When RW_Server_Job_Queue table is populated.

Hi All,
I want to know how and when RW_Server_Job_Queue table is populated.
I am printing a report from 10g print server through Scheduler. After Submitting the job
I am tring to find the same in RW_Server_Job_Queue table but it is not populated though
the report is generated successfully.
Could anyone please tel me when can I find a submitted job in the RW_Server_Job_Queue table?

I have succesfully activated job queue logging using jobStatusRepository and it's working fine. The queue, by configuration, has a maximum of 1000 records. We would like to use this table as a montoring type item to keep track of peak times of day when reports are run, run times to identify problemattic reports, etc. When the table reaches this 1000 and a new report is run, record 1 is popped out of the table to make room for the new one. How would you recommend I tackle this? How do I keep this table from removing old data when it gets to its "full" point?

How to set setRowKey value when table is populated dynamically

I have created a view object using only select statement and displaying all the records in it in the table at page load. Table is SelectMany. Now after selecting some records I press submit button. At the backend logic is executed which prints how many rows selected and the values of the selected rows. Everything works fine till here.
Now when the view object is modified by putting where clause. And the parameter to this where clause is coming from url. When the page is loaded table displays only records based on filter criteria. But the problem begins when I press the submit button. It shows the error: row is null for rowKey:oracle.jbo.Key[AAAQkHAAJAAAACkAAA ]
I have done some research and found that row key is not set for the displayed records. because at the backend when I am printing the values of keys in selectionState.KeySet it prints only null.
This thing happens only when table is populated dynamically through url value.
Can anyone help me how to get the selectionState.Keyset values when table is populated dynamically?

SOLVED:
Actually there is no problem with the rowKeys as I mentioned in the post. What happened was that I was executing the query everytime on page load. Second time when the page is loaded the param value was set to null. So row becomes null but on the other hand I am referring the rows by some selected row keys. so the error that row is null for key...
So now i am storing the param value in managed bean and then referring it in the code.

The actual table updated will be BSEG only but you will find the same document # in BSIK table if it is a open vendor items else if it is closed (i.e. payment for the invoice has been done to vendor), you will find it in BSAK table.
Basically, BSIK(Open items) and BSAK(Closed items) are a secondary index tables for BSEG table. Whenever you update the profit center(PRCTR) in an accounting doc, you will find it in BSEG table. But its index will also be in BSIK table if it is still an open item.

How and when does table SWIWIOBJCT being updated / populated with workitem

Hi Experts,
I am currently debugging an issue wherein a Invoice Workflow is being displayed in the Purchase Order Workflow Overview. I debugged this and found out that this is because there are entries being selected from table SWIWIOBJCT and this will be also displayed in the workflow overview.
So what I am trying to look into is how does this table being populated. Like, what are the criteria and requirements that this table will be updated / populated.
Any help is highly appreciated.

The EKBE table will have items related to PO history - so if you go to a PO line item and look at the PO history you will see an invoice but you will NOT see a payment. Payments are not directly related to a PO and therefore no payment information would appear in your PO history and therefore it wouldn't be on the EKBE table either

RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE table empty after running the report in 11g

Hello,
I set up Job StatusRepository in our environment ( Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.4 Win 2008 x32) as explained in Oracle Support note "How to Setup jobStatusRepository Feature in Reports 11g? [ID 858200.1]"
The table RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE is always empty after running the report.
I have checked another note "RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE table is empty [ID 1200613.1]" but the user who is running the report is the same as the user who " the user name where you run $ORACLE_HOME\reports\admin\sql\rw_server.sql script" so there is no grant problem to write to this table.
Here is the excerpt of rwserver.conf file:

Check the following Oracle Support Notes:
ALERT - After Applying Patchset 11.1.1.4, Fusion Middleware Control Inserts "demo:" Tags in Conf Files of Reports Server- ENVID Section Stops Working [ID 1298701.1]
 After applying patchset 11.1.1.4 to Reports Server, any configuration changes through Fusion Middleware Control inserts "demo:" tags in the beginning of each line in conf file of Report Server.
 The behaviour is described in the following bug :
 Bug:11784251 MBEAN BROWSER ADDS A DEMO TAG IN RWSERVER.CONF AT EACH LINE
So you I removed all demo tags in rwserver.conf
<jobStatusRepository class="oracle.reports.server.JobRepositoryDB">
<property value="csf:reports:jobrepo" name="dbpassword"/>
<property value="repteam.us.oracle.com" name="dbconn"/>
<property value="jobrep11g" name="dbuser"/>

Working with RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE Table and RW_SERVER Package

Hi,
I have one form that is based on RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE Table which shows reports details.
This table contains all reports regardless of the user who run the report.
Is there any way to add column (User_Id) to the RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE table so that I can filter the results depending on the user? If it is possible, Where and how I can fill this column?

When NAST table is being filled up in ME21n

Hi,
When I create the PO , I put the vendor , material , etc in ME21N screen. After I filled up the needed values , I hit the "ENTER" button all the default values filled up by SAP. If I see the messsages tab then the "NEU" message table automatically populated with partner & Medium. I am not sure how these values are being populated first time for every purchase order once you hit the enter.

i am facing problem while generating Test Result word document after successful execution of TestStand.
The Problem is :
i want to add rows Formatted as table headings, table headings are repeated when a table spans more than one page(marked as Red).
Example:
Page No. 1
|     Test case Number | Test Step number      |
|      100                         |            100                   |
Page No. 2
|     Test case Number | Test Step number      |
|      200                         |            300                   |
Test Result word document should generate with Table headings(marked as Red) in every pages of the document, but i am not getting as per above example.

i want to generate MS-word report for TestStand after successful testing using MS-word2000.
Test report contains Actual values, Expected values and Pass/Fail status.
In my program i have customized all fields i can able to generate test report which contains Verification engineer name , test mode, test date, start time, end time Actual values, Expected values and Pass/Fail status.etc....
To put all values of test case number, Test step number, Actual values, Expected values and Pass/Fail status in to table for each time, i will
insert a row into table every time values arrives, once the table exceedes its page size it moves to the next page, next page should start with table row header but it start with values of above said parameters.
so i'm not able to repeat table row header for each page.
Please find the attached file for your reference.

We are installing solution manager 4.0 on windows/sql but we are getting following error and couldnt continue the installation

Have you checked the execution plan if indexes are used?
You could update the data in chunks, e.g. 10.000 rows per execution. For this you have to add a TOP clause and a filter to update only those, who are not updated yet.
update TOP (10000) Employees
set Status = 'Close'
where statusid IN
(select statusid
from MyView

We are using SSAS 2008 r2 and have a cube on our data warehouse, this has been running fine for quite a while now.
However it failed yesterday with the error message:
Errors in the OLAP storage engine: The attribute key cannot be found when processing: Table:
'Performance_Fact', Column: 'accountexternalId', Value: '9474'. The attribute is 'External Id'."
Errors in the OLAP storage engine: The process operation ended because the number of errors encountered during processing reached the defined limit of allowable errors for the operation."
An error occurred while processing the '2011' partition of the 'Fact' measure group for the 'DB' cube from the DB database.
Please can someone help me to resolve the error, I don't understand what it means.

Hello,
The error means that you have a key in the fact data which don't exist in the related dimension. Ensure that the dimension is also processed so that it contains all used keys.
