You have (probably accidentally) moved or deleted the Lightroom program. You need to find it (have your operating system search for lightroom.exe) and move it back to where the shortcut expects it to be.

My computer which is a packard bell vista operating system, recently stopped working as the power supply overheated and blew up and it has recently been sent back to the Know How team at PC world and it seems to be since it came back I now cannot open iTunes. ThanksI would copy over the entire thing if you have room. With iTunes 10.4 though, you can download any previous iTunes purchases you have made in the past with your current iTunes account. While in iTunes, look at the left hand side of your screen and select "Purchases" and look at the bottom right corner of the screen and select "Download Previous Purchases". If you have an iPhone, iPod and/or iPad...you can do the same thing from each device. Nice new feature...just remember that those ripped CDs need a back-up!!! Enjoy...

I just downloaded the latest itunes update 11.1 for windows 7 and now when I try to open itunes with the shortcut on my desktop I get this error message: "The item 'itunes.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly." Let's try a repair install of iTunes first.

How can I find an audiobook on my 4th gen shuffle? Can't find it even when I play in order. When I try to tick Sync audiobooks it asks if I want to continue to remove existing music befoer syncing and I don't want to do that. Can anyone help?
Did you already load the audiobook manually (by dragging it to the shuffle)? To confirm that the audiobook is on the shuffle...
Select the shuffle in the iTunes sidebar. If the sidebar (along left side of window) is not visible, from the menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar.
Click the small triangle to the left of the shuffle name (in the sidebar) to drop down its content list, indented below the shuffle. Click on Audiobooks there. To the right, your audiobook(s) should be listed.
NOTE: if you don't see Audiobooks on the content list, there are no audiobooks on the shuffle.
When you turn ON the shuffle, you are playing from the default All Songs list. Audiobooks (and podcasts) do not play from the All Songs list. You need to use VoiceOver to select the audiobook from the playlist menu. This document explains how to set up and use VoiceOver on your shuffle

I have tried the solutions that I have seen already. Restarting the computer and then repairing through the Control Panel. It didn't work. I have removed the software and done multiple restarts and reinstalls. I'm running on Vista 64 bit and the last iTunes from last spring ran fine. Any other ideas? Or somewhere I can go to get an older version of software? Btw, when I tried to start Quicktime, I got the same message.

Getting the error message:

I tried going into the control panel/programs /itunes and selected repair which didn't fix it. Any suggestions on restoring the broken shortcut without removing and re-installing the program?

Thank youI think it is some sort of permissions issue preventing the installer from updating the shortcuts. Is your account an administrator of the machine? If it is and you still have the problem then you may need to explicitly use the "Administrator" account for the install.

I have the iPad basic first edition. For some reason my app store app is missing. On my games when I tried to update the apps I get a message that says safari cannot open page because address is invalid, but this happens even when I click directly on the prompt message that comes up when loading game. Also, it seems that my app store app has been deleted? I don't know how to get it back. When I try to download it I get the same safari message as afore mentioned.
Swipe to seethe farthest home screen to the left. Type in App Store in the search box and see if the app may have been accidentally placed into a folder with another app.
You cannot download apps using Safari. -

The last few weeks my computer has been unable to complete the most recent update for itunes and when i tried opening it today i keep getting this stupid error message. Your songs and iTunes balance are fine, they are not influenced by the iTunes applications or any issues it may have. The message you are experiencing indicates the folder where iTunes is saved has changed, or no longer exists. Since you are using a shortcut (a link to where the application iTunes is installed) and you're getting this message, it means the iTunes application is not where it used to be located.
I would suggest trying to reinstall iTunes from www.apple.com/itunes and let us know if you encounter any errors messages. -

1. Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM and SMC. Doesn't usually 'cure' keyboard problems you report, but it costs nothing and only takes a few minutes.

2. Try plugging in a USB keyboard. Doesn't absolutely have to be a Mac keyboard. A PC keyboard will work for a test. If the typing problem does not occur with the USB keyboard, you have a temporary solution until you can arrange to visit a repair facility.
3. If your MacBook is older and has a user-removable battery, shut down the computer, remove the battery, and examine it for signs of 'bulging' or swelling. Then connect the computer to the Magsafe power supply, without reinstalling the battery, and turn it back on. If the keyboard problem has gone away, it was likely caused by a swelling battery. -

You need to downgrade Flash player, not to upgrade. CP4 is over 5 years old, will not be happy with the latest Flash players.
