Where is my account credit

Today l top-up ten GBP in my account. However, I can not understand why Skype automatically pay for subscription I had cancelled last month by using my Skype credit. This subscription is useless for me at the moment. Could you explain to me WHY?

I too have the same concern, but somewhat different. I recently purchased the Connect-Me device at the $59.99 price, which included the device and a 12 month's calling subscription. Per eBuyNow.com's confirmation e-mail when the product was sent, I was informed that I would soon receive another e-mail to activate my 12 months. However, I haven't received any further e-mail messages to activate the subscription. Please advise.

How to create On Account Credit Memo in R12.1.3

Hello Experts / Dina,
Oracle claims that there is new feature of creating credit memo On Account can be done by using Oracle Projects billing with R12.1.3 only.
For the same they say that:-
The Interface Invoices to Receivables process creates credit memo as On Account Credit Memo when the following conditions are satisfied:
1> The Allow Over Application option is set to No in Oracle Receivables and the Create On Account Credit Memo option is enabled in Oracle Projects and
2> There is no balance available to adjust on the invoice
But I am not sure where to perform the setup mentioned on line 1 of setting up Create On Account Credit Memo option is enabled in Oracle Projects.
Does anyone know about it ? Is it a profile option or setup on someother screen. Please help.

Account credit after Apple ID change

I have recently changed my account ID used for iTunes. The transfer was smooth except my account credit has disappeared. How do I regain my funds?

Do you mean that you've updated the details on your existing account or created a new account ?
If you updated your existing account and your balance isn't showing, and you've checked the account's purchase history (e.g. you didn't have any pre-orders and/or auto-renewing subscriptions that were due), then hae you tried logging out and back into the account ? If your balance still doesn't show then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help with where it went : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If you created a new account then your balance will remain on your old account.

When you set up your ipad did you or your husband also set up a rescue e-mail address for you? If so, that would be why he received the instructions. Or do you sync your ipad with his computer?
Actually in terms of it being a problem, it actually makes it easier for you to answer your security questions and follow the instuctions to get back on your ipad. Otherwise, you'll have to call Apple Support.

How to know where a GL account is used

hello all
as FI is not my speciality, can someone explain to me how can I know where a GL account is being used? meaning, we link GL accounts to material groups via valuation class, is there a way to know which valuation class is linked to a specific GL account?

Hi,
Am suprised, how come you are not able to see the valuation class.
In Table T030 (initial screen) the first (row)filed is COA and fifth & Sixth (row) is G/L code.
If you key in these values and execute, the system will display you all relevant details and the sixth column is Valuation class feild.
When i checked in my system the following were displayed and i am able to see the valuation class.
Client, Chart of Accts, Transaction, Val.Grpg Code, Acct modif, Valuation Class, G/L Account , G/L Account.
Do check again.

On-Account Credit

Dear Gurus,
Hi All,
Please provide me the navigation to eliminate On-Account Credit amount from Receipt Screen (e.g.Recept #1).
Business scenario is
1) I made receipt transaction Tk.10000 against a Customer Invoice TK. 8000 a (e.g. Invoice#1) .
2) I have applied TK. 8000 against that Customer Invoice and kept Tk. 2000 Customer On-Account.
3) According to Oracle solution I have created a credit memo of TK. 2000 to net off the customer on-Account
4) Applied to a another invoice of same customer of Tk.5000. System has created the balance due perfectly Tk. 3000 but from Receipt Screen (e.g.Recept #1) On-Account is holding amount Tk. 2000 which should be '0' after applying credit memo to a another invoice.
I am stuck over this scenario. Please come forward with navigation.

In most of the cases, I am able to identify those CMs that should not be applied, then the field reference_line_id is cleared. For those I am not able to identify and the reference_line_id is not cleared, when I locate the credit memo in transactions form, the menu option Action->Applications is disabled.
Is there a profile option to enables that function for on-account credit memos?
In the same responsibility, for a regular credit memo, that function is enabled. So, I think it is not a menu funcion issue.

Where to configure Account Assignment Category for WBS Settlement Rule?

I would like to know where is the Account Assignment Category for WBS settlement rule (FXA, CTR, G/L, WBS) being configured. (SPRO Path)
Currently when I go to our settlement rule creation screen I can only see WBS and FXA, I need to add MAT (Material)

Are you looking to change the image? If so go to system prefs, go to accounts. You'll see the image that you see at login, by clicking on it you'll be given a drop down with all the images which you can select a different right there. If you go to the root directory in the libray folder you'll see a folder user pictures they are in there. The root directory is the main device on your hardrive, you can open finder and see it listed in the sidebar. Hope this helps!

You can get the list as per your requirement on base of Stock transfer order.
If you have number of stock transfer order, You can get report as per your requirement with table BSEG.
Enter SE16 t-code, enter table BSEG.
Then enter your STO number in field of Purchasing document and get list of FI documents

Can't use my account credit

No matter what I do I cannot use the $25 credit I have on my account, I can't re-enter my ITunes g.c because it says the code has already been used and the only way that I'm able to pay for anything is by using a credit card. I've deleted the credit card prior to one purchase clearing and even though a msg. pops up and says that I can use my account credit to pay for this purchase, every time I click on pay, nothing happens. It's like the credit is there but not really there, ITunes acknowledges it's existence but won't let me use it. ***!? What do I do?

Are you trying to buy a game or application?
Canadian law has recently changed and you CANNOT use an iTunes gift card for anything but music & video.
If you want apps, it has to be credit card, in Canada.
