Why Does Live View In DW Not Work With BC Template?

The live view using a BC template in DW CS6 shows "PAGE NOT FOUND" in the body section but the header and footer look fine. I should also point out that the index.htm page works fine, it's just the other pages that have this problem. What makes it weirder is that the site works fine in all other modes including when viewing in a normal browser, it's ONLY when in live view! I also noticed that if I delete the .htm extension in the url in the DW browser when in Live View it fixes the problem, but this requires me to do this everytime I want to switch to live view and surely is either a problem with how the BC template files are named or DW CS6 is buggy? Hopefully this is an easy one to answer??

It should. It will only respond if there's something on the card for it to respond to, so do you have pics on the card?
And if it's messing up; try giving the iPad a restart. Hold down the sleep and home keys, past when you see hte red power down slider and until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again. That can clear up any glitches on the device itself.

I purchased my 2007 Macbook pro 1226 online for a song and other than this annoyance i've been very satisfied. But lately i'm missing the use of my internal super drive to view DVD's (Always seem to miss what we don't have Grrr). So I figured I would purchase a brand new USB Apple Superdrive, problem solved right? NOPE. Now I've found that my pro doesnt seem to like it one bit and all USB's work fine so it's not that.
I will be disapointed if this can not be resolved, My Macbook is otherwise perfect and better than any new PC I've ever had.
Can Someone try and help me please?

I do know that for new MBPs there is a no questions asked return policy if returned within 14 days of purchase. I am not certain if that applies for peripherals. If you have not damaged it, I would think that the odds are on your side if you return it for a refund. Obviously you have a good reason for the return.
Then it may be a good reason to purchase a new MBP. In any event, call the store and ask.

I've been signing in with the same Apple ID for at least four years. My username on these forums is JayhawkCWE. When I tried to sign on this morning, it told me I had to make a new account. When I entered my preferred ID (my forum handle, not the Apple ID), which is my original ID and the one that shows me all of my asked questions (which is the only reason I really care about this...), it says it's already taken. I'm not senile, I know my Apple ID and I know I've been using it for years. What gives?

That's probably a broken display profile. The conversion from Library's Adobe RGB is different than the conversion from Develop's linear ProPhoto, so if there's a problem with the display profile it can show up this way.
Recalibrate, or if you don't have a calibrator use sRGB. If your monitor is a wide gamut model use Adobe RGB.
Assuming Windows, change it in Control Panel > Color Management > Devices, and relaunch Lightroom so that it can pick up the new profile at startup:

Why CUA (Release 7.00) is Not Working with Old Clients(Release 4.6C, 4.5B)?

Hi all,
We have CUA (release 7.00) that is not working with older release clients. I implemented 2 release 7.00 clients to CUA; they both work fine. However, when I implement some older release clients (like, 4.5B, 4.6C, 6.20 and 6.40) to CUA, I can only create ID and pull out to client, but roles do not go through.
It is kind of argent.
Do anyone know how to fix it????

I think you meant "ardent"...

Anyway, sounds like faulty config or perhaps a problem with logical system assignment.
Have you checked that? Also check in SCUL?
That you can create users but not assign roles might also be that in the lower release systems they are checking activity 22 (assighn) AND 02 (change) to assign the role. Doesn't make sense, really....
Check the drop down menu in table PRGN_CUST for the option to change this, and compare whether the settings are different.

Ive updated my iPad and iphone to iOS 5.1 and now AirPlay is not working with my Airport Exress set up.

Why does Live View not work with the following: @media only screen and (max-width: 480px)?

When I use the above media query in my stylesheet Live View ceases to update the viewport. I have to update it manually each time I add or change a style. This is not the case when I use styles under a common tablet sized query @media only screen and (max-width: 768px), or when there is no query at all. Is this a bug or is there something I am missing here?

HELP! Why does my Drag and Drop not work Completely?

Hello! I'm working on an ActionScript 3 movie clip in Adobe Flash. In the interactive movie I want the user to create a snowman with the parts on the left side. (Picture below.)
On the right side I have the snowman slightly visible, so the user knows where to put the parts. Most of it seems to work... but after I put on the body, hat, and arms the other pieces don't work; like the eyes, nose, mouth, etc. Why does it not work? Can someone help me?

Why does batch rename Original Case not work properly?

The Batch rename funtion for >Current Filename >Name >Original Case does not work.
Why?

For some reason it doesn't do a thing. Unless my inderstanding of its function is not correct.
It doesn't a thing by design, when having selected 'current filename' / Name / and 'Original Case' it does what it says, it leaves everything original as is in the existing filename. You can also choose to use uppercase and lowercase to either change all characters of the existing file name to uppercase or lowercase.
I can imagine you have been mislead by the fact the write UPPERCASE and lowercase to show as an example and used two capitals in 'Original Case'. Sadly enough the use of capitals in common throughout Bridge is not very consistent and sometimes even very strange to put it mildly…

Why does my iPhoto faces confirmation not work?

Hey guys, I've been having trouble with confirming my iPhoto faces using the Faces feature.
When viewing the corkboard in iPhoto '11, I double-click on a face to see more photos of that person. At the bottom, it shows there are 14 unconfirmed faces, for example. When clicking the button to view those 14 photos, it shows the 14 photos just fine. They are all of that same person, so I drag to highlight them all and they are now marked green. I then click on the Done button to confirm the photos, and what happens next is what seems wrong... it does NOT add those 14 photos to the Faces album of that person, but proceeds to double the amount of unconfirmed faces by now saying there are 28 unconfirmed faces, yet when viewing those it only returns the original 14.
Anyone else having this issue? Perhaps a bug that I should report to Apple? Anything I can do to help fix it myself, perhaps some corruption in my iPhoto library? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! :-)

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .
