Whenever i try to backup my Iphone 4 i get an error message " Itunes can not backup (my Iphone) because the backup was corrupted or not compatible with the Iphone"
whenever i try to back up my iphone it gives me an error message "itunes could not back up (my)iphone because backup was corrupted or not compatible with your iphone" i already deleted the itunes backups through the prefrences tab. this has not helped. what am i doing wrong?
I have the same question and the only reply I've found on the forum was "change the USB hub", which HASN'T worked. So I am accepting new suggestions. Tks!

I always sync iPhone and iTunes on the same Mac computer. This is the first time I received an error message on iPhone that says iTunes cannot sync. Check iTunes for reason why it won't sync. Except, I don't see anywhere in iTunes that it shows he error message or gives me a reason why it didn't sync?

Hi Debbio , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.?

Find the iPhone's backup there, highlight it, and choose "Delete Backup". -

Just updated to IOS 7 and two issues:
First when I connect my iPhone to my computer I get this error message:itunes was unable to provider data from sync services". I'm not sure what this really means...
The second issue is when I try to select "Manually Manage Music"
The iPhone "My iPhone" is synced with another iTunes libary on "MY-PC". Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library? An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library."
So... I don't want to do that, but I do what to be able to Manage my music. I'm not sure what it means by being synced to another iTunes unless it means to an older version of itunes?
Anyone have any ideas?I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it. Gmail question. I'm getting an error message that states my username or password are incorrect. I haven't changed anything and the gmail is working fine on the mac book. The mail function worked yesterday on the iphone but not today - any solutions??

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

So basically, everytime i try to download an app, i get an error message.
After that, i also get a message saying to contact the apple support crew.
I cannot download any apps and this has been going on for a while...
