Why can't I scale my wallpaper photo? My photo gets blown up so that it's hideous when it's a wallpaper! Apple please fix this!!
I recently updated to iOS 7 and when I tried to change my wallpaper to another photo on my photo album and attempt to resize the photo nothing happens. The photo can only be shown in one size (zoomed in, might I add) so that my wallpaper won't show my whole image. The photo was taken using my iPhone so there's no way the original size doesn't match the iPhone's screen. Is there any solution to this problem?
Screenshots will work in some cases only and its also little tricky. If your changing wallpapers often then you should use some kind of an app that is make for this purpose. I found this app called Wallpaper Tweaks https://itunes.apple.com/app/id792688000

Do you have a smaller capacity micro SD card to try? I seem to remember from past posts that users were having problems with cards larger than 32GB, however, Apple's page doesn't mention this.

Basics from the user guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. I'll bet you've not tried any or all of these basic steps.
BTW, we're users, here, not Apple. So threating to buy an android phone not only makes you look like an idiot, but none of us users on this forum really give a **** what you do. -
This is not an acceptable solution. I cannot ask my customers to change the formatting of their email. Please fix this.
Is it coming through as a winmail.dat file ? If it is then you could try one of the winmail.dat apps from the store and see if that works with it.
Or is it coming through as a PDF but isn't downloading, opening or displaying correctly ? If so then is just the one PDF, all PDFs, from one sender ? Have you tried closing the Mail app via the taskbar and seeing if the PDF opens/displays when you re-open the app ? From the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar. -
On iOS 7 when I try to set a new wallpaper why can't I scale and move my photo? Why does it chop off the heads? Anybody else having this problem?

Why is iMessage taking my incoming emails and then not making them available for my PC to get? Why can I not send a text msg with photos when iMessage is turned off (but MMS is still on).
I compose an iMessage with the destination as my email address and I attach 2 photos I want on my PC. I send them several times from my iPhone 5C but they never arrive. I look at my ipad later and realize that it's iMessage app is getting ( and swallowing) these emails. I then turn the ipad off. Still can't get the photos through because iphone is now getting them on it's iMessage. I turn off the iMessage feature and try to send photos from text msging. Phone tells me it can't send photos unless iMessage it turned on. What happened to regular MMS text messaging? I go and try to send photos as an email attachment and see that there is no option to attach from the stupid email program. I look up online to learn about the brave new world of apple attachments and send them.

The email program on my iphone is not configured to remove messages from the server.
If iMessage is turned off I don't have the issue.

LpkaufmanFor a transition to work, you need handles... basically, enough footage to overlap each other so that the transition can grab from both sides... your clip is merely 7 frames, way too short to be able to add a transition...
I've used the "joining two pieces of fabric" analogy before, but I think it was too girly.. Perhaps another way to think about it, is to think of a "dovetail joint" used in wood working... the two pieces of wood need to grab onto each other in order to hold together...

I have an iPhone and occasionally use it for photos, but my main camera is NOT an iPhone. To be forced to go outside Apple for a product when Apple had perfectly good products available is ludicrous. But it is what it is, apparently.

I installed elements 12 on a Win 8.1 computer and moved all my photos from my old XP machine. I updated to elements 12.1. Now, many/most of my photos will not open because I do not have "permission" to open the files. How do I fix this so I can work with MY photos?
Yes, the Old Master file has a folder for each year where I find all photos from that specific year. I am attaching a screen shot of the file.
In the meantime i have managed to download all photos (it did not download any video files though in mpg, avi, 3gp, m4v,mp4 and mov format) to a new iphoto library. Unfortunately the photos are quite mixed and often doubled up. I ma considering to purchase iphoto library which checks all duplicates in iphoto. this will save me a lot of time. What do you think? -
I can't seem to open (view) my photos. I get an error message that says "the file couldn't be opened because you don't have permission to view it. To view or change permission, select the item in the finder and choose File. Get info." I have never had this happen before? Thanks!
Try the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - Run Option #1, Repair Permissions.
