Why IOS email functionality so annoying...

I have been a happy ios users since i moved from Android 2 years ago. I have used very basic email functionality of ios so far until last week when i started using ios emails for professional work.
Can some help me to understand are these real flaw in ios email functionality or is it just me who dont know how to use it.
1. Attachments - I am not able to attach any official files (not file) to an email. (other than photos etc)
                       - There is no feature available to attach files (not file) to forwarded emails and reply emails
                      -   I want to send files as ATTACHMENTS not cloud links. So frustrating...
                        - cant open zip files which is commonly used in professional world.
If these are real flaws in ios then i am not sure how could someone use iPhone/iPad for official purpose. Are they just meant for non-office things?

If you have the DropBox App you can tap on the file you wish to email, and then tap on the icon and then on Open In. (You may need to scroll the bottom row of icons to show the Open in option), then just choose Outlook, or even Mail to create a new email with the selected file actually attached rather than as a link.
Other than that there does not seem to be any other way to attach a file, and there does not appear to be a way to attach a file to an existing email reply or similar.
It only works for completely new emails.

The email function on the ipad3 keeps giving me a message that my username or password is incorrect, but this only happens when I am not on my home wifi. I think iit only happens when I am on a guest wifi in a hotel or restaurant etc..

Regarding the email function in Iphoto

When I email ordinary through mail, I add a attachment in the email, then it is shown inline and as a attachment.
But when I use the email function in iphoto it only inlines the picture, it doesnt add the file as regular attachment, is there anyway I can change that?

the reason why I need this so you understand me.
is that I use to blog from email.
if I email regular no problem at all with my attachment, but if I email through iphoto my blog doesnt recognize the picture in the email so it dont get added.

Testing of Broadcast email functionality in Peoplesoft CRM Online Marketing

I am trying to create a marketing dialog in Peoplesoft CRM.It has a date time trigger event which is in turn associated with a broadcast mail. I tried running it for a test audience by clicking "Test" button. However, the email is not getting generated and it does not show any error on the page.The status of the dialog gets changed from "Design" to "In Test" also. Is there anyway to find out the reason why the email is not getting sent?I checked in the email job report and the trigger shows a status of "Queing". Also, I read somewhere about mailcasters. Is setting it up mandatory for broadcast emails?The dialog execution server has already been setup and is running successfully.

i guess you are trying to use ERMS(email reponse management system in CRM) either support desk or help desk.
u need to configure a whole setup in order to make this functionality work.
please make clear whether this is the one you are trying to achieve.
ERMS functionality in short: it has all mail box servers in place. once the mail comes from a user to a mail box, based on content and information the email is routed back to respective mailing list. the person picks the mail and replies back to the mail box which routes back to the user requested.
it uses process schedulers,IB gateways, nodes,SMTP servers to do the job.

Getting the Email function to work

I have synced my IPhone to my computer and am getting an error message that it didn't complete or set up the email function. Why is that? I have also looked at the settings and made a couple of changes but it still will bring in my messages and send my outgoing messages.
Is there a phone number to call for help in walking me through this email setup process? I am using Comcast cable and using Outlook2007 to manage my emails.

Easiest thing to do is to walk into the Apple Store and goto the Genius Bar, and let then show it to you physically.
I just had them show me how to set-up an account on it, separate from what I already had with my .Mac account.

Can I use iOS email to view my GroupWise account?

I have a new MacBook Pro, and would like to use iOS email to work within that account, but it isn't working!!!!!

I also use my me account right now on the cloud, but for discussions I don't want feedback on that account. I only try to use that email account for special purposes. I have other email accounds for thinks like discussion feedback, notifications, etc. Why can't I use a different email box for such? Apple is getting too over secure if you ask me. I have two names now and two accounts each with different passwords to remember for the itunes store because I forgot my password one day and had to start a new account. Now I get notices from both accounts and I am not allowed to merge them. So when an app upgrade comes along, it tells me what the name of that app was under and I have to use the password for that account which I no longer use for the app store. I don't understand why I couldn't just change the password for the original account like most places allow? but I guess although related that is another topic. All I would like to do here is use a different email account for discussion feedback. Is that possible? if not, Why not? This is over control!

Either it ended up in a spam filter or it isn't being sent to that address. If you can't find it, use the link in the 'Additional Information' section of that article to contact the iTunes Store staff.

Acrobat 9.0 - "attach to email" function no longer works (Win 7, MS Outlook 2010)

All of a sudden, my "attach to email" function no longer works. If I open a PDF in Acrobat 9.0, and I try to "attach to email," nothing happens. This feature has always worked for me in the past. When I check for updates, Acrobat reports that I'm up to date. I recently updated Flash Player 16 and Reader XI (11.0.10).
My OS is Windows 7, 64 bit, and I use MS Outlook 2010.

Although, Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Outlook 10, I would like you to prefer using only the supported product.

How to change the password and username in the scan to email function of a HP laserjet 300

Trying to set up the scan to email function. Using the printer pad, I get as far as getting to SMTP outgoing and then I get an error message that the username or password is incorrect. I do not know what the correct username or password is.
I would like to get rid of what ever the incorrrect information is and redo the information. NO one seems to understand the problem. Any help?

Acrobat 9.4.2 update breaks 'attach to email' functionality

Everyone - The recent 9.4.2 CPSID_83708 Acrobat update has caused the 'attach to email' function not to work. This is happening for at least two of my users whose computers are running Windows XP Professional. I just installed the update on my Windows Vista machine in an effort to recreate the issue, but the problem did not manifest itself in my Vista machine.
I have read with interest the print problems that several users are reporting related to this patch. I have had no problems printing, but the 'attach to email' issue is extremely troubling to us. I realize that the work-around is to send the attachments directly from our email program which we are doing. However, this does not decrease the urgency to get this resolved. Some of our users are extremely accustomed to accomplishing tasks in a certain manner, and much stress results when I try to change their habits.
When they click 'attach to email', an error message comes up that says 'Adobe Acrobat 9.4.2 has encountered a problem and needs to close.' I am attaching the detailed information that I could view from the error window below. Please advise on how I can uninstall this 'uninstallable' patch. I have currently advised users to opt out of any Adobe updates, but I am sure that people will continue to receive them.

I tried powering down and re-starting the iPhone (as suggested at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275). This seems to have cleared the "...not connected to the Internet" problem, and iOS 6.1 is now in the process of downloading.
