What the heck! Please help!
Sometimes when I put videos on my iPod, it will randomly decide to place the videos in my list of music and when I go to play them, It just plays the sound (even if the videos were previously working fine).
Today, I added some videos to my iPod and they were in the Movies section before I disconnected my iPod. I disconnected it (correctly) and went to go watch the movies. When I opened up the movie list, all my songs were in there (along with the 5 actual videos) and they all just played the song!
Then in Settings > About, It said I have 2004 songs and 2004 videos (but no extra space was taken up).

And how when I went back into iTunes to re-add the videos, it is now having to re-determine the Gapless playback for all my songs!!!

You did not ruin the phone, you will need a sim card to activate the phone and then connect the phone to itunes and do a restore from back up.

Are you aware that if you restore your ipad that you will lose all data from your ipad and very difficult to get it back unless you had previously made a back-up of your data on itunes or in the cloud. and that would be on the computer you set those up on. (There are some independent apps out there that might help restore data but I don't have any experience with them...)
Also, I think if you restore on another computer you're supposed to have administrator rights and have the latest itunes update. And I think if you sync (if restoring is considered syncing with another computer, you'll be locked out of your computer or a new one.)
I don't know if there is a way for you to safely eject your ipad from your mom's laptop and find another way, but please read this

And then tell the story of your problem that you originally included and your follow-up efforts to restore given a suggestion on previous post (though I think you SHOULD AVOID RSTORE if you can.) I've just updated my Itunes to the newest update (iso7 I think) and now my itunes won't even open. It just jumps 2-3 times on my dock then doesn't open. I have no idea what to do , please help!
Open Finder. Go to the "Go" menu in the menu bar. Press and hold Control and click on Library. Go to "Preferences". Find a file named, "com.apple.iTunes.plist" and delete that file. This won't delete your iTunes content. It will reset iTunes. Try it again.

when i did all that shows up in disk utility now is something called expansion and all my opitions are greyed out in the partation tab, it doesnt mount and idk what to do please help.

8gbs memI would try it on a PC and see if you can format it, then put it back on the Mac and try again. If it's not seen on a PC, then there's the strong likelihood that there's a hardware issue; either the bridge/chip set or the HD itself is dying/dead. There's also the small possibility that the cable is faulty, so I'd try a different cable too.

I am getting this exact same message on my phone! That it is linked to apple ID 1****@qq.com - this has got to be a bug right? My phone was linked to my apple ID but then I restored it and now it is saying it is linked to be above. It is a little be too weird that @wqy8972222 is also getting that same message?

If you are unable to get the iPod into Disk Mode to try and restore it, it's a very good indication, as mentioned in the article, that the iPod's hard drive is damaged and in need of replacement either by Apple or a third party repair company.

Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

My Ipad 2 does not turn on when not plugged to electricity. Even when plugged to electricity, it constantly restarts/switches itself off. what is the problem, please help??
i plugged it and pressed the home button for a few seconds. the connect to itunes screen appeared and the moment i disconnect the cable from the electric plug, it switches off. when i connect the cable to the PC, nothing happens, its as if nothing has been done.

<Edited by Host>Assuming that you mean iCloud (I don't know what you mean 'issuance of the two is the seventh kind'), then when are you being asked for it and is it your iCloud account's password that you are being asked for or did you buy the phone second-hand ? To make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone. If it still does not work, this is a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider:
