Why can't I cancel my month to month premiere pro subscription?

When I try to cancel it there's no cancel plan option under manage account and there's no indication of a premiere pro plan in the account summary. What the hell is going on?

I have found the Acrobat Pro is the worse programme I have ever encountered. It is so complexed and even when you follow the instructions it will not allow you to cancel my subscription. I am fed up and now I can't access anyone by phone because the number doesn't exist. This is my warning if someone does not contact me within 24hrs I will be notifying my bank to cancel my card with you.

I'm sorry that your Acrobat subscription didn't work out. Please Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and the choose Membership, Account, Payment. At the bottom of the screen, you'll find a blue "Still Need Help?" button. Please click that to find both phone and chat options.

Please post sufficient information about your AVI file so people can help solve your problem. Did you create the AVI file or get it from somewhere else? Read this page and search for "AVI" to find out more: Troubleshoot video files.

Why can't I drag in audio in Adobe Premiere Pro CC?

I am currently editing a film in Premiere and trying to drag in a few clips that contain both audio and video. They were shot on a 5D Mark II and are .MOV files. When dragging them from the media browser to my timeline, the video is dropped but the audio just doesn't show up. I know for a fact it is there, as the Source box shows both the audio and video when I play from it. I've never had this problem before, is there a solution?

Don't know! You'll have to give us more details of what's happening when you try. Can you print other documents OK? When you try to print, does the printer icon appear in the dock - click on it and see if there are any printer messages.

Not sure what you've tried so far to connect. But, make sure you have an Internet connection and log into iCloud with your Apple ID/password from System Preferences/iCloud.
If the OS X you're running is prior to 10.7, you won't be able to use iCloud as this feature was added to OS X beginning with OS X Lion (10.7).

It's under Start > All Programs > Adobe Premiere Pro CC at first. After first launch, windows will remeber it as a recent program and it will be easier to see.
As for why it's not responding... try all the obvious stuff, like force quit/restart/relaunch. Then check your specs and make sure they meet the requirements. After that, it may require some troubleshooting with tech support to find out why things did not install correctly for you.
And, to be clear, installing the tirial is essentially the same as installing the full retail version. The main difference is that you will ge tthat trial dialog each time you launch and it will time out after 30 days if you don't activate by then.

Downloading one months premiere pro

Hello,
I'm a very very horribly amatuer wannabe film maker. I don't know or (right now) care much for presets, codecs and all those fine details that I will learn later on in my career. I do however know how to use the editing software effectively and know how to produce good piece of media so much so that I have made a few pieces of media already and have the support of funds. I brought 1 month of premiere pro a while back (Marchish) and it was so simple to purchase. I literally clicked on buy a month of Premiere pro for around £27 I think it was and voila, it was all ready to go and use.
The second month was a shock due to the fact that I didn't know adobe were sneaky and said it was a reoccuring payment. I didn't mind as it was useful.
Now though, I need to edit a promotional video and I can't figure out how to buy it... I only want one month of premiere pro! That's it!
The entire page that I originally found the buy link and other information looks completley different and I always seem to end up back on Premiere Pro CC - I'm presuming the "name change" has not much effect on the software.
So why can't/where can I purchase a month of Premier Pro?
I have the receipts of the other payments, I have used the free trial already and have the program fully installed onto my computer. I have reviewed the subscriptions manager - which it says to do when trying to open the program. I guess the creative cloud was meant to be a good step forward in having all these apps ready to go but it's just confused the whole process for me. Why can't I just "buy" the Premiere Pro, why is the only option to download a trial? (which i can't do because It's already been used)

You found the Easter Eggs. For an annual subscription only $ 73 per month, for a monthly subscription only $ 110 per month and you are lucky to be based in the UK, because the rest of Europe suffers even more, $ 81 and $ 122 respectively.
It is not for nothing they call it the Adobe Cash Cow CC. The moment you stop renting, the software no longer works, you can no longer access your own copyrighted material and you still have to pay a severance payment of 50% of the remaining months in your subscription. Nice deal,
The only alternative is to buy the perpetual license of CS6 or look at Avid Symphony or Edius as a replacement.

Why do the MP4 files that I import to Premiere Pro CC have unsynced audio? (Resolved)

I have identified and resolved.the issue. There is a bug with how Premeire Pro handles importing videos with variable frame rate.

I had to convert the video with "constant framerate" selected in handbrake. I'm believe the ffmpeg CLI equivilant switch is "-cfr" but I have not tested to be sure.
I can now import videos with synced audio!
I have recorded several hours of footage using a program called XSplit (a screen recording tool).
The files are recorded in a FLV format and I then convert them to MP4 as premiere pro cant read then in FLV.
In a MP4 format I can import the files into Premiere Pro CC and the video looks perfect, but the audio is unsynced. It is also unsynced in non-linear way so it is not something that I can simply unlink and adjust to compensate as it would have to be done manually every minute.
If I import these same MP4s into other video editing programs they import perfectly fine and have no audio sync issues what-so-ever. I only experience this issue in Premeire Pro CC. I can even tested these videos in 6 different media players and they play perfecly fine.
If I convert the files to AVI using ffmpeg or ffmpeg assisted tools it will not import into Premiere Pro CC and gives a "unsupported format or damaged file" error. Once again, this avi can be played and edited in several other programs no problem.
Here are the details about one of these files:
VIdeo Codec: H.264/MPEG-4 AVC
Video: 1280x720
Audio Codec: mp4a: MPEG-4 ACC LC
Audio: 44100hz 63 kb/s tot , stereo (2/0)
Anyone have any ideas on why the audio is becomming de-synced in Premiere Pro CC only?

I'm happy to announce to you all that my "mp4 importing" issues has been sorted out. Now I import mp4 shot with the same Windows Phone 8 Device into Adobe Premiere Pro CS4. Only that for the moment, it doesn't play as fast as with ordinary player.
But how did I get it to work, you may wonder;
I simply installed Itunes on the system, I also installed an app called media monkey. I can't say which of the apps did the magic but the next time I tried to import mp4 files into Premiere Pro after these installations, it imported seamlessly.
Obviously there's a link between the required codecs and the itunes itself.
You may want to try it and hope it works for you.

All my stuffs created and rendered (3d animation and images) are in this resolution format : 854x480
In premiere pro, there is no 480p profil ! strange! why ?.. very disturbing !!
Then i select the avchd 1280p and decided to change the parameters preview to 854x480 and save the profil :
