Where can I download windows for 4.0 and set up to i cloud drive

Followed the steps to set up iCloud then after that it will not let me set up windows 4.0 and set up to iCloud drive. I tried everything , i am so lost. Can somebody help me please just tell me the step by step , I think I will be ok. Really appreciate it and thank you so much. Have a great weekend.

    Do you have a backup. If so you should be able to restore it from that. Otherwise you can reinstall OS X. See Carolyn's post in I accidentally deleted iBooks on my Macbook Pro (late 2011) running on OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite. Will iBooks be reinstalled if I install the next OS X major update once it is out?

    It's built into the OS. You can't download it separately. If you've managed to delete it, re-install OS X.
