When trying to download videos from any site i get the message cannot create target file
I have tried uninstalling firefox and video download helper then reinstalling them and changing the destination folder and resetting the commands .
Do you see a "3G", "E", or "o" next to the carrier name and signal indicator on the phone? If not, then you are not connected to a cellular data network at all. It's not impossible that you're not in range of their data network. Who is your carrier and where are you located?
If you do see one of those, you may want to call them again and ask explicitly to have them check the provisioning on your account. Just because it looks right in the billing system does NOT mean they have it set up correctly.

Have a customer who advises as per the discussion title :-
When trying to project video from their Win 7 laptop, the CTS1300 TP unit states that the resolution is too high
It has worked fine up until the upgrade to Windows 7
Customer advises colleagues can connect and project OK at another site, using Win7 laptop, however that site uses CTS3010 and CTS1000 and, as yet, it is unconfirmed which they used to test on
I could raise a case with TAC but wondered if anyone knows of any issue with Windows 7 and the CTS1300

NigelI've had issues with Win7 laptops before, but it all depends on the model of the laptop, and what it's display is capable of, and whether the end user is using it in desktop extension / duplication / remote only mode, etc.
In most cases, switching it to the 2nd screen only mode fixes the issue, and worst case, rebooting it while it's set this way, and it's connected, fixes the problem.
So, from my expereince, it's pretty well always a problem wtth the laptop/user, and very rarely (if ever) a problem with the TelePresence device.

Can you access the images with Image Capture (in your Applications Folder) ?

Hello, I have creative cloud installed on my Mac Book Pro - OS X 10.9. 5 When trying to download trial programs, a popup window shows the message " you have been disconnected" Connect to continue. When trying to download apps to my ipad, I get a message saying a secure connection could not be established and to check my date and time settings. Can someone tell me what this means and how to fix the problem?
It's a POP account. I decided to clean up my mailbox today after noticing the computer was real slow after USA Today started sending their daily top stories with new graphics. Also before I noticed the problem with mail deletion - two things happened. 1) I updated security sofware as prompted by Apple and 2) downloaded Mackeeper and went throught some preliminary scans but did not buy their package. I am trying to use firefox as the web lauch for citrix ica client but when I go to login into remote site - I get the message waiting to find website but it nver finds the website. Has anyone else had this problem?
When I installed firefox, it asked if I wanted to use safari settings and I said yes but I think this might be causing the problem. Safari is no longer compatible with citrix ica client. When I reinstalled firefox it automatically installs the safari info. Does anyone know how to re-install firfox without installing safari info?Did anyone ever suggest you reset your PRAM?

I'm getting tired of people who supposedly know what
they're doing simply guessing that resinstalling the
OS might solve the issue. It's like trying to dissect
a frog with a sledge hammer, and wondering why you

These sorts of things, although bizarre, should be

Thanks for the suggestion... but I think my first question would be why these parameters would need re-setting? This is a new machine... It has never been shut down hard. It is used at most 10 hours per week... mostly using Office 2004 for MAC. I need to figure this out as I will soon need it as a Cs2/CS3 - Aperture workhorse.
I too agree that it is best not to use a sledge when a scalpel is needed... but as a novice to the MAC world I may have been misled by Apple support. I seems to have fixed the symptoms ( some) but appears NOT to have addressed the cause... which is what I am after.
Would TechTool Pro detect a bad HD or RAM?

When trying to send E-mail via AOL i get the message "rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying" I have checked settings as per answers to similar question
From which account does the email not send? When sending from an account, the iPad will first try to use the aoutgoing server for that account. If it can't it will try the other accounts listed.in the setting on the iPad for that account. It soulds like the server for the account is not working and that the alternate server is resjecting the messag since it did not originate ffrom the account associated with that server, That is to prevent sending spam.

This has nothing to do with CC or any of that. You have insufficient user privileges to write files locally on your computer or a technical issue gets in teh way. Since you have not provided any system info or otehr details, we cannot tell you more than that.

When Trying to download applications from the itunes store, I receive a message that my Apple Id has been disabled. I reset my password, accessed my Itunes Account successfully, but when trying to download, the same message appears.

I have Windows XP, 32 bit version 2002 Svc Pack 2 and when trying to download iTunes 10.5.1 I am getting the following "The older version of Bonjour cannot be removed. Contact your technical support." I've tried a good number of remedies to no avail. Can anyone help?
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you are running 64-bit Windows and the above steps haven't helped try installing the version of iTunes that can be downloaded from this support document. iTunes 12.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards)
If you still have no luck try reinstalling iTunes 12.0, links in the user tip.
