What's with "Invalid Embed directive in stylesheet - can't resolve source" compile errors

Quite often I notice that I get lots compile errors like "Invalid Embed directive in stylesheet - can't resolve source 'Embed("assets/icons/cancelOnWhite_12x12.png")'. line 165 application.css"
ONLY when there are other compile errors. As soon as I fix these other errors, all "Invalid Embed directive" errors disappear.
Obviously these errors should never show in the first place, and I wonder if this is a known problem with an existing bug report?

No. Will keep you posted if I get anything.
I also want to clarify one thing: Design view reports embed errors as well. If you are seeing an error from design view, you should be able to see the "problem" go away and come back when you hit refresh in Design view.
Can you confirm if this is that? If that is so, we've taken care of it in the upcoming release.

Currently, I am developing a powershell script for Flex build automation.
I found some problem and have been trying to search any references and tried any ways to fix it but It did not work.
I am using compc.exe for compiling the libraries and it works fine.
I compiled css files into swf files using mxmlc.exe and it works fine.
However, I have a problem while building my main application (mxml file).
It complains about embedded resources.
I run this command, it works fine:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Flex Builder 3\sdks\3.2.0\bin\mxmlc.exe" "C:\{somePath}\FlashClient\src\styleLang.css" -output "C:\{somePath}\FlashClient_deploy\styleLang.swf"
However, when I tried to run these command on cmd for testing:

Already tried to add / at the beginning of the relative paths but It did not work.
Also tried to compile one of the image to a swc file and include it on the dump_config, but also did not work. something similar with Tech Diary: Flex : Solution to Error: unable to resolve '/assets/icons/icon.png' for transcoding using Embed tag
Does anyone know how flex builder resolve the relative path to make the embedded resources work? or how to fix this?
I've been trying to work on it for days but haven't had any luck.
Will be really appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

make sure you are using 32 bit Java JDK. Check that your systems variables CLASSPATH, JAVA_HOME are pointing to correct 32 bit Java JDK folder (e.g. CLASSPATH=C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.8.0_25 and JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.8.0_25). Also make sure you have 32 bit Java JDK's "bin" folder in your system's variable PATH.

I have this error randomly appearing in a certain project:
Invalid Embed directive in stylesheet - can't resolve source 'Embed(source = "net/brandonmeyer/assets/images/clear.png")'. bookingSystem/src styleold.css line 437 1254405884097 23832
after a while I goes away. (restarting flex etc, clean)
what could be causing the problem. The location is fine, a reliable external drive.

After applying -keep to the compiler the error at the very bottom of the error pile reads:
The static attribute may be used only on definitions inside a class. [Generated code (use -keep to save): Path: X:\ColdFusion8\wwwroot\CFIDE\FLEX\bookingsystem\src\generated\components\TradeList-genera ted.as, Line: 2061, Column: 13] ...etc
the only thing is is that I have no static things in my component "TradeList" and the file \TradeList-generated.as does not exist in my server.

Unfortunately, iCloud does not offer equivalents to Mobile Me’s iDisk, Gallery or Web Hosting services. You will need to find a third party solution to replace these services. You might consider DropBox, SugarSync, MediaFire or any other service that offers online storage. (not all these alternatives offer all the services previously provided by iDisk)

It seems this is just Rogers sending this to any client that as not installed the anti virus software they offer.
That virus is Windows only, so it can't be running on your Mac.
But could be on Windows if you are using boot camp.
If this is not your case, just ignore the message from Rogers.

Have problems staying connected since I downloaded latest version... also don't like the history drop down menu now. I use yahoo because its what came with my DSL from Verizon. Can I go back to the other version of Firefox or can this be fixed?

I can run about an hour and then it hangs up. Doesn't seem to depend on what website or program I am running. I walk away to change the laundry and come back and its hung. In the middle of a game on facebook, it hangs. Didn't have this problem with the version I used before. I have always liked Firefox and have used for a number of years. Don't want to change if it can be fixed.

With iOS 7 you slide the Video / Photo / Square options up/down so that the one that you want lines up with the yellow dot to their left - is that how you are trying to select Video ?

All of a sudden my Embed directives have stopped working

All of a sudden my Embed directives have stopped working which is really strange. I havn't moved any of my files.
Invalid Embed directive in stylesheet - can't resolve source 'Embed("/assets/img/closeButton.png")'.

My cube failed with invalid charactersticts....data flow is source sytem to ODS and then cube.
loading in to ODS and activation is also successful . I would like to know the reason why ODS loading & activation is not failed with above said message and why cube is failed...

BW accepts just capital letters and certain characters. The permitted characters list can be seen via transaction RSKC.
There are several ways to solve this problem:
1)     Removing erroneous character from R/3 (for example required vendor number that need to be changed can be found from PSA from line shown in error message)
2)     Changing or removing character in update rules (need to done by ABAP)
3)     Putting character to BW permitted characters, if character is really needed in BW
4)     If the bad character only happens once then it can be directly change/removed by editing the PSA
5)     Put ALL_CAPITAL in permitted characters. Needs to be tested first!
Editing and updating from PSA, first ensure that the load has been loaded in PSA, then delete the request from the data target, edit PSA by double clicking the field you wish to change and save. Do not mark the line and press change this will result in incorrect data. After you have corrected the PSA, right click on the not yet loaded PSA and choose u201Cstart immediately.u201D

Was it purchased from an official Apple Store, not a reseller? Only Apple Stores sell official factory unlocked phones. The others sell hacked to unlock phones, and the unlocking is unstable.
Try these steps, as needed:
1. Reset phone - press both home and on/off buttons for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
3. Replace SIM card (and reset network settings again)
4. Restore Phone in iTunes using a backup
5. Restore in iTunes as new, without using a backup

i only have apple keyboard, mighty mouse, and 20 inch cinema display connected. this morning took out memory and tried to boot up with individual pairs in the first bank. first the (2)256, the (2) 1g, and then the other (2) 1g modules. everytime I get the weird fuzzy wheel under the logo after a while, black screen flashes, then grey apple logo fuzzy screen then black forever.
I ran tiger updates this morn. still will only boot to safe mode. then tried to run leopard disk to install it
will not boot from leopard disk.
tried safe boot, then doulble click install leopard, restart, then the saga repeats with the pixely red square around the wheel.
these are fresh drives with only what came on instll disk loaded.

Oracleasm lib failed to load with "Invalid module format" error

I'm tring to install the oracleasm lib onto our hardened Redhat EL5 server
I've download the oracleasm rpm from this page http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/linux/asmlib/rhel5.html.
We're using Redhat 5 U 2

The package I downloaded is an exact match with our kernel version

RPM installation went well, but when we run the /etc/init.d/oracleasm configure command, we hit the following error

Later we found out that the oracleasm module haven't been loaded, so we try to load it manually, but we hit the "Invalid module format" error.
[root@PG673 modules]# modprobe -l | grep asm
/lib/modules/2.6.18-92.el5/kernel/drivers/addon/oracleasm/oracleasm.ko
[root@PG673 modules]# modprobe oracleasm
FATAL: Error inserting oracleasm (/lib/modules/2.6.18-92.el5/kernel/drivers/addon/oracleasm/oracleasm.ko): Invalid module format
[root@PG673 modules]#
As I know this error could happen if the driver version is not match with the system kernel version.
The problem is we're already using an exact match version of driver with our system, I can't think of what to do next in order to proceed the installation.
Really appreciate if someone could point me a direction.

I am using RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ Function module for reading data from a multiprovider.
Logic of the code is as following
while <more data>
CALL RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ reading data in E_T_DATA
Append lines of E_T_DATA to EO_T_DATA.
If total lines of data in EO_T_DATA > 200000
<save EO_T_DATA in a file using GUI_DOWNLOAD>
<clear EO_T_DATA>
EndIF
EndWhile.
As soon as number of record exceed 200000 first file is saved, but after that next data call results in error.
Error says "Database selection with invalid cursor".
I suspect that this because of call to FM GUI_DOWNLOAD. While calling this FM after RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ causes system to commit and again the cursor is tried to open in next call casuing it to fail.
But it is imperative for me to save data in file at regular intervals as data volume is huge.
Any pointers in this direction will be helpful.
