When I go to type a message on messages my daughter has managed to get the keyboard in the middle of the screen , how do I return it to the bottom ?
How do you get the keyboard in messages back to the bottom instead of the middle of the screen...it is really annoying
If the keyboard is split and covering your text, Pull the two ends of the keyboard together - into the middle of the screen. You can also tap and hold down on the little keyboard icon in the lower right corner of the keyboard and select - Dock and Merge.
If the keyboard is up on the middle of the screen, but not split, and you want to move it back to the bottom - tap and hold down on the little keyboard and icon and select - Dock
You can turn the split keyboard off in Settings>General>Keyboard>Split Keyboard>Off.

Deleted information or previously used information (your partners) does not get "shredded/destroyed" but placed in storage/cache in order to be overwritten when space is necessary for the device. Since size of those contacts files is very insignificant, that overwrite takes very long time. The only way to completely get rid of that info is to go through complete erase/restore of the phone. All other data will be lost and have to be restored back the way that will not bring cache back. Essentially - no restore from the backup.

If you have not got a device to set iCloud up, you cannot use it. You can only use iCloud on your PC if you have got an Apple device -
I just updated iTunes on my dell and now when I try to go to the store I get an error message that iTunes has stopped working and the program closes. Ideas?

When I send a text message to someone I am also getting the text to my phone. How can I stop this?
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and make sure only the phone number is checked.

When I try to open a file in photoshop CS, Elements or Lightroom I get the message "Could not complete request because it is not the right kind of document" This just started happening today. The only thing I have done differently is change my file handling to raw + jpeg on my Nikon 7100.
I downloaded camera raw 8.7 and I am now able to open my raw and jpeg files. Thanks

i am getting this for the first time when i sync .iphone 3gs error message itunes could not sync calendars to the iphone because the sync server failed to sync iphone
I have tried the suggestion to reset the sync log to no avail. Anyone have another idea? This just started after I downloaded 4.3.5.

I have a older Airport Express unit that requires Airport Utility 5.6. When I try to install 5.8 on my OS X10.8 iMac, I get the message "Airport Utility can't be installed on this disk. The version of Mac OS X on this volume in not Supported"
Why should I have to spend money to solve this problem? Many others have the same concern, Airport Utility 6 does not support older Airport Express units. This is Apple's problem. I've tried many solutions proposed on the net but none worked. I'm still trying for a work around.

Why am I having trouble running Adobe Flash Player 11 on my 2011 Macbook Air? I've downloaded and installed it repeatedly; yet when I try to open certain images online or play certain Youtube segments, I get the message, "You must have Adobe Flash 11..." My computer tells me it is installed and running.
If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 5.
1. If you're only having trouble with YouTube videos, sign in to your YouTube account and load this page. You may see a link with the text "Leave the HTML5 Trial." If so, click that link.
2. If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, then from the menu bar select

and click Check Now. Quit and relaunch your browser.

why won't google work? whenever i try to go to google it just saya 404 Not Found. Also why won't captcha show up. when i have to type in a captcha to show i'm not a robot the words won't show up

I have recently upgraded to an iphone 5. When trying to sync/ back up with my current i tunes settings. I get the message the it 1.6GB over the storage capacity. Although when syncing my i phone 4 (same size 16GB) i do not have any problems?' I am not sure what the problem may be?
iOS uses more memory on the iPhone 5 than the iPhone 4 because there are quite a few more to iPhone 5. Therefore there will be less memory available on the 5. Reluctantly iOS 7, coming this fall, uses a bit less memory than iOS 6 so if you can do without a few apps until then you should be gravy!

I'm using a Dell PC with windows 7. Apple Store cannot open completely. An error message states- iTunes has stopped working, close the program.
I have spoken to at least 3 Techs with no solutions found for this problem. Compatibility mode turned off. Newest Download from Apple site.See HT203206: iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

Neither resetting via holding home+power buttons helped, nor the "reset all settings" in the settings. The only option left is erasing the iPhone and setting it up as a new phone ( or restoring from a backup?) -

Quit iPhoto and to to the iPhoto library (by default in your pictures folder) - right click (control click) on it and select show package contents - find the folder named import (on importing) and drag it to the desktop - DO NOT MAKE ANY OTHER CHANGES - launch iPhoto and you will be fine.
Open the import(ing) folder and if there is nothing in it that you need move it to the trash and empty the trash
