When trying to compile forms in solaris machine, frmcmp.sh not found error

Hi
I want to compile my forms using frmcmp.sh in a solaris machine
When I try to execute
/u15/10gAs/bin/frmcmp.sh /u15/10gAs/forms/form1.fmb user/pass@database
it throws me error that frmcmp.sh is not found
it is searching in the whatever path set in ORACLE_HOME
could you please tell me what should I do now?

If you still need help after that, you might want to post your question in the Database Installation forum. Once you have your environment setup, you should be able to compile your form(s).

I have quicktime installed on windows 7, 64 bit, and then installed the 64 bit version of iTunes. Install is successful, but when I try ot run iTunes, I get an error - "QuickTime was not found". Any suggestions?

I have the same problem, and while I can 'fix' it with the approach described here, I have to 'fix' it that way EVERY TIME I launch itunes. I suppose the lousy support for mainstream computers is apple's way of saying, 'well of course you can't use your phone, you're not living in a (TM) apple home (TM) please sell your existing home and purchase one from apple if you want your phone to work.' I never would have imagined that as a computer programmer it would be a multi-hour/failed installation process to get iTunes and the iPhone4 working properly. What a joke.

Most times when trying to access web sites get page stating Server Not Found..... Try Again. As soon as I hit try again I always get the web site - annoying!!!

When I try to google websites OR even try to access my email I will be taken to a notice which states "Server Not Found" with several explanations with a TRY AGAIN button at the bottom. When I hit the try again button I am immediately taken to the web site or to my email. This happens constantly and very rarely can I access a web site or my email without this frame popping up.

This is a very generic error message.
What user you are trying to search. Are you using username, display name or email address when searching
Was any domain related changed done
What if that users tried to logon to sharepoint site.
Does this error occur with all the account when you click edit? If not, based on the error,
the user account which might be removed from Active Directory or renamed accidentally. Please have a check.

When trying to burn a cd I get "recording not found". Why and what can I do to change this. I do have Windows Media player loaded tried to to burn on that also but did not work.

Error message when installing iTunes on Windows 7, "Apple Application Support was not found, Error 2"

I can successfully download iTunes on my PC, but receive an error message when I try to install the file: "Apple Application Support was not found... Error 2" I've tried deleting the file and reinstalling it to no avail. Any ideas?

Page not found error when navigating in Iview application

Hi,
I have developed an application,and I am able to view a sucessfull preview of the Page as well.There are htmlb links on the page.When clicked,they navigate to the next jsp page.This iview was assigned to a user,and the portal was logged in though a local ip address.The application works fine.
In trying to access the portal though an external Url,the initial page comes up perfectly fine.However the next page,does not come up,when a link on the first page is clicked.I get initially a popup with the message:
"This page contains both Secure and Non secure Items
.Do you want to display the non secure Items."
The options on the Popup were yes,no,More Info.
When I clicked yes then I get the display page not found error.The error is:

This problem occurs only to a particular user.If I add the role to another user,and view the iview I am able to navigate without problem(there is no popup as well).Even for this User,it is happening only when,I access through extrenal url,not when I access the portal through the local IP Address.

This is a further Update.The problem described above has something to do with the roles.When some roles(cusom) are assigned the navigation occurs.Can you please let me know if there is any role related configuration with SSL.

Error when trying to compile HTML help

I'm using RoboHelp 7.0 on Windows XP. All of the sudden, last
week, I start getting the following error when I try to compile
"Fatal Error: Unexpected error from Microsoft HTML compiler." I've
read the other posts regarding this error and deleted the .CPD file
multiple times and tried to compile again still with no success.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and not had any
better results. The other author in my office can check the project
out of RoboSource and compile it fine. I have it on my local drive
when trying to compile.
I'd appreciate any ideas. It doesn't make sense that is
something in the project since my other author can compile it fine.

Do you have any other RoboHelp projects that you can try
compiling? This may help to determine whether there's something
slightly askew about this particular project — sounds
unlikely if your colleague can compile without error — or
whether the problem lies in your RoboHelp installation.
I'd also recommend that you run MJ's Help Diagnostics,
available from the address below. This will verify that all the
HTML Help viewer and compiler components are properly installed and
registered on your machine.

Geoff,
Go into your Lookout folder and look for the file "cbl.err". Open that file in notepad or wordpad and you should see where your errors are that are preventing your file from compiling.
I got so used to Lookout generating the errors when a compile failed and displaying them immediately that I forgot about checking this file.

RH 11 hangs when trying to compile parallel projects.

I'm using RH11, HTML Help. Help is compiled in automatic build environment using command prompt. RH hangs when trying to compile parallel projects in different sessions.

Thanks for the quick response. Here are a few more information:
We are using RH in a build server environment, not the UI, but the RHCL compiler directly. When RH is invoked, each compiler runs in its own process.
I would assume that command prompt compilation in a build server environment is fairly common in SW engineering.
I should also mention that this process worked perfectly fine with RH9. Since we upgraded to RH11 recently, the build generation process hangs directly after issuing the RH command prompt. The strange thing is that the hang-up occurs frequently, but not all the time. There are no error messages whatsoever that could give us a hint about the reason for this error.
We suspect that Adobe has changed their sign-in process because the process stops at such an early stage.
Any ideas?

If you followed the instructions in the support article exactly (leaving the machine off for two minutes), then it has a hardware fault. Take it to an Apple Store or other authorized service provider for repair.

First make sure you are using the most up to date version of iTunes and have all the latest Windows updates/patches installed on your PC. From there, try again and if still no luck, make sure you are plugging your iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port.
Otherwise try these steps:
1. Run “c:\WINDOWS\system32\devmgmt.msc” (i.e. *Device Manager*), and leave it open for now for later use
2. Start up iTunes
3. Next, connect your iPod.
4. Go to your iPod Settings and select the “Enable disk use” option from under theSummary tab.
5. A dialog box will pop up reminding you that you’ll need to manually eject. Go ahead and hit OK
6. Hit Apply to save changes to the iPod
7. Quickly switch to the Device Manager window and right-click on any item within the window and select “Scan for hardware changes”
8. Finally, switch back to iTunes, and try re-syncing your iPod to see if it helped.
It might not also hurt to trash your iPod's Photo cache if it has one (i.e. you sync photos to the iPod). See this article for information on where to find this folder on your Windows XP machine.

Inner class not found error when compiling project

I tried to use 9iDS (JDeveloper 9.0.2.822) to generate applet that has textbox and button.
I inserted UI components trough UI editor and added actionlistener there.
Now when trying to compile (and run) project I get always "Class MyClass$1 not found in class MyPackage.MyClass"
This only happens if both package and class are same named. If not it works... Is this feature of java, jdeveloper or something other? (Well, actually this is not a problem because rarely packages and classes are named as same.)

Also, it's probably a good idea to name your packages different than your classesMoreover, common naming conventions dictate you should never even use capitals in your package names if I'm not mistaken. Whereas class names should always at least begin with a capital.
This will help prevent a lot of confusion, both for the developer and the IDE. ;-)

Install 7-Zip (free), or a free trial of WinRAR, and use one of them to extract the contents of the iTunesSetup.exe or iTunesSetup64.exe installer file, then try installing AppleApplicationSupport.msi as a standalone component. Even if it won't install you may get a more useful error message as to why not.

You have missing information in your Windows programming.
You need to repair your computer so it can run iTunes. If you plug those error codes into your browser you may get an answer.
