When is XSQL 9.0.2A going to be released?

I need the <xsql:include-xml>select...</sql:include-xml> feature to render xml from clobs. As of right now it is rendering as "&ltelement>...&lt/element>" instead of "<element>...</element>" (something like that).

You should use <xsql:include-owa> to produce embedded XML data from a CLOB or varchar2 column.
Example:
yourXSQL:
          <xsql:include-owa>
               bo_pkg.printTemplate({@BO}, '{@LANG}');
          </xsql:include-owa>
and the bo_pkg.printTemplate procedure:
procedure printTemplate(
     bo bo.id%type
,     lang varchar2
) as
     xmlData varchar2(32000);
begin
     select dbms_lob.substr(template)
     into xmlData
     from bo
     where id = printTemplate.bo;
     htp.p('<TEMPLATE>');
     htp.p(xmlData);
     htp.p('</TEMPLATE>');
exception
when no_data_found then
     htp.p('<TEMPLATE/>');
end;
will produce something like:
<TEMPLATE>
     <MY-XML-DATAGRAM/>
</TEMPLATE>
where <MY-XML-DATAGRAM/> is the varchar2 or clob stored value of column template of table bo.
