Why do I receive internal server error (#IS6532) when I Get Messages?
When I "Get Messages" in TB, I receive one of three messages:
● Sending of password for user [email protected] did not succeed. Mail server pop.mail.yahoo.com responded: internal server error (#IS6532)
● The mail server responded: From address not verified - see http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/manage/sendfrom-07.html. Please verify that your email address is correct in your Mail preferences and try again.

This has started recently with no changes on my part. I have Yahoo set up to forward a copy to an alternate email address.

The error code seems to be a recurrent Yahoo! issue, viz:

This guy proposes a solution, but since this was some time ago, it's hard to see that it is relevant today. However, it would be good to check you're using the recommended settings.

Given Yahoo's somewhat spotty record, it seems likely that your two other errors are also part of the general unreliability of Yahoo's service. :-(

500 internal server error - OWA when trying to open options - Exchange 2010
Hello,
I have been in the process of setting up our new exchange 2010 server and have found the following issue. I can log into the secure OWA site without issue and can send and receive emails fine. When i attempt to select any "option" such
as set automatic replies or see all options I receive the following error message -
"500 internal server error there is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and cannot be displayed".
I have verified that all required exchange servicesare running.
I am running exchange 2010 sp3 on server 2012.
I think it may an issue within IIS but i'm not sure

According to your description, there is a 500 internal server error when you select any Option in your OWA.
Based on my research, we can try the following steps:
1. Check whether Virtual Directories Authentication configured properly. Enable the ECP Virtual Directory with Anonymous and Basic Authentication.
2. Check on the Application Pools to view whether ECP Application Pool is running on .NET Framework v4.0. It maybe the incompletely installation of Framework that causes this error.
If so, We can try to run the following command as Administrator:
%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
Or change the MSExchangeECPAppPool from .NET Framework from v4.0 to v2.0. Then restart IIS.

JHS 10.1.3 Internal Server Error - Page when a view raises an exception
I have a view with some logic (based on a table function) and created: entity object, view object and (jhs) an advanced search page. When the view raises an exception an "500 Internal Server Error"-page is showed, but I expected the error would be showed in de messages-component.
I created a test case: a view on employees-table with in the select a function that raises an exception when last_name starts with "L". On this view an entity obejct, a view object and application module.
I generated with JHS a page : layout: table and only advanced search.
The first time the page is loaded (with auto query) some records are showed and the exception is showed as expected in the message-component. When I do a search (without criteria) the "500 Internal Server Error" pages is showed.
When I create manual a search page, the behavior is as expected.

Internal Server Error (NullPointerException) when invoking a Web Service
I'm using SOA suite 10.1.3.3 (incl the latest patch set) on Windows XP.
I've created 3 web services using the wizard interface out of 3 existing WSDL files. The Java code inside the web services is just dummy code.
I'm testing the web services using the Test Web Service functionality in Oracle Enterprise Manager's Application Server Control.
The moment I fill in the data and press invoke, I get back the following fault:

This error is coming again. And is very frequent but when same page is refreshed couple of times page loads properly.

Dear Sirs
To save you repeating yourselves by trying to give me fruitless advice, I'm going to start by telling you what I already know. Please rest assured though that this is a complaint.
I know that BT have fallen out with Yahoo and that you're transferring our email services to another email provider. I have lately endured an intermittent break in my email service which puts my email out of action for hours at a time. This interrupts my ability to contact my friends - some of them customers of mine - and to fulfil my responsibilities to the charity I have certain duties with AND (you'll be perturbed to hear) prevents me being notified on those regular occasions when my BT bill becomes payable. I am 'paperless' as far as possible; indeed, I congratulate you on providing me with this web form as a means of submitting a complaint to you, though clearly, it seems you're not too fond of email yourselves....
I say intermittent breaks in service; I mean almost daily for about eight months now.
At first I was prompted to call you. I had had a problem – my password continually being refuse and needing to be changed then being unable to log on to the email servers. I understand you 'solved' that by deciding to terminate the contract with Yahoo. I was told on those all too frequent occasions when I contacted you, it was a problem with my POP3 mail client that had prompted me for my password - several times a day for months on end - that if I refrained from logging-in to multiple devices - like a LOT of people, when I ONLY use one PC, I don’t use my smartphone to access my messages
Like you though, I never understood why such a common situation – such as millions of people accessing their email on numerous device like this these days - should mean the Yahoo email servers couldn't cope. I applaud your decision therefore to look for a better service elsewhere... Can you see where this is going? Please bear with me.
After a few short months, in March 2013 if memory serves, I heard that BT was ditching Yahoo and that my email service would be transferring to the comforting bosom of BT. Or rather, to another American company - but not Yahoo.
Shortly thereafter, this problem started to occur again, though with a slight tweak that has added to my irritation. These days - almost daily for eight months - I find I can't log-on to the Yahoo email servers, I'm given the frightening news that 'suspicious activity' has been detected on my account, and am told, on those frequent occasions, almost daily, when I contact you, that I must change my password and/or I must change my security questions in order to make the problem go away.
Initially I followed your advice. I changed my password. I changed my security questions. I changed them again. I changed them again. I barely know where I was born now, nor who my mother was. Each time though, the problem recurred after a day or two. I checked I wasn't letting my different devices auto-sync as before. I changed the security software on my PC. Nothing changed, so I stopped following the very high quality, NOT, advice of the highly qualified BT help line staff that is when I could understand their gibbering.
In bitter reflection of what I presently perceive to be BT's corporate aspirations, I am now enduring an effective break in service - almost daily for eight months - which lasts for a few hours before everything returns to normal. I stopped wasting my time changing my password and contacting customer (no) help (at all) line. Now I'm hoping you'll stop wasting my time telling me that I should contact customer help.
Regrettably, I've spoken to numerous people in the last few months -who despite my explaining the above at length couldn't resist telling me I should change my password no less than eight times between them. With the end result that next day I’m back to square one having to go online and change my password etc AGAIN.
As you can see from my signature I no fool, I’ve worked with computer for almost 30 years now, with the causation in 99.9999% of case like this being POOR CODEING in the main program or subroutine, usually caused by an undertrained **bleep** that thinks he/she knows it all but knows jack

Internal Server Error while accessing login page.
Hi,
We have recently upgraded our database from 9.2.0.8 to 11.2.0.3 on AIX 6.1 platform (EBS version 11.5.10.2). We are not able to get the login page and receiving Internal Server Error on the login page without any error messages.
On checking we have found following errors in mod_jserv.log:

We tried clearing the cache directories and bounced Apache but that dint help.
Why would we be receving this error and how to resolve it?OK, this is an all too common issue - the logs are insufficient so you may well have to try some extra debugging to properly understand the problem.

Basically, you should do the following - and maybe upload the logs here if you want to. I assume you are on 11.5.10. If not, then amend as appropriate:
Enable de-bug for Apache and Jserv:
1. Shut down the oracle application server.
2. Backup or change the name of the following files:
IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log
IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log_pls
IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/access_log
IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/logs/mod_jserv.log and jserv.log
After making a copy of these files or after renaming them, please delete
them from these directories. This enables new log files to be created
when the applications server is restarted and will help you to focus on
the current problem.
3. Enable debug logging for Apache
Update IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf to set the LogLevel parameter:
LogLevel debug
4. Enable debug logging for Jserv and mod_jserv
a) Update iAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc/jserv.conf to set ApJServLogLevel parameter to:
ApJServLogLevel debug (from warn)
b) Update iAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc/jserv.properties to set the
log=true
log.channel.info=true
5. Enable debugging in ssp_init.txt
Update iAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc/ssp_init.txt to add Debug:
DebugLevel=5
DebugSwitch=ON
6. Please re-start the application server

The .dbc file looks fine.
I connect successfully to database.
I tried to reinstall JDeveloper.
I performed many searches on MOS, OTN, Google, etc...
I tried to change the Startup Settings (Host Name, IP Address settings) of the Embedded OC4J Server Preferences.
I am stuck.
Any ideas?

I checked again the .dbc file.
I downloaded again the file from $INST_TOP/appl/fnd/12.0.0/secure to <JDEV_USER_HOME>\dbc_files\secure
This file worked fine for JDeveloper for 12.2.3.
I went again through "Oracle Application Framework Developer's Guide Release 12.2.4 July 2014" but could not find any part related to .dbc file having changed from previous release.
I tried to comment out the parameter APPS_JDBC_URL in .dbc as per MOS note "Troubleshooting JDeveloper setup for Oracle Applications (Doc ID 357218.1)"
But I still face the issue.
According to the note "Configuring JDeveloper For Use With Oracle Applications 11i and R12 (Doc ID 330236.1)", I have added the following debug parameters in the project properties:
-Djbo.debugoutput=console -Djbo.logging.trace.threshold=9 -Djbo.jdbc.driver.verbose=true -Djbo.jdbc.trace=true

Internal server error when trying to submit report
Hi all,
I'm using Oracle Forms builder 10g. I'm trying to submit an oracle report via button in my form. The report is working fine in the DB and via the Oracle Report Builder 10g. But via the Application i receive Internal server error... We bounced the appache and the report starts to work but after logout and then login - the report throws Internal Server Error again...
Any ideas how is this possible? The functionality of the form is working properly - like creating new records and etc... but only the behavior of the report is not OK...

HTTP 500 internal server error in HTTP - RFC
Hi,
I configured for HTTP-RFC and when i send data from 3rd party system with the help of url for http sender, it gives HTTP 500 internal server error. I am getting this error on 3rd party system.
I am using the following url

I have entered PISUPER log on details in sicf transaction in PI so that it wont prompt for id and pw and thats why i removed id and pw from the url also.
Is it because the 3rd party system not registerd in sld properly ?
I got the response ok with the HTTP client testing tool.

I am getting the error in the sender system. I have a doubt that the message is not reacing PI itself. I dont see any messages in sxmb_moni when i send the data from 3rd party application system but i can see the data when i send it from HTTP cleint tool.
can yu plz check whether my url is correct or not and how to make confirm that the TS and BS created in sld for the 3rd party application system r correct and working properly.
when i test from HTTP client i am getting the response code as ok. when i compare with the response file from the BC it has data for the other fields but the response in HTTP client has just OK code and i dont see the data for other fields.

We have had a new server up for @ 1 week, running Netware 6.5 w/ sp1.
Also running BM 3.8 and using the server as our DHCP server. It has been
running ok with all users having internet access. However, today, users
started getting a "500 internal server error Out of Disk Space" message
when they tried to connect to the internet through a browser. Any ideas as
to why and possible solutions?

Yes, the proxy cache was on volume Sys, but it had plenty of free space
(10gb+)even when the error started to occur, although there were 64
subdirectories in the /etc/proxy/cache subdirectory. I went into BM setup
and changed the cache to another volume (Vol1) and rebooted, with the same
result. I'm still getting the same error message. JohnB
