TS2446 when trying to download apps on my iphone i get the message "your apple ID has been disabled".  All is up to date.

I can't figure out why my iphone will not allow me to download apps.  I get the message "Your Apple ID has been disabled".  No reason and I've updated all of my information in iTunes.
