Why do my new incoming messages no longer have the htmp but rather very long websits to click on to see themessages?
I used to have a "remote control" button to push to see the contents of messages, but now I have a very, very, very long website to go into to see each individual piece of info, example from Belks, Kohls and other retail stores this is the case.
The message tells me that my "htmp" is not on. Why? How do I turn on ? I am not to experienced with these types of problems..so please help.
In the message window, try View (Alt-V) - Message Body As - Original HTML.

certain events in iPhoto will not sync to my iPad. No Error messages comes up and the photos themselves are ok. its like my ipad doesn't see them. Cause i can get some photos on there just not all. Photos are from the same camera and should all be in the same format.

Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

I have an old version Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium. I uninstalled it from my old computer and was trying to install it on my new computer. It copied all the files but I cant open them and it doesn't ask me for my registration info, which I have. What shall I do to get Adobe up and running?
when you were install your cs3 you should have been prompted for you serial number. were you?
if not, you probably didn't properly install cs3. copying/migrating/moving etc is problematic.
if yes, did you see any error messages during installation?
if yes, attach a screenshot of the error message.
if not, check you install logs, Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC -

It's easy to rename each unit. When you connect your iPad and it syncs, the unit will appear on the left of the iTUnes screens just click on the unit there and you can rename it. You should do this immediately so you can see which unit was backed up by it's name. You can sync as many decices as you want in one iTunes library and you can even share Apps as long as you're going to sync both from teh same iTunes account. My household has 2 iPad 2s and we share our apps, and we also share downloaded books, magazines, music, etc.......

Why does my grandson's iPhone 5 not have the "None" option in billing info? I have it on my iPad Mini and on my iPhone 4S. We both live in Canada within 20 minutes of each other.

There were some updates on my Apps. I updated them on my iTunes but my iPad did not get the same downloads/updates thru iCloud. Does the iCloud only works for "New" Apps or Books downloaded from the store but not the "Updates"?
Purchased music does not count against your iCloud storage and you cannot get rid of them in the purchased tab.

I got new hard driver for my MacBook I don't have the cd but I do have flash drive that has the software I need help because when I turn on my laptop it shows me a file with question mark how can I install the software from the flash driver?
Hold down the Option key while you boot your Mac. Then, it should show you a selection of devices. Click your flash drive and it will boot from that.

How do I delete a credit card from my iTunes account without adding another one? My friend bought an app with her credit card and I no longer have the info but every time I try to download a free app (ex: Instagram, Twitter, vine etc.) it ask for the credit cards security code. I downloaded latest software on iphone 4 and installed new software on my imac (snow leopard 8.6)and now phone not synching with new itunes. Itunes does recognize the phone but the itunes is totally different now. It doesn't look anything like the previous vesions. I can't even find a tab for synching. very strange. any help is appriciated.

I had my hard drive replaced and I cant get my email to work on the new hard drive. I have the ! in the triangle next to the inbox. I tried "take all accounts online" and it ddidnt work. The email account is working on my iphone and ipad, and my macBook is connected to the internet.
Cant get help with this issue on Apple Support, so I have to go to the Apple store to the Genius Bar to get assistance. All the help issues are so technical in their jargon, that I cannot understand how to fix the issue.
