Not sure about examples but this is how you should proceed
1. Limit all your dimension to the leaf level values.
lmt financialperiod to '200901'
lmt geography to 'XYZ'
lmt product to 'LAPTOP'
2. Limit your measure variable to one measure(this is applicable if you have more than one stored measure in the cube).
for 10g
lmt <cube name>prtmeasdim to '<MEASURE NAME>'
for 11g
lmt <cube name>measuredim to '<MEASURE NAME>'
3. Write into the variable.
for 10g
<cube name>prttopvar = 100 -- this variable is created for a compressed & partitioned cube. for uncompressed cube the variable name is <cube name>_stored.

To elaborate a bit, you may come across offers of a new/unopened/unregistered version, which is the simplest case (you would need a guarantee). Other cases require much detailed information (and a guarantee).
If upgrading to 10.6.8 or higher is an option, you could use CS6.

There is no download available for version 3 that I am aware of - version 9 is the oldest available offered by Adobe. Serial numbers are only valid for the version they were purchased for.

Problem with OLAP DML

Dear All,
We are using OLAP DML to work with multi-dimensional data on an Analytic workspace. How do you access pre-stored multi dimensional variables set up in a analytic workspace, using OLAP API's.
How/Is it possible to load Cube data from a multi-dimensional variable ?
How or from where do we setup OLAP WORKSHEET to work with OLAP DML ??

I had an email from one of my colleagues in development and has kindly explained some errors in my previous posting. In 10.2 and earlier, relational import/export should do as good a job as EIF, except that these utilities are slower (due to the need to text encode the EIF data) and less granular (you can only export an entire schema at a time).
Fortunately, there is no need to worry about the various objects that comprise and AW. We manage all that for you directly inside the database.
However, the performance overhead is enough that for clients with the know-how, it's usually recommended to use EIF instead. That being said, the particular problem you are having seem extreme since you should not see a "15 minutes" to "hangs" slowdown when using relational import.
Have you tried monitoring the export job via Enterprise Manager to check the wait events which might be occuring when the system hangs? Are there any messages in the alert log?
It might be a good idea to open a TAR with Support to try and diagnose this issue.

Where I can find some docs on wwv_flow_utilities?

It seems this is not officially supported by HTMLDB documentation wise. However, there are many occurences of using it in the API part document, and sample applications. I am wondering where I can find something about it, so I can learn and use it?

May you please point out one exact place of wwv...?You want an example of one of our APIs that starts with WWV? OK, wwv_flow_custom_auth_sso. I don't know how that information helps you.

           Value string keys are for SAP internal usage. It is just a pointer to the transaction event key which is necessary for automatic account determination.
           Movement types are linked to transaction keys via valuation string in OMWN T-code.
           The R/3 System automatically determines the value string assigned to a specific transaction. It depends partly on entered parameters manually and partly on parameters derived internally by the system. The value string contains all posting transactions that are possible for a certain transaction. The program decides which of these posting transactions lead to G/L account postings in individual cases. You cannot define this in Customizing.
Value string WE01, for the goods receipt for a purchase order into stock, contains transactions BSX and WRX.
WE01: BSX, WRX, PRD, KDM, EIN, EKG, BSV, FRL, FRN, BSX, UMB.
WA14: BSX ,PRD, BSX, UMB
WA01: BSX, GBB, PRD, BSX, UMB
Value string RE05 contains transactions BSX and UMB.
In the standard system, value string WE01 is assigned to goods receipts (and also cancellations and return deliveries) for Standard and Subcontracting purchase order items without account assignment concerning valuated material into stock. In the case of (valuated) goods receipts for purchase order items not subject to account assignment,
post the items to a stock account using the transaction key BSX and make an offsetting entry to a GR/IR clearing account. A price difference posting (transaction key PRD) is only used if the valuated material is subject to standard price control and if the order price (or invoice price) is different from the standard price. Transaction key KDM is required in Inventory Management for purchase orders in foreign currencies because of differences in exchange rates between goods receipts and invoice receipts, unless the material can not be debited or credited because it is subject to standard price control.
The transaction keys EIN and EKG (and possibly FRE see account determination for delivery costs) are only used in company codes where purchase account management is active (as required in France and Belgium for example).
The transaction keys BSV, FRL, and FRN are only used for the Subcontracting item category.
Value string WA14 is defined for deliveries without charge (movement type 511).
The following scenarios are possible:
Delivery without charge for material subject to moving average price control → No accounting document
Delivery without charge for material subject to standard price control (and if the posting date is in the previous period standard price in the posting period = standard price in the current period) → Inventory posting (receipt at standard price) and offsetting entry to price differences account
Delivery without charge for material subject to standard price control, with posting date in the previous period and the standard price in the posting period is different to the standard price in the current period → Inventory posting (receipt at standard price) and offsetting entry to price differences account (posting in the previous period) → Stock correction posting and Revenue/expense from revaluation (posting in the current period)
In the standard system, value string WA01 is assigned to goods issues and other goods receipts. The R/3 System uses an additional influencing factor, account grouping, to differentiate further between the various movements during account determination.

not 100% sure at which point the callout to BEFOREPROCESSCOMPOSE is done, but during the process logs phase, the data in the CVR$ tables is copied into the clg$ tables, and the cvr$ table dml flags cleared
unles the query is very complex/long running why not join the clg$ tables (only have the data that has changed, so smaller than the cvr$ tables, to your base tables for determining if relevant within the MyCompose needCompose method?

Unmountable_boot_volume on A10 - Where I can find a recovery cd?

All of a sudden I had a boot error - Unmountable_boot_volume and the computer refuses to boot even with safe mode. I tried with Microsoft window XP recovery and it seems that the hard drive is badly "damaged", it wont even do a directory listing and not recovering from chkdsk/r
To make the problem worse, I can no longer find the recovery disk and the window XP disk. I am just wondering if anyone can help? where I can find a recovery cd roms and the window XP OEM version disk? The computer comes with the window XP OEM licence.

You can usually obtain replacement copies of the recovery CDs from any Authorised Toshiba Service partner who will ensure that you get the correct versions for your particular notebook model.

Good question. It appears to have been installed with Solaris 11/06, as I have all of the packages listed here:

However, it does not appear in the Java Web Console. I tried adding it using the wcadmin command, but haven't managed to get it to run as per the docs. The documentation assumes that it is already installed and visible in the Java Web Console...

An application for the Java Web Console should have a WEB-INF directory and an app.xml file. The apoc packages come with neither, so something is missing.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

So... I allready install this drivers and wifi working perfect... But I still have a problem with a bluetooth. I use FN+F8 & my mobile can't still find a notebook... Meybe I must install Nokia Pc-Suite or different soft to create connection with my mobile... I will check this idea later.
BTW: When I install drivers (from rapid) from my third post in this topic and the last one to wifi and bluetooth - I don't have any errors in "managment devices" (in polish "Menad?er urz?dze?") in system in control panel.
