Where is my registered product?

Hello, I called Adobe support to register Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard and I can't seem to find it on my Adobe acount. On the page where it should be. it is blank, even though I called Adobe because I had installed it on a computer that died and I couldn't activate it without calling them. How do I get my product on this page without uninstalling and reinstalling to reregister the product?
Thanks

That's an old product? You haven't registered it before?

Unfotunately, you'll have to give customer service a call. No one here can help since we're simply users such as yourself.

I log in today to find out that my registered CS5 is now missing. Where is it? Why is it missing? Why dose support think "I'm sorry" is an acceptable answer to a blunder like this?

where can i register my macbook pro ?

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
To register your MacBook Pro to your Apple ID, open http://supportprofile.apple.com, log in with your Apple ID, choose Add Products, and follow the steps. You will have to insert your MacBook Pro's serial number, that you can find in the box or in System Information.
If you set up your Apple ID during the first startup of your MacBook Pro, the MacBook is already registered to your Apple ID with iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand

  • How to view registered products?

It's interesting there is no forum for support in general. My question is about the support website. I cannot seem to find a way to simply view - or view at all - items I have registered with Apple. I registered them using my Apple ID so I should be able to view this information.

It's easy to answer your question: We are unable to view our registered items on Apple's Support site.
We used to be able to track our registered products through the Support site, but that facility (with the exception of downloadable software items like QuickTime Pro keys) has been gone for a couple of years now.
Because of this, the best advice is to keep track of your own purchases in case that information is needed by law enforcement agencies (theft), insurance companies (loss) or the IRS (tax itemization) and to not submit this information to Apple, because once it has been submitted, you have little to no control over where it goes or how it is used.

  • Registering Products

Ok, let's say I buy many apple porducts each year and I want to keep track of the products I have registered. Since my university campus blocks some URL's and some internet communication, I can never register my new Macbook, for exemple, usind the "send user registration" alias in my holm folder. This is quite odd per se, since all my proxy configurations are fine and I can use all internet services available through my university's connection. Anyway, since I always have to manually register my computers and since there are other apple products which have no means to be registered automatically, I often navigate to the apple support page and then to the registration forms.
Well, I would like to know the products that I have registered with my apple id so far and I don't want to check my e-mail searching for confirmations. I would like also to know what kind of information apple is saving in their database regarding all my purchases and I would like this information to be available to nanyone but me.

We used to be able to track our registered products through the Support site, but that facility (with the exception of downloadable software items like QuickTime Pro keys) has been gone for a couple of years now. Also, there is no benefit to the consumer for registering an Apple product. Registering a product will not help you if your product is lost or stolen; it is not required to unlock features of hardware products; it does not get you better service or support; it does not enable you to get special deals on other Apple products, or early information about when new products will be released. In fact, the only benefit that I'm aware of for registering products accrues to Apple's Marketing and Sales departments.
If you are concerned about the privacy of your registration information and you want to be sure that information you submit to Apple about your purchases is not distributed, lent or sold to other companies, then the best advice is to keep track of your own purchases in case that information is needed by law enforcement agencies (theft), insurance companies (loss) or the IRS (tax itemization) and to not submit this information to Apple, because once it has been submitted, you have little to no control over where it goes or how it is used.

Where do I register my computer for the one year warranty?

If you’re trying to register an Apple product, chances are it’s already registered. Most Apple products can be registered when you turn them on for the first time and begin the setup process. Service and support for your Apple product are linked to its serial number, so it’s OK if you don’t register it. If you'd like to check the service and support coverage for your Apple mobile device or computer, click here.

  • Listing of Registered Products

Is there a list where you can check your list of purchased and registered Apple products? I was recently updating/checking on the status of my company's Apple products & Apple care status, when I realized I couldn't seem to find a list of what's been registered, and when. It may seem like this is unrelated to Support > Discussions, but when trying to find help regarding the specific make and model of some of the Apple Products, it may be helpful. It would save time searching for, and entering the serial number of each individual product...

Although they used to be trackable through Apple's Support site, there is no longer a listing of the products we've registered with Apple available to us (although it should be noted that registered products and products which have been enrolled in APPs, or which require license keys, e.g., QuickTime Pro, are different things.)
Product registration data is mainly used by Apple in their marketing efforts. For example, the aggregate of the products we've registered may help Apple to filter which items they feel we would be interested in when they do mailings or other promotions. There is no longer a tangible benefit to end-users when we register our Apple products.
Unless we have purchased extended warranties or license keys, information about our purchases is something we have to keep track of ourselves.

  • I have two issues. 1) unable to update Acrobat XI Pro and 2) unable to register product

First issue: I have for the second time installed Acrobat xi pro and then click on "check for updates" from the help menu. And it shows that an update is available. But when I update it I am given the following error message:
Error 1328. Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT669B.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch vendor."
When I click on "details" I am sent to adobe's "update error" page. Which states the following for error 1328: Error applying patch to [filename]. It's likely that something else updated the file, and the patch can't modify it. For more information, contact your patch vendor.
I have tried uninstalling program and re-installing program but still get same error message from my attempt at updating. So I am not sure if program is update or not. And I do not know who my "patch vendor" is.
Second issue: Unable to register product with Adobe. Because the option to do so from the "help" menu which lists "product registration" is greyed/dimmed out. Therefore not giving me the ability to register this product. Please let me know what is causing this problem.

I am not sure, but will suggest some things to try. On the activate issue, it may be that your system already thinks it is activated and so you might try the deactivate and check. If that works, I would suggest you then uninstall, run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, remove anything left of the Acrobat folder, reboot, and reinstall. Hopefully you can open Acrobat and activate. Then do the updates from the Help menu.

I have registered products under multiple appleIDs. I would like to merge them into a another. How?

    You do not.
I have multiple Apple IDs. Is there a way for me to merge them into a single Apple ID?
Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 for Mac does not show up in Applications. Tutorial for editing from iPhoto shows selecting the Adobe software in Applications. Am I missing a step in registering product?

I answered my own question: There's a difference between "download' and "install." Hunt for "install" (1.5 hrs in my case) and line up your passwords, Adobe ID, etc, then install. Took 15 min. The right choice shows up in Applications. Now it's on to figuring out why photo selected for edit in iPhoto does not show up on screen in Elements.

  • My registered product does not show in my account

I installed Acrobat XI Pro upgrade using the vendor supplied serial number and also registered the product. When I look at my onlibe account the product is not listed, and when I try to add it with the supplied SN, I am told to enter a valid SN.
How do I add the product to my account?

For whatever it's worth, I've had the same "problem."  I recently purchased PS Elements 12 through Amazon.  I installed it onto a new Windows 7 64 bit desktop from the Adobe DVD provided.  (There were no prior Photoshop installations on the machine, trial versions or otherwise.)  I entered the serial number enclosed in the product box during the initial set-up process.    When I opened the program for the first time after completing the set-up and rebooting, the Welcome screen advised me to register my product.  I had to first create an ID on Adobe to do so.   Once that was done, I followed the instructions under Your Registered Products to add Photoshop Elements 12, using the same product serial number entered previously.  The site accepted it, recognizing what the product was from the number.  A note advised me that the products list could take up to 30 minutes to update.  When I checked back a couple of hours later, however, it still showed that I have no registered products. I have repeated the registration drill twice with the same results.  Now, a couple of days later, it still shows I have no registered Adobe products.
Apparently my PS Elements 12 is properly activated, though you'd certainly never know that from looking at any of the info screens online or from anything that's displayed inside the open program itself.  I'm guessing that online activation and registration must be two entirely different things.  The program itself appears to be running flawlessly.
One thing I've picked up on from this is the importance of keeping a backup copy of your product serial number in a safe place.   You're probably not going to be able to log onto the Adobe site and recover from there later, if it happens to get lost.

  • How to view registered products? (9/15/2012 - Solved)

In the original thread "How to view registered products?" (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1195139?start=0&tstart=0) the question was asked is if there is a way to view all of your registered products in one place, not just the ones with a warranty.  The original answer at the time was no.
The answers is yes.  You will find it here:
    https://supportprofile.apple.com/MySupportProfile.do
Also, to take a look at products with apple care protection only you can go here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/applecare/
    - Login with Apple ID
    - Click View on the left menu and then continue.
    Or for a direct link:
    https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetAgreements.do
    Hope this helps.

    A supplementary question
Using the Support Profile link in the original mail, I have updated to my current models; however it DID NOT contain a 2008 MBP 15 that I am sure should have been registered as it was still in warranty when I bought it. It should have had a recall (graphics card) which has now failed a few months beyond the end of the service programme.
Should the Support file register ensure notification of any further recalls?
In the case of a used machine does a new registration over-ride the previous owners if they registered it for warranty?
