While creating smart form parameters error.

hi.
i am Developing a smart form ..
based on the given parameter the values are coming..(Sorry i am not able to explain the whole scenario bcz i am new to abap)
plz have a look on below image.
Se11 and error..
for creating the parameter options i open the se11 (se11 -image) but i am getting the Error at the time of Check the program..
May i know what is the reason...

from my system i am connecting to the external hard disc..
Coming to first screen shot there is no error its just a warning.

Cannot Create Association Form Parameters on Workflow

I am creating a Reusable workflow. When I click on "Initiation Form Parameters" and then click on "Add" I do not have any options besides field name and information Type. Everything is created as an initiation form. See pictures below.
The first picture is what I do See. The second is what I should see. Is this a feature that I do not have in SharePoint 2010 Foundation or is something wrong?

According to your description, my understanding is that the drop down list "Collect from parameter during:" was missing when you created an Initiation form parameter with SharePoint Designer in SharePoint 2010 Foundation.
I could reproduce your issue when I created a reusable workflow and added an Initiation form parameter with SharePoint Designer in my SharePoint 2010 Foundation.
It seems that we only can create Initiation form parameters with SharePoint Designer UI in SharePoint Foundation by design.
You can try to specify a workflow's association form in the workflow template definition XML.

Error while printing smart form..

Hi all,
I am getting an error while printing the invoice(smartform)
"Error in spool C call: Error from TemSe..."
it gives one pop also saying... Work process restarted; Session terminated.
How to solve it?

System is getting hanged while creating Adobe Form Layout

Hello,
I have Adobe Lifecycle Designer and Adobe Document Service Installed on our server, i have created Adobe form interface in transaction SFP and then a new form created with this interface passing the parameter carrid.
While creating from layout, through library section I used Text function, as I drag and drop text in to the layout, system is getting hanged everytime with message 1.275 bytes transferred.
Gurus please help me to understand this error.

Get Adobe life cycle designer updated vesrion.
Also check your desktop/laptop if it has good RAM .
Adobe is quite fat application which depend upon ur sys prefomanc.

Problem while creating script form - lang EN is not available in client 800

Hi friends,
I getting a problem while creating a script form in SE71.
if I give the name of the script (zform1) and clicked on create then its giving an information message like " Form ZFORM1 language EN is not available in client 800".
But if I use this form in the abap program its giving stop message "Form ZFORM1 language EN is not active and has no errors" and the control is coming out of the program.
What could be the problem and how to solve it friends . Please help me.

Hi There,,
By default all the forms will be there in client 100, if you are using the exisiting form and making a Z copy of the same,, then first you will have to copy from the client 100 to 800.
If you are creating the form right from the scratch,, you will that message,,but need now worry about that..
go head and create the Zform, don't forget to activate the form, before calling in the driver program.
In the driver program,, call the function modules to invoke the form and activate the driver program as well. then you are all set/

Go to TCODE:OKEQ
1)select version 0 here and ext select settings for each fiscal year under controlling area settings
2)give your controlling area XXXX and version 0 then enter
3)select new entries maintain data for new year 2008.

Sap smart form printing error

hi!
I am trying to print one smart from through print program.
the name of smart form is ztestform.
and the name of the function module is /1BCDWB/SF00000099
I am writing following print program.
REPORT ZSMARTFORM.
data fname(30).

formname = 'ztestform'

and it returns with the error " function parameter form name is unknown"
so what should i do?

Smart form Output error

I am using a standard smart form to get the sales invoice but when I execute transaction VA01 and some order number and see issue output to print preview then this error is coming " system message 047 from workarea SSFCOMPOSER does not exist."

Smart Forms size error

i Smart Form i have selected Page :- DINA3 (landscape)(29.7*42.0) and given header window LEFT margin <blank> and width 41.70 CM .
     i am tranfering SF from our system to clients system.
i our system it is OK and activated, but in Clients system it is showing error
        Header window does not fit into page(width).
But i have selected DINA3(landscape) page here aslo, why it is showing error.

<b>My SF shows in Form Attributes page DINA3 but in Form Painter it is showing Page DINA4 (landscape).</b>

1.close that screen
2.open once again.
3. then check your window name the activate the screen,
4.then activate the program.
if u get any error after u did above process means send that error message.
includeing that name of the window .. then i will try it in my system..

While creating Table it shows error as 'missing or invalid option

I had log on to ap/ap@vis in sqlplus and try to create table but showing error.....here below is the table

Wrong payer value while creating PRO FORMA invoice for multiple delivery

Hi experts,
I am trying to create PRO FORMA Invoice for multiple deliveries thru VF01.
The problem here is the payer value is copied as the value of payer for the first delivery to all invoices. All other fields are picked up properly.
Please help me to idenify the problem. Also if I create the invoices thru VF04 the invoices the created with correct payer.

Error while creating Data Form Definition report from Planning

Hi All,
Working on Planning 11.1.2 (x64)
I tried to generate a Data Form Definition report from Planning and found that I get an error if I select the option "Include member selection list". By going a bit deeper, I realised that it errors for some forms while works fine for others.
I have tried to find any differences in setting or selection between the forms but haven't been able to see anything that struck me as a reason for error.
Help please.
