When I work in DPS, InDesign starts opening old documently by itself. Does anyone know how to make it STOP?
My InDesign opens a bunch of old documents almost every time I start working with DPS panels. I was told it was a bug and to change the names of docs but I work with HUNDREDS of docs on a large server that others access so this is not practical. Does anyone have suggestions?
Not that I know of but there may have been objects (picture boxes or text) that was copied from those documents.

I don't know of there is anyone than can fix this age old Apple problem. Does anyone know how to retrieve apps under an old Apple ID when the email used for that account no longer exists & I can't remember the password? After speaking with Apple Acct. Security, I got the security Q right but my birthday was wrong! They wanted the serial number from my phone that was 3 iPhones ago! Seriously??!!
Any updated way to work around this? No Apple people can correct it.

Resolved!
After contacting Apple, I received a reply from their engineers:
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
And that did the trick.

can you see the wi-fi address in the about? if it show N/A, your iphone needs to be repaired.
if your ios is 5.1.1 or you can see the wi-fi address,you could try to connect your iphone to the itunes to restore and update. -
Does anyone know how to make the HP OfficeJet 7610 (latest version) and iMac 3.4 GHz i7 running 10.8.4 work together correctly? Print function seems to work ok. Just can't find the scanner in any setup.

Camera shutter stays closed. Does anyone know how to make it open or reset it?
When opening camera app, the shutter stays closed on the display and I can not take picture. Does anyone know how to reset it to make it work?
Close Camera apps
1. Double tap the home button to bring up the multi-tasking view
2. Swipe the Camera app upwards to close
3. The app will fly off the screen

I am trying to hook my iPad up to my TV so I can watch netflix on it, however, when i hook the AV cable up i get a message that says "no volume available." my iPad is not muted, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Does anyone know how to make WireTap Studio work with Lion?
I installed Lion in August, but I have been so busy that I haven't tried to use some of my applications with it until now. One of my favourite sotware suites, Wire Tap Studio, does not seem to be compatible with Lion. This is more than disappointing; it is such a disappointment that I am prepared to ditch Lion and go back to Snow Leopard, if I knew how. Has anyone had a similar experience, and is there a solution?
I am a bit late to the party . Just discovered that wiretap studio no longer works..Ive regularly upgraded the OS and recently I upgraded to Yosemite and its the first time I've had this issue.
I cant wiretap other than via a mic which results in crappy sound. Apparently Ambrosia are not going to make a fix..
Anyone know of an alternative that can capture sound internally without the use of a mic the way wiretop did. Ive looked at MixPAd... It doesnt capture internal sound as far as I can see and Onedesof Audio recorder came with a Firefox Warning about possible corruption or tampering .
I want to capture good quality sound so I can study the arrangements without background noise filtering in via a mic. -
I haven't been able to use itunes for months. I can't get itunes to open on my pc. I recently got a new ipod and I really want to copy some music from cd's. I've tried uninstalling/installing itunes, quicktime. This shouldn't be this hard...should it? I am far from technically savy and could really use some practical help. Help!

Since you have already tried to reinstall and the behavior doesn't change, I would go through this article with several troubleshooting ideas for when you are not able to install iTunes:

Specifically, I'd be sure to go through the section "Completely remove iTunes and related components" to make sure iTunes is completely gone before attempting to reinstall.

When you do a spotlight search, does it show the App in a Folder? If not, then carefully check all of your Home Screens to see if you can locate it. Is it a standard Apple App, or one you purchased?

Youtube starts ok, but there is a sound/video lag which becomes greater as the video continues. This doesnt happen on other sites which use video.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive and sign out of the ID and sign back in. Note this will delete all old Messages from the iPod.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
