled.

The full crawls starts out ok, after a while (1.5 hours into the process, 50% of all the data) suddenly no more items can be added to the index.
The index seems to be stuck. The index files on disk are no longer updated (Located in D:\Microsoft
Office Servers\15.0\Data\Office Server\Applications\Search\Nodes\BAADC4\IndexComponent3\storage\data\SP4d91e6081ac3.3.I.0.0\ms\%default) The Index and Admin component start to report these error in the ULS logs:

Looks to me the index has troubles updating/merging 'generations'. But the exact working of the indexer is not documented (as far is I know). Let alone how to fix this.
Other (maybe related) observations
Just before the errors start the NodeRunnerIndex starts a 'checkpoint': Journal[SP4d91e6081ac3]:
Starting checkpoint because forceCheckpoint is true.which ends a few moments later with Journal[SP4d91e6081ac3]:
All journal users have completed checkpoint Checkpoint[7560-7569].
Also just before the errors start to appear a TimerJob starts: Name=Timer
Job job-application-server-admin-service. This timerjobs does some strange things to the search topology: Synchronizing
Search Topology for application 'Search Service Application' with active topology [...] and Activating
components. Previous topology: --- New Topology: TopologyId: [...] followed by Starting
to execute Index RedistributeData method.
And right after these two evente the errors start to occur. (each row is a ULS log enrty)

The Question What is causing this? And how to prevent it? It happend twice in two weeks
nows. Out of the blue, no config change has been made, all disks have enough space.
Known Fix This resolves the problem, but doesn's address the root-cause of the problem!
Stop all crawls.
Wait a few minutes to let the crawl come to a complete stop.
Reset the index (clearing all!)
Start a full-crawl. In the meantime no search is available to the end user (boohoo!)

I have the same problem with this error. I use counter HP 53131A to continuous count frequency to the laptop. I use USB/GPIB Interface 82357A from Agilent. Driver is OK, in Visa Assistant i could count frequency without problem. But when I try your simply example code for GPIB (in attachment), Labwindows show me this error I have Labwindows 8.0, NI-VISA 4.0, NI-VISA 4.0 Runtime and NI488.222 installed.
Please help me, I don't know, what can I do, I don't want to be kicked from the school Thank you, Martin.

Well... I have a problem making this call,
OraParametersPtr piParameters = m_piDatabase->Parameters;
piParameters->Add(lpszName, *pvarValue, nDirection, nType, _T(""));
When calling Add method, an exception is thrown using a comerror instance. The
m_hresult member is 0x800403b8. I tried to search for an explanation of that
code but without success.
The actual call is,
piParameters->Add(OLE2T(sName), &varValue, nDirection, nType);
where sName is the name of parameter (as BSTR), varValue is the value (as
VARIANT), nDirection is 0 (paramMode value) and nType is 0 too (serverType
Value)
The IDL for the Add method is (present in OIP9.TLB):

[in] VARIANT initval,
[in] int IOtype,
[in, optional] short varType,
[in, optional] BSTR objectname);
As you see, varType and objectname parameters are optional, notwithstanding, if
I don't use them when calling Add method, compiler sends an error. Since those
parameters aren't VARIANT, I cannot call the method using &vtMissing, so I pass
varType explicitly as a determined value, and objectname as _T("").
So, the questions are:
- Can you know what means 0x800403b8 error?
- If the error is produced by the calling of parameters, how can I call that
method without passing the optional parameters?
This object (OraParametersPtr) is part of the Oracle Objects for OLE, and the
error isn't an Oracle error, since an exception occur. If it were an Oracle
error, an HRESULT code will be returned by the Add method.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I suspect it is a bug. Make sure you are on the latest patch release. I think the latest 9.2 patch is 9.2.0.4.8.

Diagonal is a great idea. How about a slight pan for that extra dynamic effect.
(I also think it is important to keep a long delay on the first frame to increase the surprise and make it less distracting. )

What is the reason for this OHS error?

I installed Weblogic 10.3.5 R1, with Oracle Forms and Reports 11g on 2 computers, with the same installation configuration.
One of them is working and the other one doesn't want to start the OHS from EM, although the opmnctl says that the OHS is alive.

Log says something about IPv6, does your /etc/hosts file have a line for it and you are using IPv6?
If you have the line and not use IPv6, try to comment out that line and retry.
