Who to contact?

Hi,
I bought Creative Suite CS5.5 Master collection, Student Version (for my daughter).
I provided the Academic Proof on the 2nd December (Friday), which they acknowledge and asked for the product code.
The code was given to Adobe on the 5th December and I still haven't received anything. I tried calling customer support but gave up after 15 Minutes I then e-mailed again but I have heared nothing.
I don't want to install it on her PC as it states that you must get the serial number before installation.
Any advice on how to speed this up would be  greatly appreciated as I am "getting it in the neck" from my daughter.

The software will install and run fine for 30 days. You’ll get a pop up screen the first time you start any program the first time warning you how many days are left in the demo period until you need to input the serial number.
That said, if you haven’t heard back from Adobe within a week, come on back and I’ll see if I can find anything out for you.

    Does anyone know who to contact regarding purchasing bulk iTunes cards in NZ for a promotion and get a discount.. All these 0800 numbers and no one can help..
    Retailers are aways offering 2 x $20.00 itune cards for $30.00... How do they do this without a discount...

    Have you tried submitting feedback from within Logic? There is a direct email link named Provide Logic Express Feedback within the Logic Express item on the Menu bar.
    Some people have reported being contacted by Apple development staff after using this process.

    Hey everyone - This should be pretty easy.  Usually I recieve an email with a receipt with purchases through Apple. Does anyone know who to contact to get one? I need to expense the purchase of Lion for my work computer.

    I got my receipt a few days ago - about a week after I installed Lion. Maybe it's just taking some time, I'm sure you will get one eventually. But just to be sure, you might as well contact Apple

  • Can login to Xmarks on Mac, 10.6.4, no problem, but running parallels and windows XP and Firefox on that, I can't login to Xmarks since it won't accept my password, and I'm asking who to contact to fix this problem with Xmarks?

    If the question had been asked before, I would have read the answer. Can you make this support any more useless?
    I'm trying to run Firefox on a Mac with Parallels and Windows XP. I can use Firefox, that's fine, what I can't do is sync my bookmarks. They are all synced on both macs, and my old PC, a really slow Dell L110, thus trying to use Parellels. Is there any way to contact someone who can look at why my log in to Xmarks won't work on Parallels?     Same issue - however firefox will open but I can not click on only of my tool bar shortcuts - the writing on the google age is greyed out so I can not click on anything. Still no resolution? I have deleted the folders and re-installed - it will open and then locks and it will not work????

  • How do you know who in contacts can receive text messages on iPad?

    I upgraded my iOS to 5 on my original iPad. Now I have messaging. However, I have no idea who in my 300 contacts have signed up.  Some apps have a way of searching your contacts or Facebook friends to see if they have access to certain games like Words with Friends...  Is there a way to determine who in my list of contacts that I can now send text messages to?  iPad uses apple id (email) and iPhones, use their cellphone, but when I created these contacts, I had no idea if they had an iPhone or later upgraded to one, but kept the same tel #.

    You are right. It's just inconvenient to go through them one at a time. Then a month from now to try to remember which of their email addresses was the one for their apple id or hmmm,.. Was it one of their phone #'s that I sent it to. We need an app!  Remember AIM instant messaging, and you had a list of active participants? We need something like that, because just looking at a phone#, it could be an iPhone or not...

    You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

  • Looking who to contact at HP for purchase info

    I purchased an HP printer from OfficeMax laster year (Sep). I also purchased the care program from OM, but forgot to register the printer.  Now having issues with the printer and cannot find the receipt.  Called OM and they suggested I contact HP as they keep track of sales, and I have had to replace my debit card twice in the past year.
    so any suggestions would be helpful.  The printer is a LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP and I'm getting the color plan registration sensor error.  Tried replacing the cartridges, etc.  Ready to toss the printer and switch brands.

    If the problem happened during the time that your printer was supposed to be under warranty (Sept 2009-Sep 2010), then you can have HP replace your printer and they will just ask you to email/fax to them the copy of your receipt (receipt can be requested from OM or probably from your bank)
    However, since the original factory warranty has expired, then he was right. You need to use the OM extended warranty. There are two types of Extended warranty you can purchase from the local stores. An extended warranty from HP which is called HP Carepack and you're supposed to fill up that HP carepack card and mail it to HP so it will be associated with the printer's serial #. The second type of extended warranty is a store warranty. If the factory warranty has expired and your printer needs to be replaced, it is the local store who's going to replace your printer.
    Did you verify with OM if the extended warranty that you have is from HP or was it just their extended service plan? Usually, this two different warranties cause confusions.

  • Apple sent  defective replacement phones who to contact

    I got issues with my Iphone 5.
    I contacted Apple Support. they replaced my phone with another defective phone.
    I again contacted they did same thing 3 times, and the phone they have given me has yellowish screen.
    they escladed case to 2 different Senior Advisors. nothing helped. Every replacement i recieved was defective.
    Any advice whom should I contact will be much appreciated.

    i again contacted Apple , the same thing they said :they esclated to Senior Adviser
    who said we will again replace with refurbrished one, which i can expect again defective as this happened
    three continues times.
    and i have to remain without phone till i recieve replacement.
    so i refused for replacement.
    Its really unfortunate that big brands like Apple having this kind of service (3 continues defective replacements)
    i said i can pay extra if they can upgrade my phone to atleast some reliable model, they did not agree either.
    no response from filling feedback form either, so look like i have to stay with defective phone

    Sorry to hear about your phone getting stolen, I can definitely help you out. If you’ve got a myAT&T Wireless account set up then you can go to:
    Suspend or Reactivate Service.
    From the menu beside the device you want to suspend, select Lost, Stolen, or Customer request as the reason for suspension.
    Select Suspend. If you selected Stolen as your reason for suspension, we recommend that you also select the option to block the device.
    Select Confirm to suspend service on your device.
    Your monthly plan fees will continue while your service is suspended.
    Or, you can chat with us online or call 800.331.0500 (611 from an AT&T wireless phone) to suspend your wireless service or block your stolen device, if you have access to another phone or to a landline.

    So I have a problem with my Playbook. The charger/usb no longer fits in the slot, thus I cannot charge my playbook. I refuse to pay $80 for a rapid charger(I would need that because I need to use the magnetic 3 pin slot now that my usb port is messed.) I have only had this 3 months, thus it is still under warranty. I have tried a rim and a blackberry support email and they both sent me back automated responses saying could not send, but gave me a bunch of bull websites to use, which clearly won't fix this problem. I need to contact someone so they can send me a rapid charger to replace my old on. Please advise me of who to email. Thank you.
