When I print an email, I get a whole page of code or something.

It prints things like: Return path, Received, Original recipient, X-Proofpoint, etc... A whole page of it. With lots of code (?), numbers, information I don't understand... My email is usually on the bottom of second page. How do I fix this? I must have a setting that's set improperly... right? I just want my regular To, From, date, subject, etc...
I'm using iCloud mail.

Hi @MsDily,
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums! I see you are not able to make copies on your HP Envy 120, they come out a full page of black. The printing feature is fine.
I would like you to go ahead and perform a Hard Reset:
1. Unplug all cables and memory cards from the printer. Unplug the power cord, directly from the back of the printer while the printer is still turned on.
2. Unplug the other end of the cord from the power source.
3. If there is a power module on the power cord, disconnect one end and reconnect it.
4. After 60 seconds, plug the cord directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or battery backup as they can cause the printer to lose basic functionality over time).
5. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
6. The printer should automatically power back up. If it doesn't, turn it on with the power button.
7. Try making a photocopy (if your printer is an all-in-on printer) before connecting any other cables to the printer.
8. Connect any other needed cables to the printer.
if after the Hard Reset you are still unable to make a copy, please call our technical support at 800-474-6836. If you live outside the US/Canada Region, please click the link below to get the support number for your region.

  • I have an HP Officejet 7210 all in one printer, have loaded Printer Pro to IPad, get successful test pages in the Print Pro App but can't print emails (or anything). error message is No AirPrinter found.  How can I get connected?

I have an HP OfficeJet 7210 all in one printer, have loaded Printer Pro and had a successful test while in Printer Pro.  When I try to print and email I get NO AIR PRINTER message,  How can I connect my printer to my IPad and print emails.

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
If you're using the Printer Pro app, you're not going to use AirPrint services.
They are not the same thing.
Are you using the 'Open In' option to get the email into Printer Pro for printing?
    http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/printer-pro/id393313223?mt=8
Once installed, Printer Pro appears in the "Open In..." list on your device. This lets you print documents from Mail, Safari, ReaddleDocs and many other applications on your iPad that supports this function.
Using "Open In..." approach you can print files from many popular online storages: Dropbox, MobileMe iDisk, GoogleDocs. It just a matter of several taps to download your file via free Dropbox, iDisk or Google Docs application and send it to printer.

  • Hi There, I have a problem when trying to print either Email or from a web page.

    Hi There,
I have a problem when trying to print contents fro either Email's or from web pages, the problem started after i opened Google earth and it down loaded Google Chrome i do not like Google chrome so i removed it from my pc via add and remove programmes since then when i try to print an email i get what looks like the computer settings for writing the email and not the text same for web pages, as anyone come across this problem before i can print any word or spreadsheet documents but problem is with email's and web pages.
    Many Thanks.

Something changed on your system, possibly when Google Chrome installed. It could  be many things, but what it boils down to, is it needs to go back to the way it was. Either by removing whatever else might still be left from the install, or maybe by reinstalling the printer itself.

  • I am new to Mac. This didn't happen in the beginning but now when I download my email, part of the messages coming thru look like something encrypted.  They are all capital letter A's inside a square. The small print seems to come thru okay. What do I do!

When I download my email, I get the capital letter A in a square on some of the larger print messages. What can I do to prevent this?

Excerpted from: Font Management in OS X
A’s with boxes around them is always a sign of trouble with the main system font, Lucida Grande.
Restart your Mac and immediately hold down the Shift key when you hear the startup chime to boot into Safe Mode. Keep holding the Shift key until OS X asks you to log in (you will get this screen on a Safe Mode boot even if your Mac is set to automatically log in). Though actually, you can let go of the Shift key as soon as the status bar shows up on the startup screen below the Apple logo. Let the Mac finish booting to the desktop and then restart normally.
This will clear Font Book's database and the cache files of the user account you logged into in Safe Mode. Any font sets you have created will be gone. Also, all fonts in the three main Fonts folders (System, Library, your user account) will now be active, regardless of their state beforehand.
Since this only clears the user cache files, you then need to perform this step to clear all font cache files. Close all running applications. From an administrator account, open the Terminal app and enter the following command. You can also copy/paste it from here into the Terminal window, hit the return key, enter your admin password at the Password: prompt (nothing displays in the window), and hit the rerturn key again
    sudo atsutil databases -remove
This removes all font cache files. Both for the system and all user font cache files. After running the command, close Terminal and immediately restart your Mac.

  • Acrobat Pro 8: When I print to pdf I get windows print error message

This just started happening when I installed my acrobat professional 8.0 on my new computer (with Windows XP Pro). Everything works fine, but when I print a document to .pdf, I get that windows printer pop-up message that says that it was unable to print. As a consequence, I get a bunch of allegedly unprinted documents in my printer queue that I have to keep deleting. This is more an annoyance than anything else, but can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening??
    THanks.

OK, I'm still not sure I'm getting this, but I printed to file, and then opened the prn file in Acrobat Distiller. The actual pdf file was not in the folder, but I could open it with distiller.

However, when I just print "regularly" (not, "to file") the pdf file is saved and generated, but I get that popup error message, which stays in my printer queue, saying that there was an error printing to LPT 1

Our companies webhosting and email are through Bluehost.  I have set up email on my iPhone and it receives email just fine, but when i try to send I get "recipient rejected by server" error.  How can I fix this.  i have tried everything i know to do.

most of the time the problem is the settings of the out going server of your email account. Call your internet provideer and ask them for the right settings, or do a research on google for those

  • Whenever I print an email I get a pop up box saying Thunderbird quit unexpectedly. Thunderbird doesn't quit. I click ignore it prints OK. Everytime I print.

Whenever I print an email from Thunderbird I get a pop up box that says Thunderbird quit unexpectedly with the options to send a report, reopen or ignore. However Thunderbird never quits... If I click ignore then the file prints with no difficulty. A second pop-up box comes up during the printing but again if I click ignore Thunderbird goes back to normal. At no time does Thunderbird actually quit or crash. There is just a long delay before the print job starts, and I have to twice click on the "ignore" button on pop up notices. This is an annoyance each time I print anything in Thunderbird. This happens every time. It doesn't matter what printer I print to.
I am using a MacBook Pro. OSX 10.9.4
    Thunderbird 24.6.0

and do you submit the report? If not do so and perhaps we can have a look at it.

  • When I Print To Acrobat I Get A Black Background

Im using Acrobat Standard as a print driver
When I print from another program to Acrobat my resulting file has a black background
    Im Using Acrobat Standard 11.0.08
    Windows 7 - 64 Bit
The black and white colors should be the other way around

This forum is for printing from Acrobat, not to Acrobat which actually uses Acrobat Distiller. I will move your post to the appropriate forum.
The problem may be due to Acrobat/Distiller or it may be the output that Quickbooks is generating.

  • When I send an email, I get a pop up that says "unable to save a copy to the sent mail box". How do I enable this feature?

This doesn't happen all the time. It seems to occur when I send an email from a webpage, not directly from my Thunderbird account.

Please note that Thunderbird is not an email service. Thunderbird is the program that can be used to read mail.
The email provider, is the part of your email address that comes after the "@" symbol. Can you please post that. (Do not post your entire email address, for privacy reasons).

  • TS4083 when I receive an email, I get the 5 line outline in the left hand column but the ipad does not open the full message.

    I have an ipad 2.
Recently, when I receive an email ( hotmail) the 5 line preview message appears in the left hand column as it should but the full message is not displayed.

Don't know if this is related, but the iCloud servers have been having message delivery issues effecting some users for quite a while today (see http://www.apple.com/asia/support/systemstatus/).  Perhaps it started effecting some users several days ago.
