No you will not have to set up the iPad all over again. Resetting the iPad is like rebooting your computer. You will lose no apps, data, settings .... Nothing at all. I like to use the expression that it's like "clearing out the cobwebs" on the iPad's memory.
The reason I am suggesting this is that there are some other sort of bizarre issues that occur in the mail app and the reset seems to clear up those issues. So I think it is worth a try.
On the other hand, if you have restored the iPad to factory settings, I don't know that it will help. If nothing else works, try going to your web mail using a browser and see if you can't deal with this in there.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -

Where are these files from? That does not sound like an image file. With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
from where are you downloading?
where are you downloading to?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive? -
need some help to unlock the Ipad. Cannot contact the previous owner he is in the shelter and I do not know were. After I restored the Ipad is asking that the previous owner has to remove it from his account

For some reason, iOS 6 has decided to download on my iPod Touch through WiFi. I didn't request it, nothing is set to automatically update in the Touch settings, or iTunes. It seemed to start downloading when I synced the Touch. I've disconnected the Touch from WiFi temporarily. How can I cancel the download, or will there be an option when it's done downloading to cancel the install?

They would only be where you put them. What program did you use to import them? Pics/vids taken with ipod are not part of the sync process at all. You should be importing them just as you would with any digital camera.
If you did not import them, then they are not on your computer. -
Since downloading the latest ITunes update I have not been able to add photos to My IPad. Any hints please!
Yes I have tried to close it and re-open it, but still does not allow me whenever I click on the price the option to buy a single song.
I think I am going to delete the version and install it again,,, by the way I using Mac.
I will try to do it as sson as I am back home, where my Mac is.

You do not need to install the "Find My iPhone" App.
If you had "Find My iPad" enabled in Settings > iCloud then you may be able to locate it. If not, you cannot locate it.
If it was enabled then you can try locating it via http://icloud.com on a computer or the App "Find My iPhone" on another iDevice. Note: this will only work if your device is connected to a network and the device hasn't already been restored as new and/or "Find My iPad" has not been disabled on it. Note: Disabling "Find My iPad" is much more difficult in iOS 7.
If you think that your device was stolen rather than lost then you should report it to the police. In either case you should contact your carrier, change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

I had to restore my computer to original state and now even if I sign on it won't let me sync my ipad or iphone. the message is that it is synced to another library and it could wipe out my data on the ipad. You need iTunes on the computer. There is no iTunes for your phone. See:

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

4. Enable it and set as Default
