Why can i not re-download my music?

I have purchased a bunch of music, and i cannot re-download them to my computer or my I-phone 5 (with latest IOS update). the songs are not in my purchased section of itunes, but when i seach them by name they say they are purchased but they dont have an option to re download them. why is that? and how do i re- download them?

Ah, this just happened to me when I moved some files around. What you have to do is delete the songs from your iTunes, then go into Store and click on "Purchased" in the home page (near links for Account and Support) and select "Not on this computer". Then it should give you a link to download them again.
When you delete the song from iTunes it will say that you can only play it from the cloud. That's fine.
Sometimes it takes a few minutes, or you have to go back to the store home page and follow the Purchased link before it recognizes that the files are not on your computer.

I tried to download an album to my computer from the cloud and am not able to. Now the entire album is not showing in my purchased songs. Only 8 of 11 songs and I can't download them.

Why can i not open downloads on my galaxy 10.1 (open is greyed out)

I have downloaded several program extensions, like seo quake on my galaxy tab 10.1 and while they appear under my firefox downloads i cannot open them. Firefox has the open tab greyed out only showing the uninstall and go to site option.
Any suggestions would ne appreciated.

If the Open button is greyed, then maybe its because after the download finished, you changed the file's location (moved the file to some other location) from where it was originally saved at the time you were downloading that file.

I purchased songs on my Ipod touch, but when i tried to sync it to my computer, it got rid of my songs (over 100) that i got from the itunes app. The app wont let me re-download the songs without paying for them agian. What is going on??

In the Control Panel under Appearance and Personalization>Folder Options, make sure Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked
Then right click on one of the psd files, choose Properties>General and paste a screenshot of what you see in that dialog.

O.K. Everything seems to be in order now!
I don't know what happened but this is the results....
After attempting to edit change the information on my iTunesMS account at least 7 times, I posted the above question, logged out of iTunes, closed down all my apps and turned off my computer.
A few hours later, I thought I would give it one more try and when I turned on iTunes, went to the Music Store and then 'reviewed' my account... it had my old American address on it with the country listed as Sweden... I just left it alone, as it didn't have my credit card info listed at all... Curiously, I'm clueless about that (though I did send this same complaint to Apple during the first posting... did that have anything to do with it?) When I clicked the continue button (without changing any info) it prompted me that I was finished setting up my iTunes Music Store account and I was immediately able to download some songs....(using the iTunes Music card--- I have not tried my MasterCard!)
So basically, I did nothing except close iTunes, turn off my computer and later rebooted it and opened iTunes! Strange... does that seem like a fix or what?

I have been sent here by you customer service team to make a complaint.
I have recently purchased Windows 8.1 pro student as a download. I need this for university and was planning on boot camping my mac to do this. I am told the only way to download this product is with a windows machine. I have tried at work but need administrator
privileges also.
This is simply a ridiculous system that you need the operating system that you are downloading to make the download occur. You should be able to download an iso file or the like. I have ordered a backup media (obviously at my expense).
The customer service people I spoke to were very unhelpful. Also this process of complaints is poor. Why can i not talk to someone re a complaint?

SO, I just purchased 2 4th gen ITouch’s and a 2nd gen Ipad for my kids. All is well and fine however my second gen device is toast so I am using one of my kids older 2 gen ITouch. My kids had been complaining that they could not download anything on the 2nd gen devices but I figured they were doing something wrong, my bad. The device has Netflix that works just fine but I am finding that if I were to delete the app and did not have it backed up I would not be able to get it back from the appstore. The device has been taken care of and is in good working order, but I am finding that Apple has chosen to no longer support IOS4.2.1 which I get. However I would expect that at a minimum I would be able to download any app that was available for the 4.2.1 os at the time the next version was released.
Drive space it cheap and ****** off customers are expensive.
Apparently Apple has planned obsolescence built into their business plan which I am finding pretty hard to swallow.
I just purchased over a grand worth of new devices and I am wondering if that was wise since apparently apple will deem them obsolete in a couple of years. That great because the newer devises are great, however I have a devise that there is nothing wrong with and apple has made the choice to no longer support the devise and not allow applicable software downloads making the devise basically useless. This is not supporting your customers!
I would hope that Apple changes their posture on this planned Obsolescence and backs its products durability with the ability to get applicable apps for the actual lifetime of the devise and not some 2 year window.
I brought my concerns to the nearest apple store where they gave me some song and dance about how the older devise was not fast enough. This is probably true for the newer apps but I think if this was a limitation then ITunes should make the newest version of the app at the time of the app is available for the devise.
Like I said drive space is cheap and this is like a row in some database.
I am wondering if I will continue to buy apple products.
