Why can't I use any of my CC apps?

There was a billing problem but was corrected this morning with the billing dept.  I was informed that my subscription is good and would be able to use the CC apps with no problem.  But when I start one, it tries to validate the subscription and says I need to renew my subscription.   I don't understand.

No, there is no button or link to activate, only request to Renew Subscription on the message window with a link to the login webpage.  When I login, it takes me to the Plan Information page.
There I see two Creative Cloud panels:  one for Free membership with the account status telling me I have access to 30 day trials and one for CC membership (one year).  There is no button or link to activate.  Based on the phone conversation I had with the Billing person, she activated it for me after I gave her my credit card information (which is the same I entered online when I received the new card).
Can I go ahead and close the Free membership one?  I was going to but was afraid it would also cancel the CC one year membership.
What next????  I need to use the apps.  This is holding my projects back.

Spoke with someone in customer service who assured me that things would be working by today.  I was told that I don't need to enter a serial number if I've paid for a subscription, and I don't have one anyway.   • Why can i not hear any sound on my apps?

    New Iphone 4, i can hear clicks, my itunes works - but i cant hear any sound on my apps?  Ive checked settings and audio, but no luck.  Tried playing with the volume buttons too....
    Anyone had this issue?

    If you quit the app and restart it, the sound will return.
    To truly quit an app :
    Press the home button to leave the app.
    Double click the home button, this will reveal your recent apps,
    The last one you used will be on the left. Press and hold the app's icon
    And a 'x' will appear at the corner of the icon. Press the x and the app
    Will quit.
    Click the home button again, then restart the app in question.
    Your sound should now be working.
    I don't know why the sound stops, this happens to me on all my
    IOS devices, iPhone, iPad, iPod.
    Hoping some future update fixes the problem, but until then my
    Method works.

  • Why can't I download any of adobe's apps from the website?

    Before you tell me to use the creative cloud desktop app, i've tried. I can't even install it and I can't find a fix for it. So did I just waste my money? I can't download anything. My firewall is off for these downloads and I turned off my anti-virus software as well. I'm running windows 7 right now. Very frustrated right now. I'm getting the good ol' 205 error and nothing is working to fix it.

    I've updated all apps, updated iTunes, arranged everything as I want, and synced my 5s.  I cannot see any of my downloaded apps. I download a new app...I can watch it download onto my screen, and them it disappears.  My Settings say the apps are ON the phone...but...where the blue heck are they?

    The next step after restore from backup is restore as new. Then test the device, and if it works, then restore from your backup. If the problem comes back, it is a problem in your backup. You would need to restore the device as new again and sync back your content individually.

    I have attempted to use Google , MapQuest and Yahoo map and directions and cannot view the resulting directions because a message appears on the screen requiring me to download MapsGalaxy for Firefox toolbar. I am happy with what I can do currently with the map and direction web sites and do not care to download this toolbar but I am not even offered to opportunity to opt out. There is not even a description of the benefits offered if I would download the toolbar. I'm not one who enjoys being force fed things I did not request. What goes on and why am I being forced to download this toolbar in order to continue to use the map web sites? Thanks for your assistance.

    Firstly I'd like to clarify myself: I'm not working for any hardware and software vendor. I've posted few times: they (all of them) don't sell printers, they sell inks because in many cases total cost of a new set of inks is more expensive than a new printer with inks (I know cartridges are not full). Since inks are very expensive, many people use chip resetters, continuous inks systems .... to reduce printing cost such as some thing like one of this.

  • Why can't I use any of my apps on a secondary computer?

    I never thought I'd have any issues with Adobe, however since purchasing a Creative Cloud Subscription a few days ago I'm having a licensing issue.
    On my first Windows PC, I downloaded and installed all Apps avaliable to me via Adobe Application Manager.
    Upon running my first app, I was able to click 'Sign In' and was sorted.
    However on my second Windows PC, also downloading and installing via the Manager, things got weird.
    I ran Photoshop for the first time, and clicked 'Sign In'.. Everything seemed fine.
    After restarting my computer, I tried to open Illustrator and recieved a window asking me to activate the product.
    Suddenly, every single application is now pretty much under a 30 day trial. Upon following these instructions via your Support Site - it didn't do anything. So, I followed these instructions to convert them from trials - however after signing in I don't get 'Congratulations'.. I get 'Serial Number'.
    What now? I would love to solve this issue before I can't use the software any more after 30 days for no reason.

  • Why can't I use any browers?

    Whenever I try to go on safari it says that I need a certificate, I click open certificate and get nothing.
    On google chrome it says every website is blocked because someone is using my internet and it says it will be shortly ok again. I waited 4 days and still the same for that one.

    You have given no indication of your network setup.
    How do you get internet in your house??
    Please give the make and model of the modem.
    Do other devices in your house get internet via this modem.. ie it is only the imac that fails... or are you posting via iphone over 3G??
    We need full details..
    Let me strongly suggest you plug the iMac or MBP directly to the modem.. completely remove the airport router.. does internet now work?? If so factory reset the AE and start over.

  • Why can't I use any downloaded program on my Macbook?

    It seems to be that I can't do anything when I open a downloaded program. That includes programs such as Adobe, Microsoft Office en even the smallest such as VLC Media Player. Programs that were already on the laptop such as Safari, Finder, Apple Mail, App Store are no problem. I can restart the computer and maybe it will work again but it is about a 1/10 chance.
    I have a 15 inch Macbook Mid 2010 version 10.6.8. I have updated to Mavericks but it didn't help the situation (version 10.9)

  • Why can't I use any of my smart playlist on my iphone 4.

    I have had the hardest time to get any of my podcast that I manually set up in itunes to work.  None of my smart playlist work either.   Itunes shows they are on the phone but they will not play.  It seems as soons as apple introduced the podcast app everything started having issues regarding smart playlist.
    Any Ideas?

  • I updated to 1.1.3 - Why can't I use any of the new features?

    Hey, I just got my ipod touch 8 gig. It came with 1.1.2 on it so I updated. Now when I go to settings and about, it says it's 1.1.3 as well... However I cant add clips to my home screen (when I press + all I see is add bookmark), and I also can't re arrange my icons.... Do I need to do something to enable these features? What the **** is wrong with my ipod, it seems to still be on 1.1.2 and just think it's on 1.1.3

    To add webapps to your homesceen, to add lyrics to your ipod, to make the apps on the homescreen jiggle around . You MUST buy the $20 upgrade. All the firmware update of 1.1.3 added was the ability for your ipod to watch rented movies from itunes and thats ONLY if you update your itunes to 7.6. So to get anything you wish you must get the $20 upgrade.

    I have been having a real difficult time downloading the apps in the Creative Suite. I got lucky
    and got the Photoshop, Bridge, and Dreamweaver apps downloaded and installed, but now I cannot
    get those programs updated. Still, the same pop-up message I get is, "installation (or update) failed".

  • Why can't I use my normal mail account for synching notes

    I maintain my father's iDevices/computers as he has Parkinsons and does not understand the technology behind how these services work. I need to maintain as simple a configuration as possible. As an example calendaring is difficult as new entries are not necessarily put in the calendar he uses and I have to talk him through how to show all calendars on a regular basis. I can't have his mail on IMAP as he cannot manage his mail and his mailbox fills up. I can't simply pay for storage ad infinitum - my local copy of his mail is about 6 GB and growing.
    I have seen several discussions where it is clear that we *must* use an icloud.com e-mail account for synching notes via IMAP, but none of them have explained WHY I MUST USE @icloud.com e-mail. If this is an IMAP based service why can't I use any other IMAP server
    I see that it is referred to as an "icloud account" but if I have to enable mail, it becomes an e-mail account, which I do not want as it will be confusing if there is an issue with the main mail server (which I maintain) it will present an option to use the icloud.com e-mail as a valid option to send the mail.
    I do not turn on the mail option in icloud.. (only calendar, contacts, reminders and find my iphone). I find it dissapointing that this is now what seems to be a "requirement".

    That is absolutely unnecessary, but more convenient to have icloud to sync your notes. I use other IMAPs as well and can sync my notes with google and yahoo and icloud(corresponding email is required in all cases). It is your choice and you can pick your poison, but you will find out that icloud is more convenient after you or him will lose his info few times. There is no requirement, you can even use the group that will not sync with anything "on my device" if you disable all of IMAPS. Icloud is just the one that you can call Apple and normally people prefer to work with Apple support way more then with google's or yahoo's, but that is again up to your preference.
