When I try to go to google or any other search engine, The browser freezes and I can't click on anything or go to another tab.
When I do a search on google or bing, the browser loads the page but it freezes and I am unable to interact with anything. The spinning "loading circle" in the tab just keeps spinning. When I try to close out and launch an older version of firefox, I have to end the process in the process manager.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.<br />
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.<br /><br />

Why won't google or any other search engines load?
A coworker of mine has downloaded Fastbrowser search, and I have gotten rid of it (I think), but now, no search engine other than Fastbrowser search will load! I can't even access my gmail account now because it has completely blocked Google. I've deleted the addon thingy, removed the file from my control panel, and just about everything, but to no avail. I just want my Google back!!!
I am using version 3.0.15 (Can't or won't update for some reason) on Windows XPNever mind. It seems like the problem is fixed after logging into the administrator account, logging into and out of Google Drive, and logging back into my own account. I have no idea how that fixed the issue, but it it did.

I have rented a movie from Itunes, but when I try to watch it it pauses itself, then skips to the next scene...can anyone tell me why and as I have paid money for this shouldn't I at least be able to watch without any hiccups?
You've tried restarting the film ? If it still skips then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
Can I not add images to my itunes from Google images or other search engines as when I click get artwork it does not always work. I used to be able to do this.
The sort fields should generally be empty unless you've putting in custom values to sort solo artists by their surnames. You can apply common changes to thousands of tracks at once, just don't apply the wrong change because there is no undo.
It is a good idea to backup before undertaking large scale changes. See this backup tip for a suggested approach.

Check System Preferences - Accounts
Choose you account - login items: If iTunesHelper
shows up - remove it it will prevent re-installation.
It did not have iTunes in the list, just mail and iCal alarm. Deadlines and emails are vital in my home office.
Now that I think about it, adding Mail to the list was the only thing that I had changed to the computer when this happened, but I can't imagine how that would alter permission to install on the OS.

My IPod Nano is synched to my ITunes library and shows up under Devices, but when I click on the Device name, all of the music is "grayed out" and I can't click on anything.
In order for this content to not appear grayed out, you need to enable the Manually manage music option from under the iPod's Summary tab in iTunes. Keep in minding that manually managing your iPod's contents is different from having content automatically sync to your device from iTunes. See here for more information.

When I use a tool on an enlarged image the image freezes and I can't get it to move unless I change tools. I tried resetting tools and uninstalling and reloading CC. What should I do? Once any tool is used I can't change its size or move the image.

Sorry for the lack of info. It is Adobe Photoshop CC, I have been using
CS5 and am trying the trial version of CC to see if it worth changing
to. Any tool works once but freezes the tool sizing and image movement.
I am also using the Beta version of Mac Yosemite. But the CS5 version is

Frequently when I use Firefox it will all of a sudden freeze. It no longer will accept any user input from the keyboard or mouse. I cannot click on any of the open tabbed pages I have or on my bookmarks or any of the menu buttons. Nothing works. When it happens if it is loading a page it will just freeze in the middle of loading it. I've tried to see if the freezes are caused when it loads certain types of content (java, flash, etc...) but there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when it happens or with what types of pages. I cannot find a pattern. The ONLY button that works is the close button in the upper right hand corner (X). I can click on that and then Firefox will prompt me with it's regular message asking me if I want to save and quit, quit, or cancel. I'll hit save and quit and then reopen Firefox. It opens my tabs and if I was in the middle of a post it generally will still remember the text I've typed (except Facebook!).
It's beginning to drive me nuts and I'm really hoping to find a fix to this.You will also notice that your shift key will be emulated. Meaning that keys you will try to press will press but they will act like you are pressing the shift key when you are doing them.
Try this, minimize the firefox window by pressing the tab on your taskbar. After doing that maximize it again. You will magically be able to click any link on your page. When you navigate to a new page however, the entire situation will start all over. My only remedy is rebooting and hoping it doesn't happen again soon. -
Every time I open the browser the Welcome to Firefox tab is the first tab, then a second tab opens and thats my google, then a 3rd tab opens for me to reinstall my toolbar. This has been happening for a good year. Updates have not fixed it. Others have this problem. I did a search for an answer, the question is out there but no answer. Now if I go into add ons and add a background Theme or an extension it all is gone when I exit the browser. When I open the browser again I get all 3 tabs and have to install my toolbar again. I DO NOT want to reinstall as I will loose all my saved data, passwords, bookmarks, everything! I have had this computer for a year, Windows Vista x64 bit. Its not the computer, it's the browser. When you bring up the browser and type in Church of God's Messengers, it brings up the links. When you click on the links, it closes Firefox completely. When you bring back up Firefox it asks you if you want to restore the session. I never used to have problems accessing the site. What happened???!!!
