Why can't I download illustrator? I have been trying for 3 days
I have been trying for 3 days to download illustrator & continue to receive message: "We are experiencing some issues, please try again later". Customer support line takes me to their twitter page & no one has responded to me.

Can you provide more information? Are you downloading the app directly on the website or through the Creative Cloud desktop app?
If it's the former, please try via the desktop app. If it's the latter, can you provide a screen cap?

Why can't I download apps I have to pay for on to my new iPad Mini. I have had an Apple id for my iPhone for years and have downloaded app to it, no problems. When I try to download apps to my new iPad Mini, it tells me my billing info has to be confirmed. After confirming with same info that is already there it tells me to contact support, no help up to this point.
Could the credit card be expired?
Beyond that, what you need to do is contact iTunes support, they can tell you exactly what is wrong, none of us here can do that.
In the lower right corner of this page is a 'contact us' link. Click on that and you'll see a page full of info and links, one of which is iTunes support. -
I have been trying for two days to download the new icloud 4 that was offered at the same time as the new iTunes just prior to iOS8 release.
I keep getting installer package error messages, I uninstalled the previous version to see if that was the problem to now find that I cant reinstall it as the new version is the only one available.
Im using Windows 7, I'm assuming Im not the only one with this problem.
Would a complete uninstall and reinstall of Apple software be of any benefit or is that just a cure all solution when nobody has an answer?@Dakotaep

Hi everyone. I am trying to download ML on my iMac and when I click the download button, I am asked for my PW which I provide and then the ML icon launches in launchpad but nothing takes place. Have been trying for 2 days and this is driving me nuts. Help
Yes it does and there is an indication that the software is downloading but after a few hours, it just stops without any error message. Everything simply disappears and I need to start over again. I have a superfast connection so it should no be this slow. Everything worked fine on my MBP and I am in the same place. Any ideas

I have tried it over and over from different links and I can not download and install and I can not figure out whyI have enough memory and I'm running windows vista my computer and virus protection are up to date. I have been trying to download firefox from google chrome and IE. I just don't understand why my computer keeps telling me that your file is corrupt when I know I downloaded it before and it was fine.

If you set up a Rescue email address:
Go into Manage Your AppleID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, select Password and Security, and click the first option (see below), and you will be able to proceed from there..... (I HOPE the first button is showing for you!)
Reset your password
You can change or reset the password for your Apple ID account by providing some information.
Select your authentication method.
Email authentication: To access your information, we will send an email to the rescue email address on file for you.
Answer security questions: To access your information, you will need to answer the security question(s) provided when you originally created your Apple ID.
If you did not set up a Rescue email address:
1. Go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'Forgotten Security Questions' and fill in that you'd like your security
questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)
2. Once your questions have been reset, and you set up new ones, also set up a RESCUE EMAIL ADDRESS, so if you forget them again, you won't have to go through all of this.....

Install the CC application first. Get Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App & Adobe Application Manager
Login in the CC application.
Click on install to the applications you want. -
Why does Lightroom take so bloody long to download?

I am facing the same problem. I jsut purchase LR 5 upgrade, and am trying to download it. However, it says it takes 8 hours to download?? I have sufficient disk space, so why is this taking so long? It also says there is approx 504 MB for LR 5...

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to Restore the device...
1) Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore...

You may need to try this More than Once...
