Why do I get Math Exception Error - the underlying analysis dll was not found
I can find this question in the list, but the answer is about .NET.
I am only using MFC on MS2010. Anybody know which dll I should include?

My guess is that you've only installed the MFC 2010 support, but not run through the actual MStudio installer. The following instructions come from the "Installing C++ MFC Legacy Support if Measurement Studio 2009 Visual C++ MFC Support for Visual Studio 2008 or Measurement Studio 2009 Visual C++ MFC Support for Visual Studio 2005 Is Not Installed" section of the MFC 2010 support readme. Please make sure you've followed these instructions, I think it should resolve the errors you're seeing.
Complete the following steps to install C++ MFC Legacy Support on a machine that does not already have Measurement Studio 2009 Visual C++ MFC Support for Visual Studio 2008 or Measurement Studio 2009 Visual C++ MFC Support for Visual Studio 2005 installed:
Log on as Administrator or as a user with administrator privileges.
Install Measurement Studio 2010 or later .NET support for Visual Studio 2010. You can perform a minimal installation—de-select Help, Examples, Visual Studio Integration, Additional Features, and Device Drivers from the installer feature tree. This installs the underlying dependencies required by the Analysis and DataSocket Visual C++ MFC class libraries.
Double-click the MStudioVS2010CppLegacyR2 self-extracting .exe file.
Enter the password provided in the email you received from National Instruments validating your use of this product and click OK. The file automatically extracts to Program Files\National Instruments\MeasurementStudioVS2010\VCNET on a 32-bit operating system or Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\MeasurementStudioVS2010\VCNET on a 64-bit operating system.
Navigate to the NIACTIVEX folder within the extracted VCNET directory and double-click setup.exe to run the NI Measurement Studio ActiveX Control Installer. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen. You can use the same serial number for this installer that you used to activate Measurement Studio 2010 or later. This installs underlying dependencies required by the User Interface and 3D Graph class libraries. The R2 version includes an updated NI Measurement Studio ActiveX Control Installer; National Instruments recommends using the latest version of this installer.

UI error "The requested lookup key was not found in any active" workaround
Hi All.
Some of you might have this problem when making a UI-Connection "The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context"
Talking to SAP Support and Gianluigi Bagnoli about the problem here is a sum of the problem and the workaround to prevent it (at least untill SAP development fix the problem)
Some facts:
- The error is present in SBO2005A SP01 and SBO2005B SP00, SBO2007A should not be affected
- The error occur because the SAP client fail to provide the correct/entire connection-string
- The problem is actually an underlying problem from Microsoft (try searching google with the error message)
- Normally after the error occur, you can go to Administration > Add-ons and start the add-on manually without problems
Some additional observations
- The error mostly happen just after startup of a windows machine
- We have had a couple of customers that have had the problem, then upgraded the SAP client to a new patchlevel and got rid of the problem (but we have also had customers where this did not help)
- Seem to be happening more often of slower machines
Workaround
Knowing that this problem is tied to and incorrect connection string is also the "workaround"... What you could do is to create exception handling around the UI connection, and if it fails connection using the development connection string (like you do during development) The connection string is: 0030002C0030002C00530041005000420044005F00440061007400650076002C0050004
Using this method, you will be able to establish a connection even if the client is unable to provide you a correct connectionstring, but the draw-back of this workaround is that the add-on will be indicated as failed in the Add-on Manager and the user is not able to stop the add-on in any way other than disconnection from the company.Hi,
I am looking for a solution to the error "The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context" too.
In our add-on we do two SboGuiApi.Connect(sConnectionString), one from MyAddon.exe and the other one from MyAddon.dll. The .exe catches messages and .dll interacts with UI to paint forms etc. It is since the .exe and .dll are not in the same thread. The first connection works fine in the .exe, then that connection string is passed to the dll and the error is raised. The rare thing is why it works fine from the development enviroment, but doesn't work when SAP is starting the Addon?
Is it possible connect twice?
Can we connect in the .exe using the connection string received from SAP and in the .dll using the development connection string?

My problem is the FieldPoint error message in LabWindows/CVI v6.0.
When hook up with Ethernet module(FP-1600), NO Problem on the source code, specially item Name "All". See the actual code.

But When hook up with RS-232C Module(FP-1000), occured error. The error code is 32812, that means "The Specified tag name was not found."
What makes this error? Why item name "All" makes the error when using FP-1000?

Also, I have seen this error when targetting serial modules with FieldPoint Explorer open. Make sure FP Explorer is closed. -

Remove all of these items in the following order:

Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Error on Startup - aflamingo.dll was not found (Windows XP)
When starting PS CS6 I receive this error:
"This application has failed to start because aflamingo.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

After I click okay PS launches and from what I can tell works without issue. This error cropped up after I installed some plug-ins I was using with CS5.

Error on Startup - aflamingo.dll was not found (Windows XP - CS6)
I had this error happen with the Beta of PS CS6. I re-installed the beta and the error came back. Then yesterday I uninstalled the beta and installed the PS CS6 Trial Version and today this error is happening again. Re-installing obviously does not fix this error, any other thoughts?

Installed TWAIN devices: NONEI suspect you have some part of Photoshop CS6 tied somehow back to an earlier version.
There is an AFlamingo.dll provided as part of Photoshops CS4 and CS5, but NOT CS6, and I know my Photoshop CS6 starts up fine without it.

I see you have a number of 3rd party plug-ins and optional packages listed... How did you install those? Did you verify all are compatible with Photoshop CS6?

I had i tunes but the other day,but this came up

Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Was not enough room to finish. I tried to uninstall all Apple programs and reinstall but I was asked to validate an unidentified publisher and don't have a clue what that is and could not remove programs. I am not good at fixing stuff on the computer and would like some help with this. I have had iTunes for a long time without issue.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)

New LR 4 on Windows VISTA 64 bit system fails to load. Error message says MSVCR100.dll was not found
I reloaded LR and tried to "repair" it x2. Same error and it will not open. Can I try to download the trial version and use my serial number, return the product or is ther something simple I can do. Thanks

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your taking the time to help me with this problem. I'm doing a healing technician training class at my church, and have most of my study material on my ipod. It cashed this weekend which hindered my preparation for my class tomorrow night. I went to the local "Apple Store" late last night and they could get me up and running. They suggested that I call the APL CARD line which I did today, but they gave me a nice run around seccession, and did nothing. Then I was lead to "Google" my question, which eventually lead me to the "Apple" site. Praise the LORD for your help and may you be richly blessed with multiplied blessings in all that you put your hands to do. May you receive a great harvest. As far as I'm concerned you were used by the LORD, and are the real genius!!!

When I originally downloaded iTunes my iPhone would sync to my computer when I connected the USB plug. Now it won't do it. I removed iTunes from my computer and have attempted to re download iTunes to no avail. I get several error msgs during the download: msvcr80.dll was not found; iTunes was not installed correctly, error 7; Windows error 126; Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device failed to start)

HP Officejet Pro 8500 A909G – The HP Imaging Device was not found
I have a HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless A909G. My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit that was upgraded from the original Windows Vista 64bit that came installed on my HP Pavilion Elite m9400t CTO Desktop PC.
After performing the Windows 7 upgrade I installed OJP8500vA909_Full_13 to support the 8500, and everything worked fine.
I recently noticed that the scanner function had stopped working from Solution Center, and uninstalled V13. I downloaded and installed OJP8500vA909_Full_14. The install completes without error, but then I get scanner error “The HP imaging device was not found” with extended error code 8, [(1,0, -2147221164)].
I have performed all the suggested Solution Center steps to resolve the error without success. Including:
1) Updated the firmware to OfficejetPro8500A909g_R1006B_ENG
2) Ran OJP8500vA909_Corporate_Scrubber_14
3) Uninstalled all programs, deleted %temp% files, and changed the startup using MSCONFIG.
4) Deleted all other imaging programs including camera software, and reinstalled.
5) Performed HP Update and installed network fix.
I have performed these steps many times and keep getting the same error. The scanner works using the front panel function “Scan to network folder.
Please help.

I get this error when I click on a link in an email on my iPhone to a thread that I'm monitoring.
I don't get the error when I click on the same link from my PC.

I have a new iTouch. I'm having trouble downloading iTunes. I keep getting the error message: "Apple Application Software was not found. Apple application support is required to run iTunesHelper. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again. Error 2." I have uninstalled and tried installing again and get the same error message. What do i need to do?
LgInstall 7-Zip (free), or a free trial of WinRAR, and use one of them to extract the contents of the iTunesSetup.exe or iTunesSetup64.exe installer file, then try installing AppleApplicationSupport.msi as a standalone component. Even if it won't install you may get a more useful error message as to why not.
