Which index file is the one i upload my changes in, the .asp or the .shtml file?
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IN UNDERSTANDING WHICH INDEX FILE I SHOULD UPLOAD MY CHANGES IN FOR MY HOME PAGE, THE .ASP OR THE .SHTML FILE? I HAVE PUT IN MY CHANGES IN BOTH FILES, HOWEVER, WHEN I F12 MY CHANGES IN THE .ASP, I ONLY GET THE OPTION THE SAVE AND THEN OPEN THE FILE, AND NOTHING HAPPENS. WHEN I F12 MY .SHTML FILE, ALL MY CHANGES WORK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MY WEBPAGE BACKGROUND WHICH IS ON ALL MY PAGES. I NEED THE BACKGROUND TO SHOW UP AS IT IS ON THE WEBSITE NOW, WITH MY CHANGES, SO I NEED SOME EXPERT ADVICE TO HELP ME WITH THIS.

Sorry guys, for the all caps question. I'm new at this and only know some of the simple things to do to update the home page. I am updating a good friend of mine, Mike Glenn's webpage. I have posted a image and a video on the index.shtml page that we are trying to let viewers and possible investors see the movie we are trying to do on Mike Glenn. I used vimeo to upload the video and used the code it supplied for the link to the movie. Mike's website is www.mikeglenn.com. Being new at trying to make changes to his home page, I wanted to make sure that the index.shtml file was the right file to use. Everything on the page works but his background does not show up when I do F12 to look at my changes before I upload them. I've looked at the code on the website, and the only thing that is different from his web page is the items I'm trying to upload. That's why I'm puzzled about the background. Any help on fixing this and understanding why I don't see his background would be greatly appreciated. I'm needing to get it updated as soon as possible in order for us to get the funding for completing the movie on Mike. Mike Glenn is a former NBA player that played here in Atlanta for the Atlanta Hawks. He has a free basketball camp for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing that has been going on now for 33 years. The movie is about how he started the camp and his love for the Deaf community. Both the .asp and the .shtml files start with index. I would like to thank you guys for responding to me. It sure sounds to me like something on the iPod is broken. If it's under warranty then I would send it back for repair. If not, check out some of the web repair services, such as iPodResQ etc. -
Itunes 10.6.3 - Just update to the new Itunes and the album artwork is not sticking anymore... I upload the artwork and when I change songs and go back the art is gone. Anyone with similar issue ?
I have this issue. Album artwork was totally fine before. After this update, it is all messed up and even got messed up when transferred to my iphone.
iTunes doesn't have the artwork anymore, but then iPhone has it but shows wrong artwork with wrong albums.

Does your daughters email address show up as one of the options in the From line as discussed above? If so, try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank then power ON again in the normal way.] It is 'appsolutely' safe!

how do I get my passcode (not password) in my iphone5s sent to me via email. It's the one that is asked whenever you have to unlock the phone. I got used to having my thumb mark open it that I forgot it after my phone got recharged after it drained out. Apparently, the fingerprint won't do after the phone was drained and recharged again. The passcode has to be typed in. I don't usually allow my phone to drain out except this one time on a long trip. Hence I forgot my passcode and I prefer it being sent to me via my registered email. I know that if you enter it several times, the phone gets locked out over certain periods from 1 minute to 60 minutes so I don't want to take that risk. Any suggestions?
First, this is a user-to-user technical support forum, not a way to communicate with Apple.
That aside, no one can email your passcode to you because no one (not even Apple) knows it. The passcode exists in only one place - on the phone. You will have to restore the phone using the computer that you regularly sync it to. This will reinstall iOS, remove the passcode, and restore your most recent backup.

The album downloaded except one song. It says purchased rather than play and there is no option to try and download the one song that had an error. I deleted the song name from our library, but it still won't let me download. Any advice?

If I change the nation setting of my iTunes in order to buy a song from the American iTunes store, then change my setting back to the Korean store (where you cannot buy music) will that create any problems with my downloaded content? I want to buy an album that I cannot get hold of in Korea, but it is available in the US iTunes store. However since most of my apps are downloaded from the Korean store I'll need to switch back in order to update them. Does anyone know if there are any issues in doing this. I'd rather find out before I spend money, change my store setting back to Korea, and then get told I can't listen to the music because I bought it from the US store and my iTunes is set to the Korean store.
Cheers.You canot easily change your country settings. The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.

I have a Vista operating system with 2 users. Somehow I got two diffent libraries for the users. How can I delete the one and then access the correct library on the other users profile?
Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps. -
I have two iPhones, a 5 which I currently use and an old 4 which I use as a second phone as I am overseas. I have connected both to iTunes. Does this cause any problems have two phones on the one iTune account, as far as updates, etc goes?

It won't cause any problem. Moreover, you will be able to share the purchases between both phones and have the same information by using iCloud, so you don't lose anything -

It should not delete files and such. However, if you have for example files made with Pages '09. Then the new Pages that comes with Mavericks will make a copy of those files so you can continue to edit them. But those new files can not be opened in Pages '09. BUT again, some people perfer Pages '09 and they use that still. Mavericks will just hide Pages '09, it's still usable in Mavericks just hidden.
To be safe, make a back up of your system before doing any major upgrade.

When importing a CD, the "CD Lookup Results" dialogue box came up and I choose the wrong CD title. Now iTunes is wanting to import a different song list than the one on my CD. I've shut down my computer and opened iTunes from the hard drive Program Files and tried to import the CD again with the same problem. How can I retrieve the "CD Looup Results" diaglogue box to choose the correct CD title to fit the song list on my original CD?
You might also be able to do it without importing the songs again I think. Just highlight the tracks, right click them and choose "Get Track Names". This feature only works on CDs that were imported via iTunes.

Dialogue tick boxes un-hiding all fields, not just the ones where value has changed to true
I am hoping someone can help me make what I want to happen, happen if certain check boxes are ticked withing the dialogue box
right now I can see on the console print that the tick box turns the value from false to true but the OK button is also un-hiding all my fields rather than just the ones where the value has turned to true. What am I missing here

if the cable is damaged you will need any way another one, so call Apple and ask for replacement and in case they recieve the Cable and they find out that it's covered they will bill you and then you will see that the deposit is less expensive then to buy new Cable

Go to the iTunes Store. Click on your Apple ID and enter your password. Scroll down towards the end of the page, you should see a line item that says Pre-Order. You can cancel the pre-order there.
