[Why] Character in message is change to &lt ;

Question

Response from OSB is a "JSON Message" need to change to "XML message". So I add a Jar file to response flow to call a convert string method.
The Jar file convert from JSON to XML properly when running individually in Developer Kit .
In response document from OSB test console, the message converted is almost correct except all character < are change to "&lt ;"
This is example of response message:
&lt ;o>&lt ;data>&lt ;address>a&lt ;/address>&lt ;cas>false&lt ;/cas>&lt ;chat>true&lt ;/chat>&lt ;cust_admin>true&lt ;/cust_admin>&lt ;depId>4&lt;/depId>&lt ;dep_id>4&lt ;/dep_id>&lt ;down_nt>e&lt ;/down_nt>&lt ;email>[email protected]&lt ;/email>
( There is no space between &lt and ; )
This is java code:

XMLSerializer serializer = new XMLSerializer();
JSON json = JSONSerializer.toJSON( jsonData );
serializer.setTypeHintsEnabled(false);
String xml = serializer.write( json );
return xml;
What should i do to fix this? From OSB or from java class?

sorry i had fixed with fn-bea:inlinedXML.
