Empty the Safari cache by pressing Command + Option + E on your keyboard.
Quit and relaunch Safari.
See if that made a difference.
If not, from the Safari menu bar click History > Clear History
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

Unfortunately this all seems a little rough around the edges -- for example, I have found updates for AppStore apps on the support.apple.com updates download site, but then when I install them via ARD they don't actually update the software. (The AppStore icons still show as needing the updates, and the version info reports the old version.) The documentation is also vague about which AppleID to use in which circumstance. I think they just haven't finished thinking through the implications of the various procedures and policies upon the various kinds of customers. When we deployed Mountain Lion on the school lab, we made an install usb and went around and installed it on each computer -- and it appears that you are on the honor system as far as paying for all of the licenses that you install. We did! But they appear to have no way to enforce it.
So far, I have only deployed 9 Lion macs in my day job, and our "solution" to the AppStore showing updates problem has been to drag the AppStore icon off of the users' docks so they don't see them! -
I have the IPhone 4s and it is up-to-date with all upgrades. Just recently I changed my YAHOO! password however each time I go into settings to update the password I keep getting "YAHOO! Server Unavailable Please try again later." I have lost my YAHOO! email connection, all calendar entries and saved notes.
A lot of people have been unable to access Yahoo e-mail on their iPhones or iPads. My wife’s iPad was not downloading Yahoo mail, although her iPhone was. Both used IOS 8.2. We tried deleting the account several times and troubleshooting all of the other settings. The problem appears to have been that allowing the IOS to automatically create the account on the iPad resulted in the wrong settings for the incoming server. The following procedure, pieced together from two websites, fixed the problem for us. So far, so good.

On the iPhone, tap Settings.

What kind of Bluetooth device?
When you turn it off in Control Center, are you looking at the Settings page? If so, you need to close control center for it to reflect the change. When you turn Bluetooth off in Control Center and look on the Status Bar, what do you see? Do you see the gray Bluetooth icon? If you have Settings closed and turn Bluetooth off on the Control Center and then open the Settings app, do you still see Bluetooth enabled? -
i am trying to set up the ipod to my email account and it keeps saying it won't work, even though we have confirmed user name and password. Any advice?
Try deleting the account from the iPod and try reentring all the information again. A lot of times it is easier to reenter the information rather than trying to find and correct the error.
Try Googling for how to setup the email account for your provider on an iPhone. You can try for an iPod Touch but frequently that does not exist. -
I'm currently using Lightroom 5.3 and I'm constantly being told to update to 5.5. The download is over 900 Mb but only about a third of that downloads. I have plenty of space on my SSD. Each time I try to complete the installation I get the message 'A problem occurred while extracting the archive. Please try downloading the Photoshop Lightroom 5.5 Installer again.' What am I doing wrong?

How can I sync the contacts in my phone with those on my MacBook Pro? I already have an iCloud account, and everything else (calendars,music, etc.I is already synched) but the contacts won't.
Ok.
Open System Preferences, Apple Logo icon in the menu bar and then System Preferences or the Sys Pref iocon in the Dock and go to the Internet Accounts area and look at your iCloud account. It should list what is and isn't synced by a checkmark next to each item.
Also in the Contacts app click on Contacts in the menu bar and select Preferences then accounts and make sure your iCloud account is listed. You can also do that from the Internet Accounts area in System Preferences. -
Before updating my iphone 3G to iOS 5 all the photos i synced were lpaced in my photo gallery only. Know I have both Photo gallery and The folder I synced. Can somebody help me and tell me how can i have it the old way? if its applicable. Thank you

I searched a lot and maybe found a part of the reason for this high data traffic.
I'm synchronizing my contacts, calendar & reminder with iCloud & my mail with Hotmail.
When push is activated for Hotmail, that doesn't matter, but when push is activated for iCloud, the amount of data nearly explodes. So I turned iCloud to manual and let Hotmail on push.
Contacts, calendar & reminder are synchronizing when opened (I think this is enough).
Also I do a backup on iCloud and than I deactivate the function (I do not delete the last backup, I only deactivate the option for automatic backup).
It seems, that the backup functionality also generates traffic when not on WiFi - especially at night!!
The battery life has been getting better, when I deactivated the support for automatic time zone changes (location services were always on).
The battery finaly got MUCH BETTER since the update on iOS 5.0.1.
My traffic is actually higher than on iOS 4 but not so high as before I deactivated some services...

so i have some open work from the night before on my computer and left it on, closed the top, the computer restarted it's self and lost all the work to what was added.....where can i find it....was it auto saved?
If the application supported auto-save, yes, if not, then no.
If you were creating a mail message, it might be in the drafts folder of the e-mail program.
What evidence do you have the computer restarted itself? Did the Apple logo come up? -

I have downloaded the 30 day free trial using Adobe Download Assistant but I do not know how to open it and start using it.
This was so annoying!! It took me a good couple of hours but i figured it out, you need to do the following: Go to the folder where you saved the download (in my case i saved it in My Downloads) -> click on 'Adobe Photoshop Elements 12' -> click on 'PSE 12' -> click on 'Setup' (select the icon which is a box with a shield) -> follow instructions and....voila! You will need to restart when it suggests so save anything else first, then when it reboots you should see the icon on your desktop....hpe this helps!

ITunes match is only attached to Apple id that you used to subscribe.
