Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I have tried to download Mavericks on my 2010 iMac(10.6.8), but nothing happens, not even the install app downloads, also I tried to download chrome, I moved it to the applications folder and when I opened the folder it wasn't there. I have a 1tb hard drive that is mostly empty. By the way I just got this imac used from a reseller.
Mavericks downloads into the Applications folder, where you can install it. Some Mac App Store Troubleshooting information and how to resume a download that was interrupted; some of the information here might get you an answer. Failing that, try contacting Apple Support.

My iPad has a message on it saying: "iCloud Backup. This iPad hasn't been backed up in 2 weeks. Backups happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi."
When I tap OK, nothing happens. The message doesn't disappear and I have no access to any of the other icons. I tried shutting down the iPad, but it won't even let me do that.
What do I do now?
Thank you!Welcome to Apple Support Communities

I was given an ipad mini for Christmas. It has twice frozen completely up. It is also not backing up or syncing with my other devices. The prompt on the screen states:

then there is an OK bar underneath
anyone experience this and if so how do I reboot?

iCloud space is for backup.
You need more local storage; free up space on iPad:
Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete what is not needed to free up space on iPad. -
I read the answers to the other people's questions on this - run as administrator - and that also didn't work.
I assume you downloaded directly from Mozilla, and saved it to a non-temporary location such as Downloads or Desktop? https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/fx/#desktop
In case the installer crashed, can you use the Windows Task Manager to terminate it and try again? To do that:
* Ctrl+Alt+Esc to launch
* Check the Applications tab first
* Check the Processes tab next
I'm not sure how the installer is identified in Processes, but it probably matches the file name under which you saved the installer. -
Help
make sure the mute button isnt on. then try resetting your phone by turning it off and back on again. if you keep having issues, then reset all settings under Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings

I am unable to use firefox after the latest update. All troubleshooting methods listed on the website has been tried. I am unable to click anything in the firefox, tabs don't work, options don't work, unable to launch diagnotics, help or anything from firefox. Basically, I am unable to access anything within firefox.
Did you try a new profile?
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See "Creating a profile":
*http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
*Firefox 23: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible, to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because all profile folders will be removed and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords from profiles of other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
*(32 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
*(64 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"
*It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.

TS4036 My iPad has a message that says: Icloud backup.....
The message says:
Icloud backup
This ipad hasn't been backed up in two weeks. Backups happen when this ipad is plugged in, locked, and connected to wi-fi.
It won't close when I click ok in the message box.
How do I get past this message and into my ipad?A reset should help: Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons and await restart.
No content will be affected by this procedure. -
