Why do i keep getting an error message when i try to backup my iphone 4
My iphone 4 will not back up, keep getting message "backup was not able to save to computer" i have reconfigured my anti virus and uninstalled and reinstalled itunes. Can anyone help me?

Every time I try to get started with the Droid Zap" app on my Droid Maxx, I keep getting an error message saying, "Unable to connect at this time, try again later." This has been happening for 3 weeks now.
tabascobulldog, sorry to hear that you're having troubles with that application, but we'd be hqappy to help. What model of device are we working with? Are all other data services working? Have you tried using the app with both Mobile Data and WiFi? What about uninstalling and reinstalling the application? Any recent changes since this started happening? New apps or software updates?

Every time I try to login to My Medicare. gov I keep getting this message "The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified." I have used this site many times before but today I keep getting this message. I cleaned out my cache but I continue to get this message. I can login using anouther web browser, but not on Foxfire.

The message is universal for everyone. Even I get that message. You just have to wait for it to be back up. There's nothing we can do to fix that error as it's over on Medicare.gov's end. -

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging in to ExportPDF via Reader. I've checked your account, and all is well there.
For starters, please make sure that you have the most current version of Reader installed by choosing Help > Check for Updates.
If you're still having trouble logging in via Reader, please try logging in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com.

I have a Macbook Pro. I just purchased Acrobat Pro DC and keep getting an error message when I try to download, saying I need to contact support. I've eliminated previous versions of the application because they were US-based versions and I'm now living in Australia. I checked Flash and it seems to be installed correctly. what am I doing wrong?

Error -50 is a very unhelpful generic communications error with a number of possible causes. Something between the drive to which you are downloading and the drive from which it is all coming is not working correctly, which probably leaves several hundred options.

I just got the palm treo 650 on alltel. didn't realize it was going to be so involved. lol I got email set up but keep getting an error message when i try to send. the message is 530 5.7.0 must issue a STARTTLS command first. What does that mean and how do i fix it?

Post relates to: Treo 650 (Alltel)Our CEO at our hospital has the exact same problem with this phone, we have been workign with alltel on the problem for quite some time now, and cant seem to find a solution. His can receive emails with no problems but gets an error code 530 when tryng to send an email. But he only gets the error when he is outside of the alltel network. If hes in our hometown then everything works great. Needless to say hes been getting quite irritated with the problem and needs it fixed ASAP. If anyone every figures out a soluting to this problem please let me know.

You are seeing the message because the new AirPort Extreme has some specific System Requirements:

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later and AirPort Utility 1.3
Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later and AirPort Utility 6.3
AirPort Utility 5.6.1 in Snow Leopard may or may not work correctly with the new Extreme for all functions. As long as things are working OK for now, you can probably leave them "as is" and wait for another Mavericks update to fix some issues before you "upgrade".
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you could use that to administer any settings changes on the new Extreme. -
